Small for the amount of people shopping... The products need to be moved... too much concentration at the front of the shop...
Worst market in Prague. Always check your bill 😅

We got to the market and a man (blonde with blue eyes), with a very aggressive attittude, told us that we had 5 minutes left (according to the official market's openining hours, we really had 10 minutes left, but we made the effort to select our products in time).
However, 5 minutes later, the man started shoutting us, even if we were already going to the till, and he did not stop until we left the market. Once outside, we saw that there were 3 minutes left to close the market (according to the oficial opening hours)...
From that moment on, we decided not to come back to this market even if it was the closest one to our stay

Great little shop with all the basics. Good prices, too.
Not very large but clean and well stocked with items i havn't seen in other supermarkets, but i couldn't see the microwave meals that i came for.
This is now my 2nd visit and it is literally the day after it re opened after a full refurbishment. It's really well stocked and laid out.And you'll find lots of items not available in other supermarkets. It's not a very large store and gets a little cramped during busy hours.

A small supermarket, you can do your weekly shopping, all basic items you might need are available. If you need a bigger variety I would recommend going to the close by hypermarket Tesco at Andel's
Except for Ukrainians with they rudeness rest was OK.. U go to cash desk and ladies treat you like you're their enemy... Worst than before
2022 update: radio terrible, torture

- the person who designed the cash registers area with no room for people to pack their bags should return all the money he got for that job. And pay hefty compensation to all customers and staff who suffer as a result

Die Techischen Biere sind sehr gut und preiswert
Friendly staff and easy to find a few quick items we need. It is like a 7/11 in North America.. You pay a little bit more for some things but it is a quick "express" shopping experience.
Unbelievably expensive some things are double-price to every other supermarket Tesco's profits unsurprisingly high because they are ripping off the customers, you're better off going to any other supermarket or grocery store around this area Vietnamese included they are still much cheaper!!
Sehr eingeschränktes Einkaufsangebot, da es sich nur um einen "Mini-Markt" handelt. Die Preise sind aber, für uns Touris, sehr angenehm und man entdeckt trotzdem so manch unbekanntes Lebensmittel, wie zB das Ostblock-Cola "Kofola". Mir schmeckt es. Meiner besseren Hälfte eher nicht. Egal... wird trotzdem wieder gekauft ;-)
Basic food market, no frills, got what I wanted. Convenient: didn't have to pre-weigh/pre-price fruit & vegies, all weight at the checkout cash register (unlike in supemarkets in Prague). No air conditioning, pretty warm inside. Can pay using credit cards. Short walk from the monastery.

A bit on the expensive side when compared with the big Tesco in anděl, but close by, and closes by 23h00. Has most of what you would need and regular sales if you're a recurrent customer. Overall there are cheaper solutions farther, better solutions farther and more expensive, it's a pretty good solution for lazy me.
The people working there are rude with the customers and their lack of culture is evident. Very poor attitude of service, no matter the situation. The place looks messy and dirty. A mole in a nice city like Prague.
Nice market. Products with their own brand at cheaper prices. If you don't speak czech, bring your mobile to translate labels.
