This is a lovely and small business, and I have always felt welcomed by the two coffee connoisseurs that own/work there. The ‘Cafe O Muerte’ is my favourite.
The only (but big, in my opinion) con, is that you can only pay with cash. In this day and age, this is a deterrent.

This is a local coffee shop, with a nice atmosphere and mostly local residents attending. Both the food and the coffee were good, although they don't offer many options. The only downside was the fact I had to wait 25 minutes for a bagel toast.
A super nice, well made place with a pleasant ambience.
The Baristas are professionals, the drinks are well made and thir own roasted artisanal coffee is just delicious.

Gipfeli war nice, Einrichtungen und Wc waren sehr sauber. Leider war es draussen noch ein bisschen nass aber man konnte bequem sitzen und die Lage war eher ruhig und nicht zu laut
Usually there's good experience but today I had to wait 10+ min with no staff to attend
We went to Kaffeekranz for a coffee, a chocolate cake and s lemonade. The coffee was good and the chocolate cake was even warmed up to make it more tasty.
The only thing I would personally optimize is that the counter where you order doesn't have all the goods they sell visible which makes it harder for me to get an overview of what I could take. For example the croissant and lemonades are on the side or behind the counter.

Best coffee we have had in Zurich. Staff there were very friendly. High praises from two holidaying Australians.
ViCafe is my favorite coffee place in Zurich. They offer the best coffee in the town. The staff there is very nice and fast. Sometimes there is a long queue but you still manage to get the coffee quite fast. The coffee offer is great and everyone will find what they like. The art in the coffee they make is amazing, but it won't last long as you want to taste the coffee with the first smell of it.
We visited Vicafe Bahnhofstrasse during April 2023 and we grabbed a couple of coffees. The product was amazing but the price was pretty high for some water, coffee and milk.
Latte Macchiato (oat milk) is very good. I love it! The cheesecake and Butter croissant are superb! 😋⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
However, Matcha Latte is a bit disappointed because it doesn’t like real Matcha powder 🥲

Tolles Lokal! Meine Freundinnen und ich gehen so gerne Käfele und nun haben wir auch gleich eines im Quartier, dass unser neues Stammkafi wurde:) Besonders zu empfehlen sind die gefüllten Gipfeli, die sind einfach unschlagbar!
The best coffee in Zürich and a cheaper option compared to many other coffee house options. The coffee tastes amazing and I highly recommend stopping by if you are into Lattes. They really know how to make the best and softest milk foam. Staff is nice, I kindly got a double shot for free. Only available for takeaway.

1) I recently got into espresso making at home and since I’m a novice, I need help with picking the beans. I know a bit about roast level and acidity/bitterness but given there are NO tasting notes for any of the beans being sold either online or in the shop, it makes it very difficult to decide on which beans to buy. I tried asking for recommendations a few times but the salespersons behind the counter didn’t seem to know much if anything about the beans and couldn’t even tell me which ones were high or low on acidity. This can be easily fixed by adding tasting notes to descriptions, which majority of speciality roasters do. When I asked about roast level I was told all beans were a medium roast, which is fine but no information about whether they were roasted for espresso or filter.

A place that has to tell you to be friendly cannot be a friendly one. Unless you believe people are genuinely not friendly. Ordered a coffee and asked about the grade of toasting. I got the reply "you can read there". More words than dark, medium, light. Of course the information was not "there". Never again.

Ich bringe meine Aulika seit Jahren hier zum Service, oder Reparatur (wenn die Einheit ausgedient hat) und werde jedes Mal freundlich empfangen. Zeit hat der Geschäftsführer immer genügend. Was ich besonders hervorheben möchte, die Maschine ist nach 1.5 Stunden wieder Abholbereit. Ausserdem füllt er den halb leeren Bohnenbehälter Gratis mit Kaffeebohnen auf, was bedeutet, du kannst auch Kaffee bei ihm kaufen oder kennenlernen. Also ich bin Vollends zufrieden! Danke :)
I like the place as well as the coffee. They always have a good choices. Team work are very nice and warm welcomeing. I highly recommend it if you like to drink nespresso coffee.
Excellent repair, my coffee machine is still going strong years afterwards. Came back to give a review because although at the time of the repair I wasn't sure about the economics, I was provided with good plain honest advise and it has worked out very well!

