Had an amazing cinnamon bread here, it was extremely cinnamonny. My oat cappuccino however was super milky-was more coffee flavoured milk. There are a few seats, but it is more a grab and go cafe.
They bake absolutely what they claim or maybe even better “The Best Cheesecake in town” or anywhere in the world!!! The Cheesecake options and the variety the offer is amazing and delicious and top that with a marshmallow layered hot chocolate drink … what else can you ask to die for.
Second cinnamon roll I’ve had here, it was good but believe the other was better. Also wished my chai tea latte was hotter, it was barely lukewarm…unless that’s a danish thing.
Wat een leuke bakkerij annex koffieshop! Vriendelijke bediening en van alles is gratis te proeven. Koffie is niet goedkoop maar wel errug lekker! Super leuk terras waar je heerlijk kunt zitten.

Great selection of cheesecakes, if you crave sugar go for the Oreo it’s amazing but if you like the more classical cheesecake version I heartily recommend the berries one!

Simply delicious cheesecake, probably the best in Copenhagen. The interior is cute, with an eclectic cozy vibe. The service was great, very friendly. I highly recommend the lemon curd cheesecake, so yummy and melts in your mouth.

Lagkagehuset is present all around the city of Copenhagen, and the showcase full of pastries always looks very inviting. I went there for a Spandauer and a "small" black coffee. The pastry tasted fresh even though it was late in the afternoon, and had just the right amount of sweetness. Personally, I found the filtered coffee a bit too much "American"-style and would have preferred a smaller, more traditional crema coffee. Ordering happens at the bar and service was friendly. The indoor seating spaces are however quite basic, only offering bar stools against the windows and no smaller tables.
It's one of the best cafes I've ever been to. Staff is polite and very helpful, and the food is absolutely delicious. I would really like to know which brand of matcha they're using, because it was the best one I've ever tasted.
Very cute small bakery in the residential area of Copenhagen which I went for a quick breakfast before a trip. I had the croissant with cream with sesami seeds on top which was yummy. Expresso they made was descent too.
Lots of varieties that all look delicious but I wanted a strawberry cheesecake, and one of the staff recommended the one with cream and she wasn’t wrong. Tasted delicious and fresh.

Echt leckerer Käsekuchen in sämtlichen Variationen. Super gemütliches Ambiente mit Kopenhagener Altbaucharme. Da schmeckts gleich nochmal besser. Wir empfanden den Preis auch als relativ „normal“ (69Dkk) für Kopenhagen.

My wife is a cheesecake lover so Bertels Salon became her favorite from day one of our visit in Copenhagen. We have tasted salty caramel and cookies cheesecake (personally preferred the cookies) but definitely will be back for more.

Don’t let the long queue outside put you off, the queue moves fast as there are lot of spaces inside. If queueing is not your thing, you can buy the food for take away.

I like Lagkagehuset pastries, but not the exhausting wait to get it. Management consistently understaffs this bakery, and life is too short to spend 20minutes waiting in line to buy a croissant. I won't be back any time soon.
Recommend this place if you visit Copenhagen. Beautiful dessert with filter coffee. You can refill coffee as much as you want. Also can get little bit of milk/cream/oat milk for your coffee. Lovely interior and friends staffs.
First time trying a bakery in Denmark, and I was not disappointed! I ended up eating a Kanelsnurre everyday during my travel. I recommend this nice bakery!

Decent hot chocolate. Cakes are pretty average but the cafe is lovely. Service is good too. Don’t be discouraged by the line, it runs pretty quick
We tried Meyers Bageri while walking by. We tried the pesto, potato bun. It was nothing special but good for what it is. The other pastries looked quite nice, I would try something else there. Also, friendly staff
This place is super popular always with a line. The cakes are decent but not like blow your mind away. Hot chocolate can be refilled once if you can get through it. Worth visiting once for the experience.
Great cheesecakes! They are already quite sweet so don't go for those that have caramel on top. I suggest the ones with fruit. The coffee is very good also. There are more seats upstairs. Very small entrance and it can get very busy, but it's definitely worth the wait.

Grabbed a spandauer to split with the wife while waiting at the airport for our flight. Great choice and much better than airport prices/quality!

The first time I couldn’t get a seat, so I tried again on a morning. The staff were all very warm and welcoming. I sampled 5 of their cakes plus hot chocolate. Sport cake was overwhelming, way too much cream. It was my least favorite. Lucky You tasted like Black Forest with pumpkin seeds, the combo and texture didn’t work for me. Det Gyldne Tårn was packed with rhubarb, very moist, very tart. As a fan of rhubarb it hit the spot haha. HC Hat is indulgent and sweet but underwhelming in flavor. Apple Cake was well balanced in flavor/sweetness, very moist. The hot chocolate was very rich and thick; the highlight of my experience!
Amazing place with so much interesting history. Loved every minute here. And the cakes didn't make this experience worse! Yummy! I might have a sugar rush now. Bit totally worth it!

