Amazing experience! Had the Luma beef Ribeye
and Chain steak based on Mario’s recommendation - perfectly cooked and exactly the right portion size. Highly recommend the green beans and fries. All the staff were lovely, Sarah our waitress was very friendly, explained the concept and got a bowl of water for my dog right away which was much appreciated on a hot summer day. Great vibe and a fantastic night out!

A great restaurant, good food, very friendly service! One of the waiters, unfortunately I don't know his name, does an excellent job, he not only speaks many languages but can remember things for months, which is absolutely remarkable and an exception in this day and age! That's what I call really great customer service! This makes it fun to come and eat and linger. As I said, the food is very tasty, the location is also good and the ambience is very pleasant and spacious. All in all, a great place for a good dinner with the best service. Thank you!

The swiss dry aged steak is really worth it. I always like my steak medium well. Flavorful and delish. We enjoyed our lunch.
Food arrived quite quickly. Good atmosphere, alot of business people, which makes me look posh😂. Amazing food. The staff are lovely. The weather is amazing, currently 30 degrees sat outside with a nice cool breeze. Highly recommended.
Great food, perfectly prepared steaks, but crazy overprized. Service staff typical "Zurich-pricey-restaurant" arrogant and inattentive when it comes to pouring wine. If you want a steak, good value for money (and friendlier staff) go to Butchers Table.

Excellent steakhouse. The salad is delicious. Good affordable wine list. The choice of meat with the restaurant butcher is very good. The taste of the meat and the cooking were perfect!! Good dessert too.

Good steaks in town although is pricy but recommended you to try. They have two shops in Zurich, better make an appointment. We had sausage as starter, lamb chops and steak side for corns and zucchini and order 2 glass of in-house red wine. Total Cost $240

Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und stets freundlich. Die angebotenen Speisen (in unserem Fall meist Pizza und Pasta) sind hochwertig und sehr schmackhaft. Sehr gemütlich und gastfreundliches Restaurant. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und die Portionen sind großzügig.
Super Essen! Super netter Service und ich fand auch die Auswahl und Präsentation der Weine super! Die Preise sind halt der Nähe zu Zürich geschuldet relativ hoch aber total im Rahmen. Der Spezialburger ist sehr zu empfehlen (weiss den Namen nicht mehr aber nicht der Simple Burger, obwohl der auch gut war!).

Zur Zeit ist es sehr kalt draussen. Darum ist es lobenswert, dass sie nur eine Türe benutzen. Leider schliesst diese nicht automatisch (man muss sie mühsam zu ziehen, was nicht immer beim ersten mal klappt).
Das Essen war sehr gut. Aber der Kellner leider nicht. Er war zwar nett, servierte aber nur eine Vorspeise, obwohl er noch extra nach einer Zweiten gefragt hatte. Danach ignorierte er uns einfach. Wäre eigentlich Jedem sofort aufgefallen, dass wir warteten und noch auf die bestellte Suppe hofften. Es kann ja jedem mal passieren, dass man mal was vergisst (die Suppe sah so aus, als hätte die Küche es nicht vergessen, sondern dass es vergessen wurde abzuholen).Als er es dann endlich bemerkt hatte, kam nicht mal eine richtige Entschuldigung. Er redet wohl lieber mit den Kunden italienisch, als sich viel mit den anderen Gästen zu befassen.
Das Ambiente ist schon etwas in Jahre gekommen und die Musik ist Geschmacksache: alte Italo-Schlager.

Truly enjoyed our dining experience here. The service was excellent. Our ribeye steak was delicious & cooked perfectly. The sommelier recommended some fabulous wines that we had not tried before. We live in the US & visit Napa often, but the wines at Napa grill were outstanding! Cozy comfortable place to eat. We loved it!! Would like to especially thank Damir & Albert for accommodating us when we had to change our reservation!

Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und das Essen schmeckt ausgezeichnet. Das Fleisch war genau nach meinem Geschmack zubereitet. Die Preise erscheinen mir zwar etwas hoch, aber ich werde definitiv wiederkommen – schließlich gönnt man sich ja sonst nichts.
Service Personal war gestresst. Teil der Bestellung wurde vergessen. Fleisch war sehr zäh und Fisch überkocht (anstatt das bestellte "medium" wurde eine Stufe mehr als "well done", nämlich "trocken", serviert). Die hohen Preise passen nicht zur gelieferten Qualität.

Geschäftsessen über Mittag. Sehr nette und aufmerksame Bedienung. Das Mittagsmenu war sehr lecker und Preis/Leistung hervorragend. Geschäftspartner hat sich ein schönes Entrecote genommen, welches separat mit Sauce Hollandaise und Pfeffersauce serviert wurde. Ich finde das Ambiente sehr gelungen und über Mittag kann man super geschäftliches besprechen, da nicht stark besucht.

