This location is one of the more depressing locations. It's so dim, run down, dirty, slow service...oof
I recently purchased some tech items from here and had a fantastic experience. Their tech support was exceptional. Although his English wasn't perfect, I had no trouble understanding him. They have a wide variety of gadgets and I'll definitely be returning in the future.
Great selection of computer peripherals. Sadly the rapoo mouse was out of stock. Don't mind asking the staff if you're an asian guy like me they point you to another person and another and another!
I had a very bad experience at SATURN. I approached an employee with a question about the iPhone 15, and he rudely told me he couldn't help because he was busy. This left me feeling frustrated and unsure of where to get the information I needed. I ended up leaving the store without making a purchase.
The employees need better training in customer communication. Their behavior directly affects SATURN's reputation. Based on this experience, I won't be returning to this store. Management should pay more attention to how their employees interact with customers.

Came to Cologne for the Euro Cup and had to pass from the shop before leaving. Nice, spacious and clean shop with super friendly staff. She explained to us the history of the shop and the building, with fun facts and very casual enjoyable chit chatting (most talkative GW staff I’ve ever met!) made my gf build the mini of the month while I was looking for any souvenir that called me, and indeed I found two gems of rare minis that came home with me.
The best Warhammer store in Berlin. Super friendly staff, organizing a lot of events, always smiling and helpful. Keep it up guys!

Went there to buy an Air Fryer. Simply none of the employees there showed any interest to help, they said „we are understaffed“. One at the end decided to help but he had no clue about Air Fryers. No wonder people go to Amazon these days :|

Great place. The owner was very friendly and supportive. We came as newbies for the hobby, but we were approached by a nice owner, guided through the store, answered our questions, and gave his recommendations. All in friendly, atmosphere. I can easily recommend this pace to anyone who is interested in joining the Warhammer hobby.
The caschier was kissing a girlfriend and disscussing about diner options in the middle of sale. Did not find that profesional.

We went here just to take a look, but got greeted by a very kind shopkeeper who wanted to show us a lot and even let us paint some mini’s with tips on how to give the miniature the best look. This shopkeeper nows a lot about his ware and gladly helps you!
Great store and owner. He knows a lot about the 40K universe and is happy to explain the basics to those unfamiliar to the hobby. He even let us try painting for the first time. And let us keep the painted mini's.

Its just such a joy going into that store. The guy there is the nicest person I have ever encountered. Although I live in Luxembourg, I deliberately plan trips to Germany just so I can have a detour to the store and just have fun conversations and buy some smaller items.
Last time I asked about how fun Underworlds was, because I am thinking about getting it. I kid you not, the guy whipped out the game from the back and introduced me to the basics.

Great customer service. Within minutes of entering, both my boys were painting miniatures and learning about the Warhammer 'universe'
The xbox live gold code doesn't work and they don't do anything about it

Unfortunately, I have to adjust my review, there are really nice employees in the shop and the atmosphere is usually super inviting... Unfortunately, there are some employees who prefer profit over good advice and try to get rid of older products with false statements.
Especially if you don't know much about the game or a certain faction and buy a gift for friends, it can end up as a big and expensive disappointment.
I would not adjust a review because of a single event, unfortunately this has now happened 3 times with different people from my circle of friends.

Worst GameStop shop I haver ever been to. Not only was the service unfriendly and inpolite, but on top they forced me to buy a game which was not included in the initial bundle package.
Total rip-off.

I'm in Berlin for vacation and i've found this shop. I'm new at the Warhammer franchise but i love painting and collecting model kits. The employee (don't know if he's also the owner) helped me through advising and introducing me to Warhammer. Unfortunately i don't live here but i recommend to everyone this shop either if u are a beginner like me or not.
Great pricing on funko pops and speak English.
Incredible store. The staff walks around with a beaming smile, radiating happiness and giving thorough and proper advice. I went in to buy paint, picking up the hobby from a long time ago, and left happier then I had imagined I would.

Arrived there half an hour before closing time but everyone there was very friendly and super helpful. I am a newbie and pretty shy but the employee was patient with me and gave me lots of good advice and what I may enjoy or need for the hobby. They offer a wide range of different articles and even provide/offer guidance when it comes to painting. I felt very well taken care of and definitely want to return. I was amazed by the passion that the employees were showing and how much fun I had while listening to them and their advice. Thank you for this great experience.

My first time in a Warhammer shop and this was a good experience. Plenty of miniatures and paints available plus they spoke English as well which is a big plus for an ignorant englishman such as me 😁 picked up a set of miniatures and paints and happily on my way home to start. Will visit again. Keep up the good work.

I was about to buy 2 cups from Harry Potter with the action price 2 for 15€ but because the price was almost 80% down he preferred to keep them for himself!
Even if I am wrong about that what I just said!
He's attitude against me without to be apologizing for the mistake what he have done with the prices was terrible!
I am really sorry about it!
P.S: And when I was leaving the store he told me also that he don't want to see me again there!!! I don't know with which authorizes...but he said that!!!

Nice store, helpful personell, HOWEVER i had an issue 3 months later with the phone, i have tried to email and call Saturn without any help so i will now reduce my rating to one star until this is resolved. (except for that everything was fine and clean, but lets hope you will not have any problems with the stuff bought here)
This is propably The best games Workshop in Berlin. Stuff is very polite and helpfull. Ah recommend this shop for every Warhammer fan.
