Best Serviced accommodations in Chile

The tent area is quite crowded, and I found it very difficult to sleep due to the very noisy idiots drinking and shouting in a nearby tent.
The showers were OK, and the toilets were decent in the afternoon and an absolute mess in the morning.
They have sufficient plugs and even USB ports to charge your devices. The kitchen area is quite dirty no matter the time of the day. Dinner was dry and waaaay overpriced, but it is what it is considering where you are.

The refugio is a great place to stay. The rooms stay reasonably warm and blankets are available. I was very satisfied with the service of the hospitality staff - they were incredibly helpful in organizing certain logistics and contacting another group for us. The grounds and lodge were kept clean despite the bustling amount of friendly travelers around. The bar also had the NFL on during the playoffs which was much appreciated (by me).

The food - the meat was terrible, but the rest of the meal was great. It's a better deal to just buy the pizza at off meal times if that's enough to sustain you for the trek.

Plenty of room to store a bag as well.

Le gérant est adorable, plein de bonnes intentions. Toutefois, les chambres ne sont pas propres et ne sont pas nettoyées entre chaque client.

Le pongo una estrella por no poder ponerle 0, las habitaciones horribles, mal terminadas y pequeñas, sin nada de privacidad, en la habitación que me quedé no llegaba señal de datos ni del wifi DEL MISMO HOSTAL, en general pésimo servicio, no lo recomiendo ni por el servicio ni por la ubicación que es pésima también.

Buen lugar. Es muy sencillo, tal vez le falta un poco de estructura y falta atención en la limpieza. Puedes usar la cocina y hay muy buen ambiente. No esta en el centro y hay que usar colectivo para llegar.

Excelente lugar, el dueño está siempre pendiente de las necesidades de los huéspedes, muy grato el ambiente y la información entregada. Realmente una experiencia muy positiva.

Locomoción en la esquina de la hostal (colectivo), puedes llegar a variadas playas y lugares turísticos alrededor, el propietario te ayuda a encontrar destinos cercanos por lo que aprovechamos, además, la gente muy amable también te da recomendaciones a precio accesible, desayuno en la mañana, agua caliente, comodidad de pago, en fin, recomendado!

Primera vez que viajaba a la zona y el Hostal la mejor experiencia , excelente atención; esto fue hace 1 año y este verano quiero volver

It has been a great experience! Awesome rooms with private bathroom for a good price. Also, the owner went the extra mile to make our time there worth it. They even pick you up and drop off from the bus station if you ask for it in advance. Totally recommended.
