Right on time, excellent driving and excellent service. Very easy and very recommended!
Official taxis are highly deceiving and will try to scam you. Beware of card payments, they use the high figures of pesos to deceive you and charge you hundreds and thousands of USD or EUR. Always chose to pay in cash or use Uber or Cabify instead with a fixed rate paid through the platform. Do not travel alone in official taxis either. The airport has plenty of announcements against this practice in the walls and PA system.

Taxi service contacted us regularly on What's App about pickup and proceedure, also followed our flight and met us early. Drove us to bus station and advised us what level in building we needed for trip to San. Atonio.
hice 2 viajes con ellos el primero perfecto el conductor un 7, estuvo a la hora y se comunico conmigo siempre antes de mi llegada a santiago, pero el segundo viaje que pedí para ir de vuelta al aeropuerto de santiago, no me asignaron nunca un móvil, pregunte por mi móvil asignado y nada osea me dejaron botado, tuve que buscar otro transfer y por suerte llegue bien al aeropuerto. iban para las 5 estrellas pero dejar botado a un pasajero y ni siquiera pedir las disculpas o las escusas correspondientes es feo.

Agreed Price of 20.000CLP got spontaneously changed to 23.000CLP after the Service heard where we are from. Thats unacceptable. In the first sentence, we told them the exact Route and asked about the Price. The said 20.000CLP fixed Price. In the end they raised it.

Acabo de llamar para agendar taxi como cada semana, me contesta un tipo como una grabadora pidiendo la hora que necesito el taxi, se escuchaba un poco interrumpida la conversación a lo que él sólo preguntaba el horario del taxi, finalmente le pregunté si me escuchaba y me dijo: si la escucho pero yo no escucho la hora de retiro y me colgó. Realmente muy falta de respeto y bizarro el tipo una lástima de trabajador
They scammed me - I was quoted $15,000 and the meter showed $15,600. I paid card and asked for a receipt but the driver refused. When I checked my credit card statement I saw I had been charged $30,000.
I heard it is 8000 ish peso to go to city express at the counter but driver charged me 20.000 peso. The hotel is only 4km from the airport and with cabify only 3000peso. He also asked me if I could pay with cash. The driver also fought with other employees but I could rarely understand it as a foreigner. No recomendable.
Buen servicio, yo lo uso desde años y nunca me fallaron. Esto si, a veces cuesta que contesten las llamadas (la central) pero me tinca que es un pb técnico porque el tono marcando la llamada cambia después de unos diez "bip", y alli recien pasa a otro sonido y alguien contesta. Asi que a insistir no más!

The driver was extremely rude. I was surprised about his attitude, which seemed to be exacerbated when he asked about my nationality and my wife's. Other than that, the service was average and the driving experience was between regular and reckless in the core of the city, turning into a more acceptable experience in the highway.

First time to Santiago. Flight arrived at about 1:00 am and my wife and I were worried about getting to the AirBnB we had rented in Providencia. The service was excellent, and we got there in about 25 minutes. The driver walked us to the front door with our larger bag, and then wouldn't accept a tip. You gotta love it! We're planning to ride back to the airport with them tomorrow--with no hesitation at all.

Si bien faltaron unos minutos para cumplir con la puntualidad,antes de eso el conductor se comunicó conmigo,me explicó y finalmente cumplió. Ya en el trayecto,fué muy agradable su trato,la amabilidad y la higiene del vehículo. A futuro,vuelvo a optar por este servicio.

Taxi drivers lie without shame. Even the ones with official jacket. Make sure you ask them to show you the tariff as there is an app they use to figure out the price as per the address. I took the same flight twice during weekdays, and it is a fixed price per zone. The first time it was 22,000, then the second time I was told 25,000 so I said that’s wrong. The driver with official taxi sign says he can reduce it to 22,000. I went to the second one who claimed to be the official driver, showing me his national ID card. He was not the official driver but claimed that he was. The third one finally showed me the tariff on his phone, and I figured finally that I was overcharged the first time.

No se responsabilizan del incumplimiento de su contrato. Por su culpa (no llegaron a buscarme y sin aviso), tuve que pagar otro medio de transporte al aeropuerto y finalmente perdí el vuelo. Me deben más de $70.000 y se lavan las manos. Son unos mentirosos y ladrones. Y su lema es “relájate, nosotros te llevamos”

Reserve el trasporte a aeropuerto con un dia de anticipacion. Nunca llegaron a buscarme. No resopndierkn al telefono y nunca se disculparon. Podria perder el vuelo. Pesimo servicio!

Pésimo servicio, tenia todo coordinado a las 04 de hoy , espere media hora, por tanto llame para ver que pasaba y no me dieron solución, es mas me bloquearon el wsp. Y casi pierdo mi vuelo, es claro que NUNCA MAS, con estos chantas.
I would never use any other taxi service from and to the airport. You pay for your fare when you book, so no need for transaction with your driver. Recently there are horror stories on tv about thieves being caught for stealing foreign travellers in Santiago international airport. My driver, Luis, very polite. My initial flight was cancelled and changes were easily made to pick me up close to midnight. Thank you for the ride.
Pésimo. Hace dos meses contraté un traslado al aeropuerto y justo cuando veo que no llegan, llamo y me dicen que la unidad más cercana está a 45 minutos. Adicionalmente, no entiendo cómo agrupan los traslados del aeropuerto a las comunas. Mi ruta es a San Miguel y el resto va a la Florida. Estoy metida en un taco interminable hacia una ruta que no es la mía. NUNCA MÁS.
Pésimo. Los contacté un par de días antes del viaje, la tarde antes del día que tenían que pasar a buscarme (a las 4:00 AM) me envían un mensaje indicando que durante la tarde me avisarían del transportista. No lo hicieron (y yo en los preparativos tampoco insisití). Llegó el día del viaje, cuando habían pasado entre 5 y 10 minutos de la hora límite de recogida los llamo y me dicen que no aparecía como confirmado el traslado y más encima me culpan por no haber preguntado el día anterior al no recibir la información del transportista. Solo atinan a decir que entienden la molestia, pero que el móvil "más cercano" está a 45 minutos lo cual es demasiado tarde y perdería el vuelo. Afortunadamente un familiar nos llevó y no perdimos el vuelo, pero les sugiero que no contraten servicios con esta empresa poco seria.

Ayer reservé un taxi para las 04:30 hrs. Nevó durante la noche. El taxi nunca llegó y en Aerotaxi dicen que no tienen ninguna reserva a mi nombre. San Uber nos salvó.
