Fast gar keine Ware, Personal freundlich jedoch sagte er es klappt nicht mit einer Bankkarte zu zahlen. Als wir dann zurückkamen von dem Geldabheben hatte ein Jugendliche mit einer Bankkarte gezahlt.

Die Verkäuferin war Sehr unfreundlich und nicht zu vorkommen, die hat mich auf türkisch beleidigt und ich fühlte mich ausgenützt und schlecht behandelt, ich empfehle es für niemand da zu einzukaufen gehen 🖕🏿

habe heute das erste Mal take away beim Mittagsbuffet etwas mitgenommen. Vielleicht habe ich es einfach falsch getroffen aber der gebratene Reis war teilweise noch hart und das Poulet war leider total verkocht. Und ich war um 12.10 Uhr dort, habe es 5min später gegessen, es war also eigentlich “frisch”. Die Mitarbeitendenen sind aber freundlich und die Preise wären grundsätzlich faire.
Es ist immer wieder ein besonderes Einkaufserlebnis im Naturgnuss , denn die Atmosphäre im Geschäft ist sehr angenehm und die Beratung professionell. Die erlesenen Produkte sind qualitativ und geschmacklich sehr hochstehend, ein wahrer Genuss!

This chinese restaurant was a bit disappointing after seeing all the great reviews. Overall it was not that great, i didn’t enjoy it as much and it didn’t deserve 4.5 stars. The service was slow, even with good amount of staff there, food was mediocre and pricey, and there was no views nor atmosphere of the place. The hot and sour soup was too peppery and missed the spicy hot flavor, didn’t taste authentic like real chinese soup. The other dishes were just ok. The only good thing was probably the white rice lol.
Great food right near the water in Lucern. The dim sum was fantastic, the crispy duck was a great dish to split for 2. Good service as well.
Ordered 2 appetizers. What they brought were different looking, but we figured it was just their versions of the appetizers. So, we started eating it. Our server comes and says they brought us the wrong appetizers (which we didn’t end up liking) and that she had cancelled our actual appetizers and added the ones we didn’t order to our bill since we had started eating it. I paid for the appetizers and drinks and left. Terrible way to handle that situation. They get a negative rating for the service and since all we ate were parts of the 2 appetizers we didn’t order they get a negative rating on the food too. We spent 70.00 for a sprite, tea and appetizers we didn’t order or like. Just know if you go you’re gonna pay for whatever they deliver to your table whether or not you or the ordered it or like it. And now we’re looking for another restaurant to eat dinner. First bad experience in Lucerne. Won’t be back.

The food here was so yummy! Was able to get a reservation the day before with ease and glad I did so because it was full. It’s located at the grand national hotel so the location was perfect. The weather was nice out so they say everyone outside so you had water views.
The food itself was fresh and plentiful portions. We had the spicy beef hot pot, dim sum, spring rolls, udon noodles, and the shiitake chicken, which were all great options.
The service was phenomenal as well with the waiting staff being super friendly and checking up on us periodically even with so many other tables. Highly recommend!

Food in Jialu is greatly appreciated and the price is acceptable. Especially the La Zi chicken is one of my favorite food. It is the good example of spicy fried chicken. I am definitely recommending this place for everyone. Also, the staff members in there are extraordinary kind and cute. I was served by waitress, Nout, I guess. She was always there to help and improve the service for our table.
We have been coming to this location every year for our team lunch. The food have always been exceptional. Service was very polite and efficient. We were especially pleasantly surprise by our server Felicia for her attentiveness and how good she took care for us.
I have given 4 stars on the rooms because we have always taken outdoor seatings. And now having experienced the indoor table. The room felt a bit tight.

Jialu's was a great dinner. They have inside or outside dining and always seem busy. The rice is kept over a candle to keep it warm. Walk in later as the sun is going down and have a relaxing meal. Very flavorful. In comparison to other local restaurants the prices are reasonable. Staff seemed rushed but were always polite.

Wir kommen oft und gern hierher zum Einkaufen. Man findet viele Produkte aus der ganzen Welt, welche ich für alle meine kulinarischen "Experimente" brauche. Sie haben fast immer alles, was ich benötige und das noch dazu zu einem vernünftigen Preis. Am liebsten kommen wir im Sommer zur Melonensaison. Die Wassermelonen sind grosse Klasse und definitiv besser als in jedem Supermarkt. Die Obstauswahl ist sehr gut. Die Gemüseauswahl ist manchmal aber ausbaufähig. Wir sehen uns beim nächsten Einkauf ;o)
Stets sehr freundliche und kompetente Bedienung. Die Früchte und das Gemüse sind von bester Qualität. Bei meinen regelmässigen Einkäufen war ich hier immer bestens zufrieden.

Rieseige Auswahl an Balkanspezialitäzen! Ausserdem hat es einen Metzger dort. Es gibt verschiedene Früchte, Brote, Süsses (zum Beispiel Baklava). Ausserdem hat es mehrere Sets um türkischen Kaffee oder Caj (türkischer Schwarztee) zu machen. Kommen gerne wieder hier hin wenn wir in der Umgebung sind.

Der Junge Mezger ist ein Leidenschaftlicher und Talentierter Man der sein Beruf vollumfänglich versteht und Beherscht! Auch Gemüse und Früchte holen wir meistens nur dort sind die besten in der Region. Man kommt sich vor wie in einem Tante Emma Laden aber das stört nicht die Qualität stimmt.

Der Laden und die Qualität der Produkte - super und 5 Sterne.Auch die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und gut informiert, was das Gesetz BAG Richtlinie betreffend gesundheitliche !!! Maskendispens betrifft. >>>> Gerade eben aber hat die Mitarbeiterin, Name beginnend mit S.... , ein solch rüdes, unhöfliches und uninformiertes Verhalten an den Tag gelegt, dass es keine Freude mehr macht, dort einzukaufen, wenn diese Person anwesend ist und nicht entsprechend instruiert/informiert wird. Sie wisse nur: "mit Maske" oder gar kein Einkaufen. Schon traurig, wenn man nicht einmal das Gesetzt kennt, welches man vertritt.
Es tut mir sehr leid, eine solche Rezension schreiben zu müssen, aber das geht einfach nicht! Solch uninformierte Mitarbeiter verderben das Geschäft.

Authentic thai food. If you stay there over lunch, its basically all you can eat. It was spicy, unlike many other places that adjust the level of spice too much to swiss standards. Tasty. Good meat, no low standards. Try it out. I will definitely come again.

Eine riesige Auswahl an Lebensmittel! Das Gemüse und Obst wirkt sehr frisch und das Fleisch schmeckt der Hammer. Vom Personal muss man garnicht anfangen zu reden...einfach nur Freundlich und sehr Hilfsbereit! Ein weiterer Laden den ich in Zukunft öfters Besuchen werde.🤩
