Perfect for a afternoon walk
Schönes Haus. Zimmer neu renoviert. Unseres war ausreichend groß. Die Betten sind bequem. Der Schrank war etwas klein, aber nimmt dafür auch nicht sehr viel Platz im Zimmer weg. Das Bad war sauber und groß genug. Leider war das Paneel in der Dusche etwas schief (so wie auch der TV im Zimmer) und die Düsen etwas angestockt (schwarz). Sonst aber alles ok.
Was etwas irritiert ist die Informationsflut vor und im Restaurant. Etliche einlaminierte Schilder und beschriftete Tafeln mit Tageskarten, Empfehlungen, Hinweisen, etc. Keine EC-Zahlung möglich, was wir nicht nachvollziehen konnten und nicht mehr zeitgemäß ist. Das Frühstück war absolut ausreichend. Das Personal war nett und die Lage absolut erstklassig. Der Zimmerpreis von ca. 100,- € pro Nacht sind für diese Region und Lage angemessen. Alles in allem hatten wir hier einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Super tolles Projekt und schönes Gelände

it would say that they really tried besides the lovely rose garden the sphere is really very interesting inside it is so suitable for wedding ceremonies and concerts and photos Really Great place you must visit the park is huge very nice very quiet it was not populated very much there was space even for meditation, an extremely pleasant place

This park is great. Something for everyone to enjoy. The play area was amazing, the flowers were beautiful, excellent views with historical reference pictures, water feature, water fountains for kids to play in on hot days, loads of open space to laze around or explore and some sculptures dotted around.
Would have gone again if we had the luxury of more time in Köln.
All this and it’s in easy walking distance to the cable car ride, the Köln View and the love lock bridge.
The park cafe is excellent with ice lollies, coffee and plant based milk on offer.

Nice open spaces to do sports and meet with friends. There are groups of people organized to play football or volleyball, I enjoy watching them!
The park is a big one for great outdoor events. But I guess one has to seek for erlaubnis beforehand using the space for an event. I was there for a Nigerian fest. It was so spacious and has a large parking opposite. It was my first time in frankfurt and couldn't explore the park to the fullest due to me enjoying the fest event I went to. It is so big and comfortable for me.

Beautiful park with old trees. You can watch a lot of different birds at the lake. The homeless shelter should be somewhere else though. Small children play and walk around there.

It’s adequate for a variation of different sports activities and family picnics.
Although more trees could be strategically planted within the space to make a balance of space and shade.
The grass could also be cut a bit more regularly to avoid overgrowth.
But overall it’s a good space.

One of mu favorite parks in Frankfurt. This park is truly a gem in the Ostend community and offers something for everyone.

Its a wonderful park behind the Rhein river. You can take a ride in Mini train with your kids.
Immaculate, tranquil, excellent vista from the Spanish Tower. The formal gardens are surrounded by meadows and a park.
really nice park, great atmosphere: one thing though, the grillplatz is closed! so if you were hoping for a nice spring barbecue, you’re better off going somewhere else! Other than that, I would recommend to visit for a nice walk - there are birds and bunnies everywhere :)
Noch nicht oft da gwesen aber sehr einladend, freundlich, optisch interessant..ziemlich nicer spot..
Its a very beautiful place to visit for nature lovers.Planty varieties of flowers are bloomed.When we visited roses are not bloomed yet.The rosarium with rose dome is a must visit. Good place to visit with family or friends for relaxation. Benches are available along the pathways. Dogs are also allowed. Apart from greenary, trees, there are some interesting historical structures like mausoleums, tea house, spanish tower and lion entrance gate are worth a visit.
Každých 14 dní se zde v sobotu koná Bleší trh. Prodává se tu různé zboží. Mají tu veřejné WC, koupíte si hamburger, kebab, kávu. Byla jsem tu po několika letech, stále nádherné prostředí.

A large park with a lake in the middle. From time to time, you can see cute little locomotives from the Feldbahnmuseum riding through the park. The swimming pool facility is currently under construction.

One of the most beautiful parks I've ever been to. It's located next to the river with many water attractions not only for kinds. A perfect place to spend hot sunny days.

Because of the historical elements, this park serves as more than just a green space for relaxation and leisure. It is also a historical site and has many places of interest for history lovers. Beautifully manicured gardens, rose dome, plenty to benches along the pathways, and so many historical structures. Overall a wonderful experience.

Der beste Spot in Hamburg finde ich aber leider steht zur Zeit am Tor das es eine Winter Pause gibt. Leider kann ich nicht herausfinden wie lange diese andauert und ich und ein Kollege sind umsonst her gefahren
Nice place with nice flowers. I was surprised to find the cemetery of Prince Philip’s sister here as I didn’t expect that. The place is interesting.
Amazing park for all the seasons, fresh air nice jogging spot, family walk, but recommended to go early mornings, as this place is really becoming noisy and crowded after noon time, especially in sunny nice weather. One more important advise if you go there by car the parking spot is more free in morning times.

Great use of urban space
It's a wonderful park with a small lake in the middle. There's a place for barbabecue, a place for the children to play, also a soccer field next to it. It's very well located and very well conserved. It is a good place to sit, read a book, watch the landscape and appreciate peace. I recommend it.

Nice, spacious park with a small lake and a couple of playgrounds. Good for sports, picnics and there is a Grillplatz so grilling is allowed. It is missing, like so many Frankfurt parks, a park cafe or even better, a Biergarten.

It is a small park rounabout with a water founntain. People hang out or picnic there but no grilling.

Nice garden with colorful flowers. There are not many Rose plants nor Roses at any given point of time. Other flowering plants are more than Rose plants.
The park is big enough to accommodate people from the city who on weekends want to rest there, grill, walk, simply spend quality time in nature. If you arrive by car on weekends after 3 pm, you may not be able to find a free parking space nearby. Not enough trash cans.

Dieser Park ist wirklich schön. Super wäre, wenn ein Zaun zur Straße hin errichtet werden würde. Nur zur Sicherheit.
Man muss mit Hunden aufpassen, dass sie in Spielplatznähe nichts fressen, da dort oft etwas "schmackhaftes" liegt. & es sind viele Hasen dort unterwegs. Daher Augenauf bei der Dämmerung.

Wir waren nur über Nacht. Wurden freundlich empfangen. Zimmer war klein aber fein. Frühstück ausreichend und gut.

I simply love this place. This park is somehow different from many other parks. It has a unique flair!
As you can see it's a really attractive place with the circular lawn & fountain. Late in the day you often see families & kids enjoying the setting. There are several shops, bakeries, ice cream outlets etc in the complex and a gym. There's also an Italian restaurant.

Beautiful park. Do not miss the world's oldest working carousel. This is another one of those places I've been to for so many different events it's hard to remember them all. The annual garden show is worth attending and the concert/picnic in the park is worthwhile as well ... if you plan on taking a picnic basket you might want to put it in a wagon or on a cart since parking is never nearby. Take a blanket or lawn chairs if you have them.
