Ich bin seit über 40 Jahren überzeugter Polo-Lacosteträger. Ich besitze aktuell ca. 20 Polos, habe seit gefühlt 20 Jahren ein Kundenkonto bei Lacoste. Ich habe vergangenen Samstag die Frechheit besessen, leichte Mutmaßungen über die nachlassende Qualität und Mutmaßungen über evtl. jährlich steigende Preise bei Lacoste zu äussern.
Die Lacosterepräsentantin im Shop in Dortmund hat meine Frau und mich in der Folge aus dem Geschäft rauskomplementiert. Es sei wohl besser jetzt zu gehen. Sie hat offenbar meine freundlich geäußerte Kritik scheinbar persönlich genommen.
Das wollte ich nicht.
Ich möchte mich für mein Verhalten entschuldigen, werde zukünftig Konfrontationen dieser Art bei Lacoste in Dortmund vermeiden.

Gut geeignet für sportliche Aktivitäten in dieser nasskalten Jahreszeit. Duschen , Sauna , sehr schönes Restaurant mit Bar für die Entspannung danach vorhanden. Bin am Wochenende gerne hier und kann es nur empfehlen. Vorherige Onlineanmeldung ist von Vorteil.
Eine Unverschämtheit der Mitarbeiter. Heute ging ich in den Store rein um nach neuen Schuhen Ausschau zu halten. Habe die Schuhe dir mir gefielen in die Hand genommen und angeschaut, daraufhin kam eine kleine ungefähr unter 150 cm Mitarbeiterin die mir angeblich helfen wollte Schuhe zu suchen, obwohl ich zu dem Mädchen eindeutig NEIN gesagt habe, da ich selber schauen mag. Sie lies nicht locker und stand ständig neben mir und sprach mich von der Seite und und meinte ”deine Schuhe sind ja dreckig, ich kann dir ein Spray empfehlen“, daraufhin sagte ich WIEDER NEIN! Sie hat es nicht verstanden, dass sie die Kunden zum Kauf drängte und unverschämt war. Nach 10 sek. versuchte sie sich an mich ranzumachen indem sie mit dem Satz kam ”ich kann dir eine andere Variante zeigen wie man die Schuhe sauber bekommt“. So ein Verhalten ist unter der Gürtellinie!!! Stellt endlich reife und respektvolle Mitarbeiter ein die nur nett sind und nicht einen ständig hinterherlaufen obwohl man NEIN gesagt hat.

0 Punkte für Service. Das Personal steht blöd rum und starren auf das Handy. Bis später einer endlich mal die Schuhe aus dem Lager holt kann auch mal gut ne halbe Stunde vergehen. Lieber online bestellen. Spart Zeit und Geld und der Service ist besser

The facility however is really nice. Ladies at the reception spoke English. You can book the place online. We rented rackets, and you need to buy the shuttle. It cost 6€ in total for rackets and shuttle. You can also rent court shoes.
Every service booked comes along with free access to sauna.
There are snacks to buy and a restaurant on the facility as well.
It was a lot of fun and will definitely be going back soon.

Mehh, the employees don't feel like to be helpful. They prefer to chit chat between themselves. Not a nice shopping experience. 😔

Mit Abstand der schlechteste laden in dem ich jemals war Mitarbeiter unfreundlich und hochnäsig Kleidung hängt schmutzig im Laden und wird auch nicht umgetauscht obwohl keine 24h um sind im Laden drinnen riecht es aber stark nach Schweiß und außerdem ist es super stickig Mann bekommt überhaupt keine Luft der Laden an sich verdient minus Sterne da ein Stern schon zu viel ist ein Mitarbeiter der grade mal aus der Pubertät raus ist meinte es wohl gut zu finden sich als den Inhaber des Ladens auszugeben aber konnte nicht mal die Kasse selber bedienen und erfand irgendwelche Ausreden (die sich alle selber wieder sprechen ) warum er die Hose mit Kassenzettel und Etikett das noch dran war nicht Umtauschen könne und 2 junge Herren und 1 junge Dame die dort arbeiten meinten auch noch aggressiv mir gegenüber zu werden da ich natürlich gefragt hatte und mir das nicht gefallen lassen wollte wirklich sehr schlechter laden ich finde die sollten Platz machen für ein neuen Laden da sie sowieso nicht mit snipes was gegenüber ist nicht konkurrieren können.
Ich war eigentlich nur auf der suche nach neuen Schuhen… aber es stellte sich herausstellen das ich an diesem Tag noch beschimpft, angespuckt und geschlagen werde! Es fing alles ganz harmlos an wie gesagt ich war unterwegs im pep und wollte mir paar neue Schuhe zulegen. Ich wurde von einem jungen herren "bedient". Er machte schon von Anfang an einen sehr komischen und herablassenden Eindruck auf mich seine augen waren sehr rot angelaufen. Es stellte sich später heraus das er unter Drogen stand. Als ich mich dann für das passende Schuh entschieden habe fragte ich ihn natürlich ob er es mir in meiner Größe bringen könne ich denke mal das das eine normale frage war und ich hatte bis jetzt nie Probleme da es nicht mein erstes mal war das ich Schuhe kaufe. Er ignoriert mich zuerst also fragte ich nach ca. 2min erneut als Antwort kam nur ein „Ne leider nicht“… also hab ich mich nach einem anderen Schuh umgeschaut und fragte ihn erneut ob es den vielleicht gäbe… was dann passierte war die reinste Katastrophe er ist komplett ausgerastet fing an mich mit dem N-Wort zu beleidigen und schuhe nach mir zu werfen er meinte ich solle zurück nach afrika wo ich auch hingehöre… er drohte mir damit das er zu mir nachhause käme und mir auf die Füße spucken würde während ich schlafe… ich habe schon anzeige erstattet und werde diesen Vorfall auch den Medien berichten weil sowas geht absolut nicht MENSCH IST MENSCH!!!