Der Service zeichnete sich durch eine bedauerlicherweise weniger zufriedenstellende Qualität aus, der als unzureichend höflich und weniger aufmerksam empfunden wurde. Das Fleisch wurde in einer bedauerlich fettigen Beschaffenheit serviert. Trotz unserer vorausgegangenen Reservierung war es uns bedauerlicherweise nicht möglich, unseren reservierten Tisch für eine angemessene Zeitspanne von weniger als einer Stunde zu nutzen, und wir wurden gezwungen, an die Bar zu wechseln, obwohl noch eine unangetastete Flasche Wein auf unserem Tisch verblieb. Die auf der Speisekarte angegebene Preisgestaltung erwies sich als undurchsichtig und nicht eindeutig definiert. Darüber hinaus wurde das Trinkgeld seitens des Kellners auf eine Weise in Anspruch genommen, die als unangemessen empfunden wurde.

Wir haben am Mittag 40 Minuten gewartet auf das Essen - zudem auf das Mittagsmenu. Zum guter Schluss war das Fleisch eine Schuhsohle. Guter Tipp: Wer ein Stuck gutes Fleisch kommt nicht hierhin. Hab den Fehler gemacht.
Am letzten Freitag, 29.09.2023 war ich am Abend mit einer Kollegin in diesem Restaurant. Schon am Anfang gab es Probleme mit dem Kellner (Ciprian), der uns äusserst unfreundlich bedient hat. Es hat ihm nicht gepasst, dass wir einen bestimmten Tisch ausgewählt hatten. Er wollte uns auch die gewünschten Beilagen nicht bringen. Solche arrogante und unfreundliche Art habe ich noch nie in einem Restaurant erlebt. Diese Art von Service kann dem Restaurant nur schaden.
We tried bone-in ribeye and crab cakes. Both were delicious. The sides were very good as well. Service was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant has amazing selection of California wines. The best I have seen in Europe. We tried Mojave Pinot Noir from Anderson Valley. The wine was devine.
Nice little hotel in the heart of the Old Town in Zürich where there are lots of restaurants and shops, and it is also only a short walk from Zürich central station and tram stops. It sits above a restaurant of the same name. Recommended for couples only as the rooms are very small.
The Highlights:
- the rooms are very clean upon check in, and despite being small, has the basic necessities: bed, air conditioning, mini fridge, kettle, Closet, TV, hot water, towels, etc. It's also non-smoking which is really appreciated, considering how much people seem to smoke here in Zürich.
- Another highlight is that it has a lift (elevator) that fits 4 people with no luggage, or 2 people with 2 suitcases
- The continental breakfast included in the room has two kinds of bread, two kinds of cold cuts, some fruit, jams, three kinds of cheeses, juices, coffee and tea - enough to fuel up for the morning until lunch time.
-Although the hotel is in the heart of the Old Town with bars and restaurants right below it, the sound proofing of the windows is pretty good as we couldn't hear the outside world once we've shut them properly.
What can be improved:
- Customer service leaves much to be desired. The people serving in the morning don't seem to want to host people at all as he didn't want to interact with any guest, save to serve us coffee or tea. This is observed both days we had breakfast there.
- Our room also wasn't cleaned. Not sure what the custom here in Switzerland is, but when we returned to our room after our second day, we found that our bed wasn't turned over, the dirty towel on the floor was hung up against the towels we wanted to reuse, the complimentary drinking water was not replaced. The only things done were opening the window to let air in and the trash had been taken out. If not for those, we wouldn't have known someone was in our room.
- The pillows were very flat and if you folded them, they would stay folded (which means they are expired and should be replaced). This is minor if it doesn't bother you, or course.
- as mentioned, the room is very small so be mindful of that if you are planning to bring large suitcases for your trip as there's little room to place them in.
Overall, I would only recommend this hotel for staying in Zürich for its location and value for money and not for any other reason.

Had the Tartar, which was juicy and just the right amount of spicy.
Then a Zebra steak with the most interesting assortment of salts. It was perfectly cooked and tasted delicious, especially with the various different notes the salts added.
The long wait for the hot chocolate cake was well worth it and it brought a fantastic meal to an end.

Excellent steaks. The feta cheese appetizer was delicious. My sirloin steak was absolutely perfect (medium rare) and my friend’s Swiss dry rub received excellent reviews. The salmon fettuccine was nearly excellent.

