The rudest cashier I’ve ever met.
My girlfriend was trying out different outfits, and she just kept rolling her eyes and being super aggressive for stuff she didn’t decide to buy.

Absolutely exquisite one on one service. This is my first time buying this type of lingerie, and the shopping experience was fabulous! The patterns are unique, and the fabric is top notch. Thank you for this experience, I hope to visit the shop when I revisit Prague
The shop isn't very big, but it has everything. It is well stocked and the employees are very kind and very nice. They make you feel at ease with ease and are very available for anything. They also speak English well. I find the prices correct for the quality they offer.

Včera jsem si byla na této pobočce kupovat plavky a celou dobu se o mě starala moc milá slečna. Myslím, že se jmenovala Liana. Dala mi naprosto skvělý servis!

Vždy nejlepši servis, vracím se tam opakovaně. Obdivuji holky jak tam dokážou pracovat s takovym návalem lidí. Zažila jsem tam i fakt nepřijemnou zákaznic a vždy to perfektně a profesionálně zvladly. Kobouk dolu.

Bought 5 pieces and were told we can exchange the other four when the one tried on doesn't fit (can't return the one that was worn of course).
My girlfriend (49kg and 153cm) tried on size M and it ripped (bad quality).
On the next day we tried to return the other 4 (never opened the package) and were told that returning is not possible as it says that on the backside of the receipt.
What even is this? It's actually scamming.

Pokud hledáte něco jiného..... Stavte se. Klasické spodní prádlo to ale moc nebude. Obuha umí poradit a vymyslet řešení. Ceny spíše vyšší.

I love the brand and the clothing but the staff is so unprofessional, laughing and giggling while being asked about a product, paying no attention to the customer. Little to no eye contact while being on the phone and not helping.

Ty kabinky jsou fakt hrůza. Jak si má člověk zkoušet spodní prádlo/plavky, když kabinky nejdou pořádně zatáhnout/zavřít a může do nich vidět půlka obchodu?😃
Edith was an absolute star - she helped me to try on 100 different items in different sizes before I made my final decision. This impeccable service is exactly what you would expect buying high-class items but she put the cherry on top by also just being incredibly friendly and a delight to talk to. Thank you
Prodejnu jsem navštívila 6.2.2022 večer. Byla tam moc milá slečna, poradila s výběrem velikosti, opravdu se vyznala :)
Zákaznický servis úplně strašný. Nechají vás čekat v obchodě, neochota, nepříjemné vystupování a když se po měsíci vrátíte pro vyřízenou reklamaci, tak vás v úplně prázdném obchodě zase nechají čekat jen aby vám řekli, že rozbité zboží nechali tak, jen pomačkali tašku... Škoda.
Stocking sizes are a joke. M/L is supposed to fit someone my height up to 85-90kg. I weigh 2/3 of that, and they're way too tight. Can't return them either.

Jedná se o menší prodejnu této značky, ale výběr solidní. Co ale musím pochválit, je úžasná obsluha, která umí skvěle poradit ;-) Ceny jsou podobné jako v H&M, kalhotky okolo 100kč, podprsenka v průměru 350 Kč.
Velký výběr podprsenek i pro ty, kterým příroda nenadělila tak moc velké přednosti😄 a krásné plavky. Ceny jsou přiměřené, někdy i trochu nižší a materiál je podle mě celkem kvalitní👍🏾 Za mě pět hvězdiček

Today was shopping at Calzedonia shop in Palladium. The girls (especially Veronika, if I did not mix the names) were very nice, friendly, helpful and really trying to help me to make the right choice of the swimming suite. Big thank you! Will definitely come back!
My favourite lingerie spot in Prague! Very nice sale assistants. Great atmpsphere and interior! Sometimes size 5 XL are missing, but you can always catch up online.
