I dont know why my review is not showing. I booked with the woman hygienist and was treated by someone else, my tooth started eroding or staining after the ultrasound cleaning and today they told me that to remove the yellow part I would need to do another deeper clean despite I said my enamel is weak and thin. I believe the weakness of my enamel was not taken into account and neither now that this tooth looks ugly and stained and the gum is flopping, it is not firm, I am scared about the papil gum and the color of the tooth. After visiting today I still dont know how to repair this. I am stressed and disastified with the result with no idea what to do. I ask for more follow up of patients like me that are encoutering horrible theet and gums problems apart of my loss of a few teeth. If the hygienist after seeing the picture of my actual state of the tooth decides to refund me I would appreciate it a lot and I will try to find an option to improve it Regards

Un espace spacieux, agréable et propre. J'ai emmené mon fils vendredi passé. L'accueil est très chaleureux et aimable. Souriante et très compétente, la dentiste que nous avons eu a sur mettre mon fils en confiance pour qui s'était la première fois. Je le recommande vivement !

Ce cabinet dentaire paraît accueillant et professionnel, mais il est en réalité médiocre. Sachant que je suis à l’aide social ils profites de ma situation pour en tirer d’avantage de bénéficie, ça fait maintenant 2ans que je leur cours après pour régler ce gros problème.
Ils ne sont pas si bienveillants qu’ils paraissent.

Malheureusement, depuis que la doctoresse est partie à Vésenaz la qualité de prestations a chuté drastiquement. Dans un espace de 4 mois, une dent s’est cassé 2 fois. Pas possible de prendre rdv en urgence. Hygiène dentaire chère et pas efficace. Depuis ce moment, avec la dent cassé, je chercherai un autre professionnel. Je n’ai plus confiance à personne dans cette clinique.

Since I was young I was frightened to death going to the dentist. I can say that Dr Salim is a fantastic practician. I had several surgeries at Clinique Dentaire Chantepoulet, same with Ms Phan who is in charge of mouth hygien, and never I felt any pain. Great thank you to both of them and all the staff!