This is not a shop for running shoes - the system and in house Knowledge is about street shoes. They were kind enough to replace my badly fitted shoes. Still, it took a lot of patience and quite a few discussions for that to happen.
Clean, good facilities and friendly staff! Online booking. 4 starts and not 5 as I think they should clean often and better the carpets on the courts

Super Kundenservice und sehr freundliche Verkäuferin. Wollte einen Pulli umtauschen, wobei ich schon etwas über der Umtauschfrist lag. Die Verkäuferin ( ich denke es handelte sich um die Filialleitung) war sehr kulant und tauschte mir den Pulli problemlos um. Hier wird Kundenservice noch groß geschrieben. Hier werde ich umhin Zukunft öfter einkaufen gehen!

Eigentlich null Sterne…Wollte gerade Schuhe umtauschen aber es dauert mehr als eine stunde so madig und jetzt muss man sigh rum streiten, weil sie zu klein waren und es ging „aus hygienischen Gründen“ nicht. Sehr unverständlich, wo man heutzutage alles ja desinfizieren und auch umtauschen kann. Ebenso ist im Geschäft keinerlei Hinweis vorhanden, der Kunden drauf hinweist, dass Waren nicht umgetauscht werden können.

Wir gehen gerne Badminten spielen.Viele Plätze, lockere Atmosphäre. Tennis ,Tischtennis und eine kleine Sauna gibt es auch. Preis Leistung stimmt und alles ohne blödes Abo.

Zeichnen Ware falsch aus, behaupten Kunden würden solche Zettel selbst drauf kleben um sich billigere Preise zu er schleichen und stehen nicht zu ihren Fehlern. Selbst die Store Leiterin zeigt kein entgegenkommen und sagt die Kasse lügt nicht. Mit falschen Preisen werben rund was anderes abkassieren ist rechtlich nicht zulässig. Verbraucherschutz wird eingeschaltet.

This place has the worst customer service. The employees are rude and have no knowledge of the products and run away at any opportunity they get and pretend like they’re packing things away.
We went to buy two pairs off NB trail hiking shoes to replace the ones we currently wear on our travels and are very happy with.
We were open to suggestions of another NB shoe from a newer version shall the other one be not avaliable any more.
But the male staff member who worked there in the morning of 8th August was very rude, had no interest to suggest another similar shoe when asked and said we should go and order online.
Terrible rude, unfriendly, ageist and arrogant person.
We were very disappointed as we specifically travelled nearly an hour to visit the Flagship store in order to get good advice and service.
We were in and out of that store within 2 minutes - so bad!

Your booking application really doesn't work properly. I had problems with the booking application several times.
Sometimes the bookings I did are not being showed, so I ended up booking another slot (before I start playing) and for some weird reasons all the booking are not visible the app, but once we go into the location it shows all of them to the staff.
sometimes the canceling we do appear on the app but it was not actually canceled.
We ended up paying up more for the courts we didn't want to book we didn't use.
Staff is nice, and I have informed about this problem to them. Please ask your IT provider to fix this problem.

Der beste Lacoste Store den es in Berlin gibt. Das Personal ist erstklassig, aufmerksam und immer für Fragen offen. Der Store selbst präsentiert perfekt die Marke Lacoste. Kollaborationen wie Netflix oder Sporty&Rich werden den Kunden in einem einzigartigen Design präsentiert. Auch das Café im Laden kann mit leckerem Kaffe sowie netten Personal punkten.

I bought a perfect pair of Salomon trainers for my flat feet with help from the second-floor sales assistant gentleman. He was very attentive, friendly and professional, got an even further 10% discount at the counter for joining the membership.

200€ Made-In-USA shoe completely torn and destroyed after less than a year of standard use. My wife ordered a pair of New Balance online and guess what.. the same. I call this bad quality. I've always been a big fan of New Balance. Not anymore.