Terrific cafe, a hidden gem in the touristy city! Nestled between two residential blocks, it's a quiet neighborhood with a tranquil terrace and ample indoor seating.
We had the phenomenal goat cheese and beetroot bagel, absolutely delicious with fresh ingredients. The cheesecake is New York style and simply perfect. Excellent coffee with choice of milk.
There's a little shop for wine, beer and soda.

The coffe was really tasty and the apple struddle was extremely well done and tasty, just in the point lf swetness and great accompanied with vanilla sauce.

Nach einem vollen Service für meine Bezzera (600.-), musste ich die Maschine noch 3 Mal in die Bude bringen, weil der Dampfbezug nicht funktionierte und wegen kleineren anderen Mängel. Ich wurde nicht ernst genommen und unfreundlich behandelt. Die Bude ist schmudlig und so scheint auch der Service zu sein. Der Dampfbezug funktioniert immer noch nicht! Es wäre Garantie drauf aber ich gehe dort nie mehr hin! Ich suche mir jemand, der sein Handwerk gerne macht.
I am a big fan of ViCAFE. I usually go there for a morning flat white and it is always a pleasant experience. The staff is always friendly and attentive, despite how busy they are. It's a quick and easy place to stop by and grab a coffee on my way to work.
Awesome service! great variety of beans, and without you guy', we would not have made it through being stuck at home. At least now we have your fresh beans tokeept our caffeine addictions going :)
Purchased the ecm coffee machine, in addition the grinder and some other additional items. The staff running the shop is super cool, informative and extremely patient while explaining the differences between machines and so on. Since the coffee machine weighs almost 30kg it was delivered to the doorstep (the same day). Extremely happy with my choice and definitely recommend this shop for fellow coffee aficionados.

I was impressed with my first visit there. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had a take-out cappuccino, which was excellent. They also sell a great variety of beans and coffee equipment on the high end side. They definitely know their business. Note that the place is cash only for take-out coffee!

I am not a big fan of Nespresso brand stores. This is not an exception. The vendor was quite pushy to disclose my name when buying some mugs for their club, and seemed to be completely surprised when I politely declined. Everything else was ok.
Very nice. Great costumer service serafina seems to be a coffee angel ;) tons of coffes and answers to all questions around coffee. Just imagine buying wine with great consulting and advise and replace the wine through coffee ;)

1.never answer an email.
2.ship wrong coffee
3.i had to call them to ask to ship my order after 2 weeks (3 weeks in total)
4.i get a second invoice of coffee i already paid

Enttäuschend. Ich habe eine gebrauchte Jura-Maschine gekauft. Nach weniger als einer Woche war einer der beiden Ausläufe bereits verstopft. Nach einer Internet-Recherche öffnete ich die Maschinen selbst und war im negativen Sinne überrascht, wie schmutzig die ganze Maschine war. Überall in der Maschine waren Kaffeebohnen und gemahlener Kaffee verteilt, und der Ausguss war mit Jahre alten Ablagerungen und Schimmelpilzen übersät. So etwas zu verkaufen, ist schlicht unverschämt. Darüber hinaus war die Maschine den Angaben im innern zufolge 9 Jahren alt. Keine Spur von den 4 Jahren, die mir der Händler genannt hat.
Nachdem ich etwas Zeit in die Reinigung der Maschine investiert habe, bin ich mit ihr zufrieden. Es ist klar, dass von einem Occasionsprodukt keine klinische Reinheit erwartet werden kann. Aber so, wie diese Maschine aussah, wurde sie einfach von aussen gereinigt und ohne jeden Aufwand weiterverkauft.
Den Händler würde ich auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.
Edit: Danke, aber eine solche Garantie hat keinen Wert. Aber natürlich ist es interessant, dass nicht einmal Sie als Händler das Alter der Maschine erkannten. Denn wenn Sie die Maschine tatsächlich mal geöffnet hätten um sie auf Schimmel, Schmutz usw. zu kontrollieren, wären Ihnen wohl auch die Herstellerangaben nicht verborgen geblieben.

