Very professional owner with delicious food. On top of what we ordered, we received 2 items free of charge, on the house. Best Indian restaurant in Bern!! Free blue zone car parking is also accessible by short walk.

The shop has many different Iranian and Swiss goods. You can have variety of options for anything you can think of. It also has a restaurant and I have tried its poulet and beef kebab, ghormeh sabzi, Adas polo, etc. Very delicious foods. I highly recommend it

Absolutely loved my dining experience at Persienmarkt! The food was a flavorful journey through Persian cuisine, with each dish more delicious than the last. They also have a supermarket with a great choice of authentic Persian food. The owner’s warmth and friendliness made us feel like home, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. If you are craving Persian flavors, this is the spot.

I recently tried the biryani, mango lassi, and naan at this restaurant. The food was delicious, and the location, conveniently close to the city center, made it a great choice.

Indisches Restaurant mit herzlicher Bedienung, charmantem Ambiente und erstklassigem Essen. Verwundert darüber, warum es oft so schwach besucht ist – ein Geheimtipp, den mehr entdecken sollten!
Google reviews brought me here, so it's only fair I leave one. I ordered the Papillon pizza and loved it!
The food was good, but the service was super slow. There was only one person handling the entire restaurant alone on a weekend. Also, they did not accept cards, so hustling to the ATM was a task at late night in cold they could have informed us in prior to ordering.
I attended a team dinner at this cozy Indian restaurant, surprisingly accommodating around 40 guests within its compact space. While the interior carried an Indian ambiance, it felt a bit too loud and overly colorful. They set up a buffet dinner for us, offering a variety of dishes. Here are my personal ratings:

3. Chicken Butter Masala: 3/5
4. Palak Paneer: 3/5
5. Fish curry: 2.5/5

Despite hearing good things beforehand, the taste of the food disappointed me. Service was tad slow as it was managed by a single person. The initial quantity of the food items were less which got over soon and refilling took time. Overall, it was an average experience in terms of both taste and service.

They have both restaurants and supermarket. Generally, the food is good but the onion on the side designed in the shape of flower seemed to be not fresh and not ready to eat and enjoy so somehow only design which is questionable( my opinion). The supermarket is a little bit expensive relative to the similar one but the variety of the groceries in the supermarket is awesome. You can almost find anything that you are able to find in iran in here.

Authentic Persian food made with best quality ingredients and great hospitality and service. Also there is a Persian super market which you can buy all products from Iran. Highly recommend

The best Iranian restaurant and supermarket in Switzerland.
We ordered 6 pizzas last night. Oh my word. Simply the BEST pizza I have ever tasted in Switzerland. Soft fluffy base Napoli pizza with great quality ingredients which is out of this world. The pizza chef loves his job and the love oozes through the pizza as well.

Look at this picture and you’ll know why you should not order from here. I think they cook their pizzas in water? Also they forgot half of the toppings. You have one job to do and you can’t do it. Avoid!
