Top und schneller Service. Würde sehr gut beraten und man hat sich Zeit genommen. Die Reperatur ging sehr schnell und war schneller repariert als eigentlich angesagt.

Ladeanschluss wurde kostenlos gereinigt, allerdings preise für reparaturen sehr sehr teuer. Auch die Analyse für ein defektes Gerät würde alleine über40 Euro kosten. Plus dann noch Reparaturkosten. Reparaturen werden außerdem nicht vor Ort sondern woanders duchgeführt

Heyy . I spilled coffee on my pc (like a looot of coffee) and it seeped in came in contact with the motherboard apparently so he tought it was damaged and i had to replace it but then he told me that he ll clean it and maybe it will work (so i dont have to buy a new one which i wasnt going to do because its pretty expensive so the repair costs would buy me a new pc (he also recommended i dont ) ) and i lucked out and it worked . The price was 120 euros which is a bit expensive but honestly what s important is that i got my pc fixed (so if you re in a similar situation tou have hope )

took my phone to replace the charging port and battery. when I came to pick it up I found out that the charging port didn't need to be replaced but fixed / cleaned, so I paid less than originally agreed; got my phone back in 3 hours, super transparent and efficient service!

First when my Iphone 12 pro max's screen was broken, I brought to them and paid 400EUR to repair, everything seemed great, and the guy working there was super friendly. I got my phone the same day.

But apparently they did something wrong and strangely out of no reason the display dimmed and it wasn't possible to increase the brightness, as well as FaceID stopped working after 1.5 months. I brought my phone back to them for diagnostics, which supposed to be done in a day. It took a whole week, I was trying to call them they were just not accepting my calls, neither answering to my emails, and when I could catch them I was hearing a lot of excuses. Finally they told me that I should pay additional money (when on their website it was mentioned that it'll be under warranty) as something was damaged because of water, and it's not related to screen when obviously the problem was the screen and I had no incident with water as I'm working all day in the office. But still as I needed my phone back asap, I was like ok, do it. I paid 60EUR, they did fix only the screen without FaceID. Also after the last repair I noticed that my battery started to work so bad, so it's just working for 4-5 hours and goes quickly to 0.

Now It has passed 2 weeks and my phone has just got completely dead. The worst service I have ever got in my life.

If you are a foreigner who doesn't speak German. And what if your precious computer breaks down? This is the difficulty I encountered last week. Amhaimar accepts my computer during atypical working hours. He also uses WhatsApp to keep in touch with me all the time, I always know what he is doing, I know what he ordered, what he found, what is going on, everything is fast and intuitive. Problem solved simply and effectively - I thought I would lose my entire desktop computer. Very fair price, could have charged more for such superb repair skills! Thanks to him, my 3080ti is back!！

Preis: teuer (knapp 90€) für nur das Anschließen eines Herdkabels an die Steckdose. Arbeitsaufwand war ca. 10min mit Betreten und Verlassen der Wohnung. Preis wird pauschal auf eine Stunde verrechnet. 3 Sterne.

I have given my mobile to glue my display which went off a fall. It took around 3 days to fix as the display got damaged while gluing back. But they replaced it without any additional payment. It costed me only 15€. So, economical.

Staff are freindly and they speak English. So, communication is easy.

Mr. Amhaimar was friendly and polite. He checked my laptop but unfortunately the motherboard was gone and thus he suggested to buy new laptop instead. He also helped to retrieve the data. Overall, really good service.

Two weeks after I came to Munich my Laptop display started malfunctioning. I knew nobody and panicked a lot. But thankfully I came across Anhaimer IT service. He is very friendly, understands english and is extremely helpful. He suggested me that my laptop is under warranty and helped me send it to the workshop. After 5 years, the battery of my iPhone SE (1st gen) was not working well anymore and I was already worried I might need to get a new phone. Found this shop, called to see if I could pass by any time (I could), went there, took 20-30 minutes for them to replace the battery (waited there, was even offered some coffee) and put on a new protective sheet for the display. Paid less than 30 € for another few years of having my phone, three months warranty. Really nice guy, fast, professional, and good value.

Ich bin schon länger Kundin bei der Firma Kelber und habe diese bereits für die verschiedensten Dienste in Anspruch genommen. Die Beratungen waren immer freundlich, kompetent und ehrlich, was auch für die fachlich gut geschulten Mitarbeiterinnen im Büro spricht. Sie sind sehr geduldig, selbst wenn man noch weitere Fragen oder etwas nicht gleich verstanden hat. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr bemüht die Wünsche der Kunden schnell und zu vollster Zufriedenheit zu erfüllen. Beim Kunden achten die Mitarbeiter stehts auf Sauberkeit und hinterlassen die "Baustelle" sauber. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann sie daher ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.