However, the customer service didn't quite meet expectations. While not all the staff were impolite, there is definite room for improvement.

The cinnamon roll was not well baked and very oily (you can see on the bag). I felt like chewing whole piece of raw dough and with a spoon of o in my mouth. Very disgusting. I try but i can not finish it.

The woman behind the counter is doing her best but when you are handling the customers at the register there simply is no time to properly clean the tables in time. Management should plan more stuff there to avoid this.

Good service and value for the price. I got a caprese toastie which was pretty good. Lots of indoor seating and some outdoor seating as well.
The salmon spread sandwich is great and affordable (laksemousse). It was very tasty but could have used more vegetables. The cortado is also a great choice for coffee and the service is very fast here.
With the crazy prizes of aggressively mediocre food at Lagkagehuset, you would think the hygiene would be in focus... But no.

Delicious strawberry tart made with marzipan, chocolate, custard and fresh strawberries. Best thing I ate in Copenhagen. Had a Chai latte which was equally good. No wonder the queue stretched to the door.

While this chain has commercialized baked goods and the goods have become less works of art (which they were in the original), it is still good to be able to get the goods all over (and at the airport!)

Very bad service from the woman behind the counter. She was visibly in a bad mood, but that is totally okay everyone does. Worst thing was the BMO. It was incredibly average and doesn’t match up against any of the other bakeries in the city, really low effort.
Stunning vegan pastry, there was only one but we went at the end of the day, wonder if they have more earlier in the day!

This is my favourite place in Denmark.Every pastry amd dessert is unique and perfect to the last detail.Their drinks are absolutely delicious.The vibe is minimalistic and authentic to the danish modern style.I will forever miss the champagne muffins.

Amazing small bakery shop with amazing cinnamon Danish bun!! Don't leave Copenhagen without have one!! Delicious!! I wish I had one everyday with my coffee
It was a nice shop with loads of dessert options but yes if you are looking for a waffle it is definitely not the place where you can find waffle... So for me the dessert was nice if you love chocolate you have lots of options from pastries and baked items. Also... There is a seating available you can enjoy over there or also you can take away with you things... For me it was overall good options to choose dessert from there....
I think I had too high expectations… or maybe it was just an unlucky day here. The Spandauer was way too sweet for me, I didn’t like it. The Tebirkes was too dry. Also, the service was only semi friendly. But maybe she was only like this because there were too many people standing in line - the local is very small, I think only 2-3 people fit inside maximum. When I was inside, there were 6 inside or so…
Nice coffee place a bit away from the busy and hectic area where all tourists go. This allows for a relaxed sitting area and good service by staff. We ordered coffee, which was fine, and a little snack.

I am certainly not a barrista, but I can only imagine that one should never serve scalding hot coffee.

Great pastries! Very buttery and tasty
My today's experience was not the best. Therefore I doubt I would go back: I stopped by to pick up pastries for my kid. The croissant I bought there was burnt (check picture), and I was 31 DKK overcharged, which I discovered only at home. Maybe today is not their day, and something there went unusual, however when you are the most expensive bakery in the town I would expect a respective quality - which was not the case today.
Ps - when I contacted them over email on the subject of wrong a - DKK I was told that I can get it back. So kudos on that part at least

I ordered between time to time and I do like all the the bakeries at general. However I did order Rye bread once and I did not like it. Today I received extra Croissant. Thank you 😊
A fantastic bakery with both savory and sweet options, along with a wide coffee menu. Employees are friendly and helpful and you basically can't go wrong on any of the menu items. They're all delicious!
I have to be honest, I had really high expectations given all the rave reviews my Danish friends had on this bakery and it’s stellar rating on google... but it was honestly not that great. My cinnamon bun- both taste and esthetics were pretty mediocre. I have had some amazzzzzing cinnamon buns across Scandinavia and this just did not rock my socks off whatsoever. Given the photos from other reviews and how glorious their buns looked compared to mine, I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe the baker had an off day?
Some of the best pastries I’ve ever had. The chocolate pastry is a must try! However, although the cheese one was good it wasn’t as great as the chocolate. It’s a cute little shop definitely worth stopping by and trying if you’re in the area.

I only go here for coffee and the danish pastry "hindbærsnitter". They have 30% student discount on hot beverages which is very nice. Otherwise comparatively too pricey. If you like expensive stuff it's very delicious and high quality.