The best restaurant location in Uster but it's hard to put my finger on it. The food is OK, I just feel its too ordinary. If I was the chef I'd take a fresh look at the menu. Don't get me wrong, It's worth a visit if just for the amazing view but don't expect to be amazed with the flavour because you have most likely had it all before.

Wonderful, really spoiled by the perfectly attentive team and the food was amazing. We took a lovely see-bass crevice to start followed by an Argentinian entrecôte and a teriyaki salmon dish with vegetables of the day. The children’s menu was also super tasty, all fantastic.
We went to the restaurant for dinner and it was a good steak. It was however no 400 gram in a thousand years (I only eat meat and weigh my Ribeyes every day).
Service was rushed even though the terrace was almost empty. When we wanted to pay the man asked for a tip because "he needed cocaine". Weird way of asking for a tip. Also he was rude and when leaving he just said: "had a nice life".

The place is nice and the meat was delicious, unfortunately the waiter we had ruined the diner. He was really arrogant, impolite and we wasn’t feeling welcome at all at these place. Even when we paid, he didn't even say thank you or bid us farewell, the food can be tasty but with deplorable treatment from the waiter it's not worth going, I don't recommend this place at all.

The meal came with the steak being seared on both sides but raw in the middle and I said this is not cooked to my liking he said you have to cook it yourself on the stone I said I'm paying you $50 for a steak and I have to cook it? The waiter ended up cooking it the rest of the way on the stone which took about half an hour.
The baked potato did not come with any butter like I asked and no skin I like to eat the skin on my baked potato but there was none it looked like a piece of lasagna. In addition the steak was tough I did not believe it was a sirloin because it had gristle in it. I did have dessert apple pie ice cream and it was delicious. No I won't be back.

Really good meat. Trust me, I am a barbecue pit master! Good staff, nice grilling skills.
Only downside is that from the outside it looks like a sports club bar - there is a mismatch between outside looks and inside quality & prices.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Das Buffet hat eine grosse Auswahl, die Sossen sind tip top und es gibt eine grosse Vielfalt an Fleischsorten. Das Fleisch wird von Spiessen direkt am Tisch abgeschnitten und ist frisch vom Grill.

Randomly picked a steakhouse in tourists area, that we already have mentally prepared for any surprises, ordered a T bone on a heat rock, which is I don’t like this cooking, I think grill is the best cooking for steak. The meat is soso. No surprise of expensive dinning after the day one in Swiss.
The entrecôte is nicely grilled and the pork ribs are done really well. The meat slides off the bones.

Das Churrasco ist eine Offenbarung! Hier stimmt einfach alles: Service, Essen und Lokal. Einziger Wermutstropfen: die günstigste Flasche Rotwein kostet 77.- (zumindest die, welche ich gefunden habe)! Da war ich schon etwas schockiert. Das fabelhafte Essen wiegt das aber auf!

We were 6 with children and so to be simple we all agreed that the service and food quality were excellent. We all had starters, main dishes, summer cart menu, kids menu, desserts, etc. and everything was just superb.
Not that expensive comparing to other restaurants which we also gave 5 stars. This one in Uster the service is better, very friendlyness, and we had also ordered much more food and it was meat (which costs more), perfect view, they offer that pre-starter (bread with sauces, before we actually ordered the starters), so yeah go and try. What are you waiting for?

It was delicious food!! The place wasn‘t crowded, which was nice for the buffet. The staff were all really kind and helpful.
Tolles Essen, super Qualität bei allen Speisen - von Vorspeise bis Dessert. Auch das Ambiente ist absolut der Hammer. Allerdings sind die Preise sehr hoch angesetzt aber es lohnt sich.

Had dinner here because this restaurant was highly recommended by a friend but was disappointed. The food was ok, but it did not justify the high price tag (even considering these are Zurich prices). Staff was nice-ish, but didn't really bother to explain the different types of steaks on offer, and the one we had was a bit chewy. The cheesecake was good. The place looked really nice and was quiet when we were there (for an early dinner).
Amazing food!! I visited this restaurant with 2 friends and the staff was very lovely. We got great recommendations and the service was perfect. I would highly recommend you try this restaurant!

Friendly and well informed staff. The interior makes it feel very cosy. You can tell the owners spent a lot of time making it their own. Really nice quality meat, well prepared. Plenty of parking nearby and looks like there will be the option to eat outside on nicer days. Will definitely go again and support this great team

Es ist ähnlich wie in Brasilien, natürlich nicht genauso fein, jedoch gibt es mehrere Gerichte die es in Brasilien auch gibt, top um das erste Mal in Brasiliens Food eintauchen zu können.