Four months ago. I went shopping here . I'm an Asian girl. I feel that the staff is very discriminatory. I asked for product information, but the staff answered reluctantly, especially reluctantly. Not friendly at all. I have money to pay. I am not impressed with the service, so I quickly tried and paid for it. I went there because I already liked the product, but the obstacle was that some employees made this brand of products look undervalued. I don't want to let go of this situation.Even though it's been a long time, I still want to buy shoes that I like here because it's close to my home, but I don't want to see that happen again. Excellent courts and proper community feel. Squash house is included on urban sports plus has a small sauna and chill area also included for free. Lovely staff too. Been playing here a few years and absolutely love it.

I needed a set of arm warmers to wear during an ironman event as had forgotten mine when travelling from the uk. The staff spoke excellent English ( as do most germans) and were able to assist in finding me a pair. Very helpful and a great selection of clothing and equipment for a broad range of sports.

The rating is only for badminton. Didn’t try other sports. The height of the court is so low the beam of the ceiling interrupted the game all the time.

Staff was very polite and helpful in finding right size. Outlet may not have all the shoes which you see online but 90% they have them. Me and husband both were satisfied with staff behaviour and ofcourse our new Nike Air Force 1 are super cool and comfy!😎
It's a great center, kind and helpful staff. We played Badminton and Table Tennis and the courts, tables were in excellent condition.
Additionally the tables where "gated", so the ball couldn't escape that easily. But with more.than enough space to play comfortably.

The nicest, most generous and welcoming staff I have ever met here in Berlin. Coffee and desserts are tasty and affordable. Overall the cafe-store concept is creative and a unique experience.

The weight lifting department definitely was lacking. The sports supplements are also lacking, no pre-workout or creatine. They did have some protein powders.
Definitely no equipment for boxing or MMA sports. If you are looking into combative sports this is not the right place.

Garden interior meets good coffee place lol, the staff is really friendly and nice; would recommend the iced drinks as well as non coffee drinks. Def need to try out the coffee beans and the chocolate for home

Awesome place to be with friends and family. Very clean, indoor sports complex with bar counters to enjoy while playing bowling, badminton or squash, dart game. I am not sure about the pool table but yes... its worth spending weekends. The person at entry counter is very respectful and cool. Definitely visiting more..

Oh my god. We have been looking/waiting for Nike air force 1, size 39-40 for a year, online and searching stores in Stuttgart, Sindelfingen & Böblingen. Every time, we heard, sorry it can't be pre-ordered & this size has been sold out. Here, on a visit to friends, what do we get!!! The pair that we were looking for. Thank you Nike, Hamburg...

This is a good possibility to get the most things for a city family. But to be honest I will probably go to the bigger one outside of the city to see more specialized products. But great to have them in the city center now as well.

KEIN GELD ZURÜCK. Schlechteste Erfahrung. Nicht zu empfehlen.
Habe zwei Mützen gekauft im Laden je 60 EUR. Eine Mütze hat mir doch nicht sehr gepasst, wollte ich dann zurück geben, nach ca 4 Tagen. Dabei waren alle Etiketten drauf. Jetzt kommt das allerbeste! Die Verkäuferin meinte, dass die Mützen nicht zurückgenommen werden. Habe sie drauf hingewiesen, dass die Mütze nicht getragen wurde und alle Etiketten noch drauf sind, dann ging es doch. Allerdings gibt es bei Lacoste KEIN GELD ZURÜCK, nur Gutscheine. Steht natürlich irgendwo klein gedrückt. Nie wieder!

Nicht zu empfehlen! Verkäuferin sehr frech! Gerade in der Thier Galerie nach Impfstatus kontrolliert worden und das wollte man hier nicht akzeptieren. Das Band am Handgelenk gilt hier nicht. Habe mein Geld dann bei P&C gelassen. Diesen Lacoste Store werde ich auch später nicht mehr betreten

Legit place to buy some Jays, airmax, basketball shoes, apparel. The people who work there are also really nice and professional. It's usually a better experience than the Nike store/Snipes/ Footlocker which are across the road.
I had some problems with sneakers after a couple months. Went and bought next ones but turned out too uncomfortable for league games. Came in, and returned both with no problem. For both of them I got vouchers. Bought next ones but after two weeks shoe lance holder broken :( Today I went back again and with no problem got next voucher so I could pick next sneakers. Personel is very nice, helpful and has knowledge to advise you the best model.

Terrible service. My girlfriend an I visited the store today at 14:30. There were 3 employees listening to music and playing around with boxes, no customers besides us and still not one of them came to see what we needed of offered any service despite seeing us looking for shoes. Not much future for this store with such lazy service. Needless to say we went to another shoe store nearby and found and bought what we needed.
Mostly kicks and caps. Hope it can improve to have more NBA clothing and gears.