Fantastic coffee and very friendly staff. This has brought my coffee experience to a whole new level. Every coffee has a story and its distinct flavors. I have tasted a good half their range and they have all been awesome.
Lovely atmosphere and very well informed consultation. They truly care about coffee and customers. It's one of those few places you trust that they sell you the perfect thing for you, even if it's nothing.... Oh and the coffee is great as well.

It is a lovely shop with what it seems really good equipment for sale. However, the coffee I bought and which they recommended me as a good medium roast was not specialty coffee. It did not not have the aroma of freshly roasted beans when I opened the package. And the espresso shot just doesn’t taste right. I have been using coffee from a small roastery in Engelberg with our new solis triple heat machine and we were super happy. Here is a photo of the coffee I bought which tastes like a supermarket coffee (according to me)

Very stylish and elegant boutique in the heart of Geneva. The service is very efficient, quick, friendly without any familiarity and a little bit different from Geneva boutique services, where either it doesn’t exists at all, or it is super artificial.
We have been kindly offered for a cup of coffee, whilst someone immediately took care of our machine.

Wir waren nach Besichtigung unserer neuer Wohnung im Jabee Tower dort. Sehr zufrieden! Werden dort zukünftig regelmässig sein :).

Ich war zwischenzeitlich einige Male vor Ort - super Personal! Weiterhin auch fürs Catering geeignet. Team ist sehr flexibel und hilfsbereit. Wir nutzen den Service inzwischen alle zwei Wochen und kommt sehr gut an. Weiter so!

The friendly staff went out of their way to accommodate us when we dropped by for a small breakfast durich Sunday brunch. I hadn't had such great service in a long time! The interior and the food were also great and at a decent price. Sunday brunch was 35chf with drinks included.
My favourite coffee roaster in Zürich. They also brew an amazing coffee in the shop.
The owners and shop clerks definitely know a lot about their business and know how to prepare it. The perfect place to get the beans matching your taste and brewing method.
I strongly recommend that you pay them a visit.

Täglich frisches Mittagsmenu, Sandwiches und Salatbuffet. Personal aufgestellt und nett. Preise angemessen. Süsse und gemütliche Einrichtung.
Very friendly and competent staff. I had a very specific problem with my gaccia classic (that they don’t sell there) and they still helped me to understand what the problem was and how I could fix it. I would totally buy my next machine there.

Before ordering a coffee machine from Kaffeezentrale we contacted the company to ask if they could deliver the machine to our home address (as we did not want to attend a course nor wanted to drive to Uster). They confirmed that they could ship the machine so we placed our order.
After that everything went wrong:
- We received the coffee machine 3 weeks after we had ordered it
- We had to call the company several times as we did not hear anything from them after placing our order (sales clerk was on holiday and somehow our order went forgotten in the pipeline)
- When contacting them, they assured us that someone will look into our case and will call us back - NEVER happened! We had to chase them to get our coffee machine.
- After putting some pressure by claiming our money back they assured us that the machine would be delivered the next day. And to apologize for the inconvenience they would give us 3 kilo of coffee instead of the 2 kilo of coffee that we would receive anyway (nice gesture we thought)
- Next day the coffee machine did arrive. The sales clerk who was on holiday brought it himself. However we only received 1 kilo of coffee instead of the promised 3 kilo of coffee (so much for setting expectations right). And the sales clerk did not apologize.
Conclusion: All this chasing and calling the company was not worth it. If we would have known how much time and energy it caused us to get our coffee machine we would have ordered it from a different company.

Herr Chiaramonte wechselte über Mittag die Pumpe, entkalkte und reinigte die Maschine und nach 1 Std. durfte ich das Gerät wieder nach Hause nehmen.

Hammer Auswahl an Mschinen und super Service! Vor allem sehr schnell. Innert 24 stunden findet man sonst nicht. Bei andere Anbietern geht es minimum 2 Wochen und ist Teurer.
