Die neue Waschmaschine ist top! Super Beratung durch Frau Behrend vorab (sogar telefonisch!), die schnelle Lieferung - goldwert (bei einem 4-köpfigen Haushalt mit 2 Kleinkindern) und reibungslosem schnellen Aufbau dank der freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Auf unseren Wunsch wurde noch ein Verlängerungstück kurzerhand organisiert und mit angeschlossen. Flexibel und Kompetent. Vielen lieben Dank! Haben unseren neuen Wasch-/Trockenturm bei Behrend gekauft. Was uns besonders gefiel, war die hervorragende Beratung, ein faires Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, sowie die schnelle, pünktliche Lieferung durch kompetente Mitarbeiter. Hier stimmte wirklich alles!

Der Mitarbeiter war bei meinen Eltern, der Backofen und zwei Kochfelder funktionierten nicht mehr. Nach kurzer Zeit war der Fehler erkannt und behoben. Alles funktioniert wieder einwandfrei. Danke. Netter, freundlicher und kompetenter Mitarbeiter, der nicht darauf aus war, neue Geräte zu verkaufen. Extraklasse, immer gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns für dieses Küchenstudio entschieden und haben es keinen einzigen Tag bereut. Kein Vergleich zu üblichen Küchen aus Einrichtungshäusern! Bis in den letzten Winkel wurde alles passgenau angefertigt! Besonders hervorheben muss ich die kompetente und freundliche Beratung durch Hr. Öztürk; er ging sehr bedacht auf unsere Vorstellungen und Wünsche ein und wir haben ihm völlig vertraut, was uns die Besuche bei Mitbewerbern überflüssig werden ließ..

2 awfull exprience with Höfner which made me completely disappointed !
i understood they would like to charge you as much as possible as „SERVICE“!! for no Service!unfortunatelly i had 2 bad experinces with Höfner that never ever come back to them .sales service is awfull !they charged me 98 Eur for no services.
49 € for washing maschine which was not installed!because one part missing (no instruction before installation ,just guide you how you should pay !)
49€ for installing sofa ,which was already was installed (because of my type of contract )and seller did not give me correct information that it does not need any Montage !
After contacting customer service ,simply they said ,just they take plastic which means unpaking and Montage (new Höfner Concept)!
I read many negative reviews for customer service which means many people had my problem with Höfner and its completely Normal with them !No care for customer in „Customer Service „

Trustworthy and customer Service means nothing ! I am not sad because of more than 2k purchasing from them ,but im angry that they ruined my trust!no clear information and guidline !
If i could rate them minus ,no doubt i did that.

Wir haben vor ca. einem Jahr unsere Küche von Herrn Öztürk planen lassen und sind bis heute mehr als zufrieden. Herr Öztürk hat mit seiner sehr angenehmen und freundlichen Art unsere Wünsche hervorragend umgesetzt. Die Anlieferung/Montage erfolgte trotz der aktuellen Situation auf dem Weltmarkt recht schnell, so dass wir die Küche nun schon seit 10 Monaten zufrieden nutzen :)

Zuvor haben wir uns in einem namenhaften Küchenstudio in Düsseldorf beraten lassen, wo wir für deutlich mehr Geld weniger Qualität gekauft hätten. Herr Öztürk hatte unser Budget während der Planung im Blick und war durchweg motiviert, das "Beste rauszuholen". Wir sind heilfroh, uns für Küchen Behrend entschieden zu haben! Beratung, Planung, Aufmaß, Anlieferung und Montage (durch einen Subunternehmer) gingen reibungslos vonstatten. Wir würden immer wieder unsere Küche hier kaufen und haben das Küchenstudio auch schon mehrfach weiterempfohlen.

Ein Inhaber geführtes Küchenstudio mit sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Beratung. Termine wurden auf den Tag genau eingehalten. Die Mitarbeiter arbeiteten professionell und präzise. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Küche bekommen; mit weiteren Fragen können wir uns immer noch an die Chefin Frau Behrend wenden. Weiter so!

Massive furniture store with a cafeteria on the top floor and a small imbiss/cafe at the exit. Pricewise, there is something for all budgets, but I'm shocked at the poor quality of furniture found in even the highest price categories.

Visited first time. Very big place and huge variety for all home appliances..!!

Wow! This store is HUGE. They have a collection that offers options for every price range.

Such a nice store, the first time I had been there and I loved it.
Huge variety of kitchen facilities, furniture, kids furniture and .....
It has play ground for kids between 3 to 10years free of charge for 1 hour.
Fantastic restaurant with healthy food choices and desserts.

Good selection of things. They are always making good offers.

First appointment: the guys who delivered our couch said that it didn't fit through the door and threatened us saying that they had to use a lift and we should either pay 150€ or cancel the contract and pay 25% of the price no matter what. My girlfriend was at home and when she went downstairs they were already leaving so she couldn't check why it didn't fit.

Call to the customer service (like five times because nobody could explain me anything or call me back). I explained them that the couch should fit and we could find another solution. We make another appointment for next Wednesday morning and everything was fine. On Tuesday afternoon we received a call from customer service saying that they didn't have any appointment scheduled and therefore they won't deliver the couch that day (they blame us even though they admitted it was their fault). The woman said that we will have to make another appointment.

Two weeks later after the first appointment they come back to deliver the couch. I was personally there checking everything. The couch fitted perfectly through the door. Still don't understand how it wasn't possible the first time and nobody gave us a reason.

In the end we had to wait two weeks more to receive our couch and nobody compensate us for the delay. After all this incompetence I will never buy again in this shop. Totally not recommended.

Just to share a unpleasant experience with Hoeffner Barsbüttel:
Bough my Schlafsofa and a Sessel in Feb, Schlafsofa intended for 2 OG, the transport guy said our stairs is too narrow, did not try any thing, just lay that down in EG where I have already a sofa. The fuesser of the Sessel does not match, the Schlafsofa has a small hole in the front surface(texile part). Complainted to Customer Service, and suggest somebody come to disassemble the sofa and can move it to 2 OG, the customer service asked me "if that is as simple as you mentioned, why do not you do it on your own?" Jesus! Never expected such rude customer service, I paid for that, and in contract it says" Lieferung&Montage Inklusive".

In the following days, no one is taking care of that, customer service just told me "still in internal clarification" Due to the coming birthday party of my son and limited space in EG for a second sofa, I had to work with 2 friends, disassembled the sofa, moved to 2 OG, and assemble it, found further problems with the Schlafsofa (in picture).

For the Sessel they promised to send out the right Fusser within two weeks, after 14 days I did not received anything, called again, "wow, you did not receive? we will send out again!" One week later, the new Fusser arrived, but unfortunately still the wrong one, called customer service again, "we need to clarify with our supplier..." No indication when will they ship out the right one.

Called customer service again about the Schlafsofa, told me they can change for a new one, I remind that the effort would be extremely high. Disassemble the old sofa, transport from 2.OG to EG, take back to the transporter. Disassemble the new sofa, transport from EG to 2.OG and assemble that again. Customer service told me, "You should make it ready for replacement"....

To be honest, this is the most rude customer service I experienced in Germany since 10 years. Indeed disappointed with Moebel Hoeffner, for the quality as well as customer service, would never suggest any one to buy at Moebel Hoeffer.
