One of the nicest hotels on Rapa Nui (Easter Island), with a comprehensive all-inclusive experience. Guides are knowledgable and fairly through, although if you are a scholar of Polynesian culture you will probably exceed them.
Transportation is by mostly well-cared-for Chevy vans, food is a breakfast buffet, a very decent bar, and fancy-ish lunches and dinners that are well-presented. Rooms are rustic in style yet very nice as befits the prices they charge.
If you want an all-inclusive experience and don't want the bother of planning everything on your own, they are very nice.

Muy bello lugar con vista al mar

Excelentes dependencias, muy buena atencion, precios convenientes, muy recomendado.

Our experience at Tierra for our honeymoon was AMAZING. The hotel is clearly built to emphasize the beauty of Patagonia, and the staff was passionate about the natural landscapes and sharing that with guests. We were there for 6 nights (and could have stayed for more) and ended up doing the French Valley, Grey Glacier, and Agostini Track, as well as a few short half-day hikes. Each was beautiful in a unique way and we would honestly recommend them all to get the mix of the mountain landscapes, the glacial terrain, and the forested and ranchero areas.
All of our guides from the hotel were amazing (Thomas, Andres, Luis, Diego), as was the staff at the restaurant and front desk. Nicholas, the manager, meeting us when we arrived and checking in throughout our stay just showed how active they are at ensuring a personalized experience for all their guests. Kineret and Basilio (who coordinate all of the excursions for guests) were so lovely and helpful as we shifted things around over the course of our stay as well.
And we can't forget to mention the spa (including the morning yoga classes!) and all the amazing spots to relax and read after big days of hiking. If you are thinking of going to Patagonia, you can't do better than this beautiful hotel!

Exelente servicio

Confortable.

Unique fully catered adventure lodge. Offering excellent food, beautiful hikes, horseback rides and wildlife photography with excellent guides.
The spa area needs to have hotter water especially the outdoor hottub, otherwise we loved everything. The excursion managers and guides made the trip very special for my wifes 50th birthday 5 days experience. Thank you!

More than fantastic. So many unique experiences and special service from all the staff and Guides.

Excellent hotel for all types of travelers: for those who are looking for some adventurous hikes and for those who are just looking for relaxing. We stayed 5 nights and completed the W circuit in 3 days, using the 2 days in between to recharge and relax using all the amazing amenities offered by the hotel: massages, sauna, pool and, of course, a nice and cozy meal.
For the full day hikes, the staff is well prepared and will help you to get through the day based on your fitness level. Basílio and Kineret were the best duo to set up our week of activities. Besides their professional knowledge, they were as kind as they were a family member to us.
We were lucky to have the same (and the best) guide on all of our hikes. Rodrigo was not only a guide, but a leader! He kept us motivated by explaining in details all about the fauna, flora and the formations of the terrain, and at the same time he was very kind and patient, respecting the different types of fitness of the group. On the 5th and last day with him, again we felt that we’ve known him since forever. The only downside of this trip was to leave this amazing place and get back to reality!

We had an amazing time and highly recommend Tierra Patagonia to anyone considering a trip to Torres del Paine! My wife and I actually started our trip in Argentina, and Tierra arranged a pick-up from El Calafate which is about a six-hour drive and brought us to the property (thank you!). The staff was wonderful and very attentive throughout the stay. The food was delicious and there are multiple options on the menu to satisfy those who prefer meat, vegan, gluten-free, etc. As soon as we arrived, the staff helped us pick excursions based on our fitness and interests and we had an amazing experience with hikes and horseback riding. The one "blemish" (for lack of a better word) during the trip was our experience with one of the guides. We had this guide twice - once for a short hike and again for a day hike - and he seemed more interested in talking about himself than things related to our actual hike - landscape, flora, fauna, etc. On our longer hike, he rushed our group even as some of us were having difficulty coming down a steep hill. We mentioned this to the manager who hopefully addressed this and we requested not to be with this guide for other excursions. Overall, this really is an amazing property with incredible views, staff, guides (with our one exception), spa + facilities! We had a fantastic experience!

