Was there today to cut my sons hair the lady did a good and fast job. Will definitely come back for haircuts

Good haircut, very pleasant hairdresser. For us speed and gentle approach were most important as my 1.5yr old son is scared of anything/anyone who touches his hair, the hairdresser understood the situation and together we were able to get it done.

Po tom co jsem navstivila jinou specialistku jsem zjistila, ze je navsteva tohoto salonu jedna z nejhorsich co muze byt - zejmena pro vase vlasy. Chodila jsem na vysoke culiky s kanekalonem, uz behem cesani a napletani cela procedura bolela. Nasledujici dny silne migreny, svedeni pokozky. Culik byl prilis utazeny a navic na nespravnem miste, timto vlivem mi v tomto miste vznikla "jizva" a mirna ztrata vlasu. Opravdu ne neco, co bych si prala. Veny jsou zde lakave, ale vysledek je otresny v porovnani s tim, co muzete dostat jinde. Salon navic pouziva levny material, nema ani na vyber treba vic nez 2 odstiny hnede.
Went there with my son and we had very unpleasant experience. The hairdresser lady cut my son's hair fairly brutally, he cried and afterwards he had red scratches. I think she doesn’t like kids in general as the level of kindness and interaction is 0.

I have to say I did not have a great experience. I showed up 10 minutes late as I thought the appointment was at a certain time but I must have noted it down incorrectly. I was told by the hairdresser that we didn't have enough time to do the cut and she practically told me off for being late. Very low level of customer service. She then proceeded to cut my son's hair fairly brutally, he cried and afterwards he had red scratches from the clippers all over his head. If I had not flown abroad on that day I would have made a fuss about this treatment. Unacceptable, especially if they'd like to attract foreign clientele as well. If I lived in Prague I would not repeat my visit to this salon.
Domluva účesu proběhla v pořádku. Ovšem špatné hodnocení dávám kvůli jeho provedení. Na to, že copánky mají vydržet cca 3 týdny jsem je již po 4 dnech nošení musela vyplést. 😏 Důvodem bylo špatné napletení v důsledku, kterého jsem měla většinu svých konečků mimo copánky. Níže přikládám fotku.
To jsem si od copánků za 1800,- opravdu nepředstavovala. Nedělá mi problém si připlatit, ale platím si za kvalitu. Tu jsem dle svého názoru nedostala.

The woman there is unbelievably rude. An outrageously expensive store with zero customer friendliness". She really needs competitions around that Square. I'll recommend you go elsewhere.
I came with my 3 y.o. brought me to cut the length only on the back of his head and near the ears. And show her what I want. While I was distracted she cut all his hair and it was just a short haircut of one length. I don't recommend this place if you are asking something specific.
Really great service, fast haircut and lots of toys to keep our 1 year old distracted during his first haircut. 420 crowns and took just over 10 minutes. Thank you

While looks like a nice place, lot of toys and stuff for the kid to focus on unfortunately they dunno how to cut hair. We wanted our boys hair cut and his hair is a bit longer so its not for machine cuts and was a disaster..she just cut off the length at the end so it was the same as I would have put a pot on his head and cut of the excess
I was not impressed when I visited. The shop is half empty and the garri I bought is not so good.

Byla jsem jako model na školení a celý čas jsem si užívala, příjemné jednání, útulné prostředí a tři hodiny čekání uběhly jako 30 minut. Mohu jen doporučit. Francouzské copy vydržely neuvěřitelných 5 dní.
Panuje všeobecné povědomí, že pokud je nějaká značka/obchod zavedená dlouho, její služby jsou v odpovídající kvalitě. To platí i pro tento salon, až na to, že: přístup pletaček je arogantní, povýšený, falešný a nevyzpytatelný. Pustíte-li se s nimi do diskuze (styl copu, barvy, způsob sezení při pletení), riskujete, že budete odmítnut - otestováno na komunikaci prostřednictvím messengeru. Ceny mají naprosto přestřelené a v případě, že se jim to nehodí, termín klidně zruší (také vyzkoušeno). Byly jsme tu s dcerou dvakrát, pokaždé naskákala z pletení silná vyrážka, pokaždé to nebylo příjemné. Takže SEM UŽ ROZHODNĚ NE!

It’s a small place, but they had black eyed & ripe plantain so they are A Ok for me. They also had a decent selection of black hair products & weave. I will definitely be back.
Vnučky spokojené velice s účesem. Pani kadeřnice příjemná a vnučkám hezky vysvětlila jak se o tu parádu na hlavě mají starat. Příjemný prostředí. Děkujeme HanaH.