Einmal das Fleisch das dort so serviert wird, es ist meistens jedoch Schweizer Fleisch, was ich auch gut finde.
Feijao, also Bohnen an sauce mit Reis und dazu Farofa (Das ist das Maniokpulver daneben), ein Muss um das brasianische Essen zu verstehen.
Caju Saft, sehr lecker.
Die Art und Weise wie serviert wird mit dem ja/Nein Schild.
Die Süssigkeiten also docinhos, sehr lecker.
Früchte zum Salat, wie Mango und Orange.
Maniok frittiert, wobei ich denke das die Wurzel aus Afrika ist, da das Brasilianische Maniok eine andere Farbe hat und besser schmeckt haha
Diverse Salatarten nach brasilianischer Art.
Guarana, also eine brasilanische Limonade.
Der Service der brasilianisches portugiesisch spricht, mega nice.

My wife is Brazilian and this by far the best Brazilian restaurant we’ve tried since we’ve lived in Switzerland!
Wow, was für ein fantastisches kleines Restaurant, und das so nah von zu Hause, sehr schön gemütlich eingerichteten, mit viel Geschmack. Man kommt rein und wird von sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter*ihnen willkommen geheissen, man spürt von der ersten Minute an sie lieben ihren Beruf. Es ist Leidenschaft in der Luft, sei das beim Service oder in der Küche, wo man auch zuschauen kann, wen man das den möchte und miterleben wie das Essen zubereitet wird. Das Essen war ausgezeichnete und eine sehr schöne Weinauswahl, das Menü ist klein aber fein, ja es ist nicht günstig hier zu essen, aber die Qualität ist einfach spitze. So geniesst man hier ein gemütlicher schöner Abend mit gutem Essen und Wein. Eine richtige Auszeit vom Alltag.
Opening night was a hit! The water Buffalo tartare was amazing. It was also my first experience eating zebra… it was out of this world! Good vibes, amazing kitchen, and lovely waiting staff. If you want steak in Zug look no further. Unmatched quality!

What a small but fantastic restaurant. The restaurant is not to big but very well decorated. It is very clean and everyone who works there is very friendly. The food tastes absolutely amazing. Starting with cold and hot tapas like bread and garlic sauce, chorizo picante, shrimps and many more. As a main dish we had cafe de paris simple. It is a very well prepared piece of meat, perfectly cooked on whatever doneness you prefer accompanied with some pommes allumettes. Everything what we tried was delicious. Special thanks to the owner and his daughter who both do a very good job. I will come back soon. Higjly recommanded.
Once more the restaurant argentina was absolutely great. Starting from the friendly staff to the great view to the well prepared food. Everything we ate was very tasty. Empanadas and bife de lomo are our favourite dishes. Highly recommanded.

Went there quite spontaneously on one Friday and luckily there was a free table! Really enjoyed this dinner, we felt really welcomed and taken care of. The service is just amazing: helpful, friendly, fun. Food was delicious, can definitely recommend the burrata. Wine was great as well. This place has a potential to become one of my favorite restaurants in Zurich even though I’m not even a steak lover ;)

Absolute meat eater place, I guess veggies would suffer. The meats are deliciously grilled, you get several types several times, directly from the skewer. I liked it a lot!
Ordered online through Smood. It was supposed to be a Feijoada Completa for 2 people, but we only got some black beans (probably defrosted) plain rice and 2 little soggy bananas (and a spoon of farofa). Very bad food.
Amazing and worth every penny. We came early and are glad we did. The meat cuts were very well cooked and seasoned plus the side dishes were also of a really high quality. I highly recommend this gem in the heart of Dielsdorf
This restaurant is incredibly amazing by serving the masterpiece of food! I love it so much! It was a buffet with varieties of salad and different kind of meat serves you on a table! And all you can eat! A bit pricey but it's worth every penny! Highly recommend!!! Xxxx

It was an okay experience. We arrived on Friday night at 6.20 PM and not a single customer was there which was fine. The restaurant got crowded around 7.30 pm. But we were only served with meat at 6.50 because the server forgot that we havent been served (we took all you can eat option). The buffet option was normal nothing great...limited options. The quality of meat was fine. We paid 59 chf for all you can eat. The servers were kind. There was a live performance but unfortunately he was out of tune most of time and it is painful to listen since the music was pretty loud. Overall, it was an okay experience as I mentioned earlier.

Wer gerne Fleisch hat ist hier an der richtigen Adresse. Das Personal geht mit verschiedenen Fleischspiessen durchs Lokal. Wenn man seine Karte auf Grün hat gibt es Nachschub. Für die Beilagen gibt es ein Buffet. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Man hat auch die Möglichkeit auf der Terrasse zu essen. Fleisch gibt es hier für jeden genug. Parkplätze am Abend sind genug vorhanden. Komme gerne wieder...