My husband and I stayed at Awasi Patagonia for four nights during our honeymoon in Patagonia. We cannot say enough about the lodge. Jose (our guide for the duration of our trip) was a delight and wealth of knowledge from the minute he picked us up from Punta Natales. Jose was also a delight to spend our days with and would definitely ask for him again when we return. The lodge is exquisite - every detail is perfect. The view from the main lodge and bedroom lodges could not be better. The food is delicious - even the packed breakfasts they prepared for us for our early morning excursions. The staff were phenomenal during our stay and were always eager to help us with our needs. As a wildlife enthusiast, I just had to step out of our room to see something. I will recommend this lodge to all who travel to Patagonia. My husband and I were very sad to leave today and will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel and property, the architecture of the building blends in so amazing with the landscape. We always enjoyed coming to the pool and spa in the afternoon after a morning of activities. The food was good but not great, limited options and we felt like some of dishes lacked seasonings, flavors, and sauces.

despite its at least an hour drive each way to the park it might not be the choice for some people but you can guarantee to come back to amazing food and cozy room. It's best for couples for a romantic getaway.
They have very limited rooms all of the are scattered in the bush so it gives you privacy to be alone all rooms also have an outdoor hot tub with the view of the park and the valley, because it's outdoor so only can use when the weather is nice. There's also fireplace in the room they will light it for you at your request. The rooms are designed as gaucho's cabin so you will get very cozy feeling. Take a soak in the bathtub you can also enjoy the view through the large window.

Absolutely sensational service from their reservation team. Maria was my personal reservation executive for an Atacama trip and was phenomenal. Her efficiency, promptness, professionalism and ability to go above and beyond is the best customer service I have ever experienced. Awasi is very fortunate to have her on your team!

Something about the woman architect, this place curves and flows smoothly and really nice color tone and design throughout. It blend in well with the natural from outside. With big windows in the public area, you have amazing view of Torres Del Pine.
This place might be a long way outside of the park but it’s really worthy as they have a nice spa you can relax after the hike to rewind.
The service here is top notch l, the restaurant and bar employees remembers you and your preference and makes it so easy. Food is good and right amount that you won’t be stuffed. Only problem is that their dinner doesn’t start until 8pm, for me as early eater or people have young children might not be ideal.
Rooms are cozy all rooms have the view of the towers and the lake. Nice bathroom design flows well and the hotel is eco friendly they do not use plastic in the hotel.
The all in package includes their all meals, unlimited drinks and tours, the tour guides here are amazing, super friendly, each group are small: the itinerary are decided the night before because they are weather depend. The weather change dramatically so no need to plan ahead, but make sure adding extra days in case bad weather days so you still get to enjoy while the weather turns out nice.

Awasi Patagonia will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Everything was magical. The land and view is stunning. The service is exceptional, the cabins are cozy, and the food and wine are always interesting. We had our breakfast in the lodge, went on an excursion with a picnic, and returned to a prepared fire and hot tub every day. Each evening was a unique treat beneath the stars. A special thanks to Tania for guiding us during our stay, and for her good humor and professionalism. Another special thanks to Ayelen for guiding us through the wine pairings every night with real attention and appreciation for the craft. And to Maciele for her cocktails. Honestly, everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming and we extend our gratitude to the whole Awasi team. We hope to return again.

Loved this place! Great food, great service, great drinks and amazing views! This place is expensive, but you definitely get your money's worth. We stayed in room #5 and it was perfect. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot and strong. We weren't a fan of the hot tubs as they take a long time to heat up, as they are heated with firewood. I would highly recommend you pay the $100 and see the glacier, but know it is a long walk to the boat. We were also very lucky to see a few pumas during our daily drives.

