Really loved this place! The room is spacious and it’s easily accessible to downtown via train. The breakfast is great ( extra charge) and the gym is amazing! Fitness is part of my daily life so it’s nice to be able to utilize a facility that is an actual public gym that’s sub attached to the hotel.
Great location if you plan to stay in Prague.
Excellent hotel with a sumptuous breakfast and clean rooms.
The bar on the 14th floor has a gorgeous view of Prague while you sip your drink and enjoy the great company.
Nice place to stay. Rooms are clean. Kitchen is awsome, I really enjoyed it. But. Some stuff needs to be improved, but its not a reason to not choose this hotel. It's an old hotel with its own characteristic things. 😊
We especially liked the beautiful view from the bar on the 14th floor. The biggest thanks goes to the staff member MAXIM, who has welcome us on his very first day at the hotel. His demeanour was unbelievably pleasant, was very helpful and highly professional :) thank You and cheers!
Good Lobby.
Nice staff.

Average rooms (weird connections for chargers )
Tv doesn’t allow chrome caste.
Bathroom can be better.
Driers available.
They didn’t change towels which also can be improved.

BEST BREAKFAST.

Good terrace view. Could be better. Not very good for non alcoholics.

Dinner items were limited, but quality and quantity looks just right for price.

Especially staff were really helpful, funny and energetic.

Reception was initially not so good, but the next day staff was pretty helpful.

Location wise it might not be perfect, but it is 15 mins away from all major attractions.
We arrived at 22:00, parked in the hotel parking, and entered the hotel lobby, which was beautiful but unfortunately had someone playing an uncomfortably loud concert piano in the lounge.
The room we were given initially had someone else's belongings in it. The staff at the reception desk, who seemed stressed, overworked and understaffed, helped to resolve this issue and moved us to another room, which however was not set up for 3 people as I had booked.
The reception and housekeeping staff brought additional bedding and towels, but it was a poor start to our stay.
We received cards for complementary drinks at the rooftop bar when we checked in initially but by the time we had sorted the rooming situation out the bar had already closed (23:00).
The rooms and halls were clearly outdated, and the elevators were very small. In the second room, the bathroom lighting kept flickering, and the fixtures in the bathtub were coming loose from the wall and also difficult to switch between the shower and bath settings. The windows were similarly difficult to open.
The beds were reasonably comfortable, but the room's cleanliness was lacking - one of the windowsills had a melted hard candy on it, and the room service/hotel information card was sticky and greasy to the touch.
The TV was disappointingly small (the size of a computer monitor).
The room door would not close properly (required a lot of force to close), and the bathroom door would not stay closed or lock at all.
The hotel breakfast was easily the best part of the stay, but did not make up for the rest of the disappointment.
The hotel is conveniently located, easily accessible by public transport from the center, near cafes, restaurants, gas station, trains. The hotel is beautiful, not new, but it has some kind of warm atmosphere, in the evenings they play the piano in the lobby, you can drink cocktails and hot drinks, there are no children!!!! and that's fine!!!! The staff is polite, smiling, there are a lot of fresh flowers at the reception, breakfast until 11 am!!! this is also very cool, since I work late, sometimes it's hard to wake up in the morning. In the dining room, the staff is also friendly, neat and not intrusive, you are not kicked out with a piece in your mouth, just because they close breakfast at 11. The breakfast is hearty, several types of sausage, cheese, fruits, juices, bread, vegetables, I was very pleased. I lived in room 418, unfortunately the cleaning in this room was not of high quality in one day, the bathroom mirror was not wiped, there was also a dirty table, but these are all small things, compared to what terrible hotels I had to stay in. It's a little hot in the room if there is no air conditioning. If there is an opportunity, I will come here again.😊