Incredible place with beautiful accommodation and wonderful staff who are constantly looking for ways to help. On our last morning, they opened breakfast half an hour early so we could eat before our transfer to the airport. Not requested or expected, but they offered. I really can’t imagine a better operation or better people.

It’s difficult for me to even begin to describe the absolutely incredible experience with had at Awasi. About a year ago, because of Covid, we decided to forgo a large wedding, and instead decided to elope. Patagonia has always been dream trip for us, so we saved up for stay at Awasi for our elopement. The trip was beyond our wildest dreams.
The staff did the most fantastic job pairing us with our guide, Gonzalo. He was not only fully of energy and charming, but he was also a walking enclyopedia of Torres del Paine. He developed the perfect itinerary for our trip which included multiple hikes, horseback riding, and animal spotting - by the end of the trip we had spotted 39 bird species, 2 pumas, condors, fossils millions of years old, and countless other animals. The experience we had exploring the park with Gonzalo was completely unforgettable and magical.
You’re also paired with a driver for every excursion. Tomás and José spent most of our time with us and they were both an absolute joy to hang out with. They were excellent at navigating the park and spotting wildlife and were so patient every time we wanted to stop, watch wildlife, and take photos.
Christian, Chris, and Fransisco helped us plan the elopement of our dreams. They watched the weather closely and decided on the perfect day for us to do our small ceremony. I went into this experience thinking we would just say our vows somewhere in the park and the day would be done with. But no, the team went above and beyond and developed an itinerary that made our day so special. They scouted a ceremony location for us, got us flowers (which is nearly impossible in such a remote location), and coordinated everything with our photographer, so I could have a stress free week.
Lastly, the dinning experience was so much fun. Every night we would do the tasting menu and wine pairings and we really enjoyed trying new food and wine. The entire team is so talented and made all the meals really special.
There isn’t enough gratitude we can express to the entire Awasi staff. They made our elopement and experience so special. It was 1000% worth saving up for and I’m hoping that we’ll be lucky enough to be able to stay again in the future.

If you’re considering Tierra Patagonia- BOOK IT! It will be the best adventure of your life!! 5 stars is truly not enough to describe our experience here.
Torres del Paine is beyond one of the most magical places on Earth. It’s stunning and Tierra Patagonia’s modern, sleek and inspiring architecture equally matches it. The second we walked through the doors, we knew we were in a special place not to mention their breathtaking view of Paine Massif which can be seen from every window of the hotel including the indoor pool (which was awesome!).
Equally as amazing as the location is the Tierra Patagonia team! Before booking, George and the team answered all our questions with detail. We originally were booked a year ago but the pandemic had pushed our travels. George every step of the way kept us up to date on travel restrictions and ensured we had everything we needed to finally make the trip when Chile opened this month. I cannot stress enough how helpful and exceptional George is!
Once we arrived, we were greeted by the GM Nicholas who showed us the hotel and our room. He is very kind, caring and checked on us daily. Next we met with Basilio who helped plan our excursions. We booked 7 nights so we had plenty of time for adventures. We let Basilio know what we liked, a couple of our “musts” and he did the rest. He curated a fantastic itinerary and we left feeling we got to see a nice range of the park. His team of guides is the best! Nacho was our guide for majority of the trip. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and fun! He even had hot soup for us when we reached the base of the towers!
The food was incredible! It was local cuisine with an upscale flair. We were there for 8 days without any repeat meals. The dining room staff was fantastic and so nice. They always asked about our daily adventures and made sure we had enough to drink and eat. And let me tell you, you will never feeling hungry haha…
Almost daily after our excursions, we found ourselves relaxing in the glorious pool overlooking the property and Paine Massif. It was a great way to unwind at the end of the day. One evening I indulged in one of the best deep tissues massages by Carolina.
Every single person from the front desk (special shout out to Ruth), the dining/bar team to the wonderful guides genuinely cared. We have gone on some really epic adventures around the globe and our adventure at Tierra Patagonia easily takes the top spot. Everything was just perfect! I’m not going to lie, I teared a bit when we left. THANK YOU!!

Excelente servicio, limpieza, seguridad, ubicación

Spent 3 nights in this all-inclusive hotel. Room (25), though simple, was very comfortable and well maintained. The morning and afternoon explorations were covering all the attractions of the island with enthusiastic guides who are eager to share their love for the Rapa Nui culture and history. Meals were very good, always proposing local fresh fish of great quality; wine list with a comprehensive selection of Chilean producers, was very enjoyable. And bar tenders were providing nice suggestions for cocktails (from the cocktail of the day, to any request using local products).
An expensive place, but that provides an amazing experience!

The Awasi Patagonia Lodge is probably one of the most wonderful experiences one can have. Right next to the Torres del Paine it has an incredible view on the Torres. Its concept of having a dedicated guide for every villa is exceptional. Each day we could choose what we wanted to do...the most incredible hikes in the national park (including spotting pumas 5 meters away from us and many other animals), horseback riding with the most gorgeous views, fossil hunting in valleys created by sediments torn by surges of magma 5 million years ago. The food and the bar at the lodge is wonderful. But most importantly, the staff including the guides are highly competent and most friendly.

What can I say? This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at. Yes, it’s expensive and a bit tedious to get to. But is worth it? 100%. From the minute they pick you up to getting dropped back off at the airport, it is the best service you will ever receive. The meals are delicious, the excursion guides are knowledgeable and friendly, and you can’t beat the view from the swimming pool. I hope to be back one day.

Explora Rapa Nui is an all-inclusive hotel-food, beverages and tours are included. There are morning and afternoon excursions. We stayed 3 nights which enabled us to see all the major sites on the Island. The hotel picked us up from the airport. We settled in the room, ate lunch and went on an afternoon excursion.
The food was excellent and the chef accommodating. The wines were mostly from Chile and surprisingly good. There was a wide variety of included spirits.
The guides were all knowledgeable and approachable. Dale was our first guide and probably the best. He holds a PhD and is finishing his second. His detailed knowledge of the Island, culture and artifacts, as well as his teaching expertise contributed significantly to our enjoyment. Our other guides were local and brought additional perspectives although they could benefit from some mentoring on imparting information.

The rooms were well appointed. The food delicious. The staff very nice and responsive. What makes the hotel are the guides. They were fantastic. My only Nick Pick is that there is a fly problem in the dining room at dinner time.b

Beautiful central location in the Rapa Nui island/Easter island. The level of service and the quality of food and drinks is spectacular. There's a lovely outdoor pool and hot tub. The daily guided excursions from the hotel take you to experience all the marvels of this fascinating culture. Can't recommend it enough. The island and it's people are the most peaceful place and people I have ever encountered.

Muy bueno!!!

Divino!!!

Atendimento no Check In tranquilo.

Genial lugar para pasar un largo periodo

This hotel is all-inclusive but executed correctly, with an eye on quality. The menu for the restaurant is kept short, but varied, and each dish is well prepared. The bar offers a changing juice or cocktail of the day, and the ingredients used throughout are excellent. The rooms and communal buildings are spacious and spotless. The personality of a hotel is determined by it's staff, and here they were numerous, ever-helpful and friendly. The excursions had us hiking up volcanoes, clambering through caves, and gamboling around the quarry - so bring plenty of clothes as you might get a bit messy if it rains. The staff advised us on the appropriate clothing for each, warned us about weather if required, were happy to adapt the tours to include guest requirements, and provided timely refreshments! So if you are going to Easter Island, then I would highly recommend this choice.

It's comfortable, clean and well placed for a family or work trip to downtown Santiago

Expensive, but not worrying about money, logistics, food, beverages, or great outdoor activities is well worth the price. Staff are amazing and go out of their way to make sure you're happy there too. My only minor complaint was that the access road to Explora was really rutted and bumpy, and you usually end up traveling on it 2- 4 times per day. Still highly recommended.
