DON'T TRUST! Especially if you have a flight or bus to catch! They failed me twice in 1 week. 1st time, the ordered driver didn't show up on the agreed time. Their hotline number wasn't reachable, and the ordered driver wasn't reachable. Giving them an other chance a few days later, I made clear upon ordering that I won't accept any delays. When I called the driver at pickup time, he said he was 5 minutes late, then wasn't reachable anymore. When he showed up with a 20-minute delay, he was shocked to learn that I ordered an in Driver instead. Punctuality and reliability are two of the core pillars essential for a taxi business, ABC taxi unfortunately doesn't provide either at the moment.
Our driver was early and friendly, the vehicle was very comfortable, and it was one of the most comfortable transfers between cities we’ve ever had. Would definitely hire this company again, 10/10!

Highly recommended. Used twice to get from Luxor to Hurghada then Hurghada to Cairo Airport. They are very responsive and flexible with pickup times and locations, the drivers are friendly and helpful, and prices are reasonable too, as long as you pay in euros and not the local currency.
My mom and I booked a ride from Hurghada to Luxor and all went smoothly! The driver managed all the checkpoints and stopped once at a convenience station for us to grab snacks and use the restroom. We were a little nervous traveling alone across the desert but felt perfectly safe and had an easy trip. Would recommend!

Great company. Very reliable, on time with very clean and nice cars. I use them everytime i come to Egypt - easy to book on whatsap and you can choose a van or regular car depending on how many people you are. Also competitive price and all drivers are very nice!

I booked my reservation in advance to be taken to Hurghada Airport.
The driver that arrived was extremely rude and racist towards me. I am a Black American woman who traveled solo to Egypt.
The driver refused to help me with any of my bags and he attempted to drop me to the wrong terminal at the airport. It wasn't until I asked security at the airport where I was that I discovered that the driver had not even taken the time to ensure that he dropped me to the correct terminal at the airport.
Further, when I spoke to the driver about his behavior toward me, the driver was verbally abusive and the supervisor was dismissive of my feelings.
The driver also refused to give me my change in my hands- totally disrespectful.
This is fair warning for any foreigner in particular Black Americans traveling to Hurghhada - do not use this taxi service.

Er hat uns darauf hingewiesen, dass es zwei Terminals gibt (das wussten wir nicht und die Fluglinie hat uns auch keins aufgegeben). Top team, very helpful, good communications and friendly. Used them on the back of a recommendation from Orca Dive Centre (Gaby) and they comfortably lived up to expectation.
Really smooth and efficient service right through from booking to returning to the airport! Our email to make enquiries and then to book were replied to really quickly with all the information that we needed and our questions answered. The pick up at Hurghada airport was smooth and friendly even though we were a bit delayed. The cars were very comfortable and both drivers - out and return - were friendly, professional and safe. It was a really nice touch being offered drinks as we arrived in the car at Hurghada too. We received a WhatsApp to confirm our return journey, and again, the driver was prompt and helpful. Everything happened on time and we really can't fault anything about the service. We will definitely call them again for our next trip and would recommend them based on our experience.

Booking and communication was easy and uncomplicated via WhatsApp. Best price I found for transportation from Soma Bay/Safaga to Hurghada Airport (15 Euro). Driver was friendly and on time.
Lorraine was very responsive from my first email and also followed up on my return journey, which allowed me to get to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Everything arrange nicely arranged from Xanadu Hotel, Makadi Bay to Kenzo Mall and back.
Minor issue, which is typical Egytians issue, buy a good watch. Hahaha if you ask for 11pm pick-up, which is changed by taxi to 11.30pm (we approved), but finally the taxi was there at 12pm.
Overall, nice. Polite drivers, averaged cars, no reckless driving, just normal and ok!

We used this taxi service whilst in hurghada June/July.. Absolutely brilliant service.. ALL the drivers were on time and very friendly.. I totally recommend this company. One driver who was fantastic (Sorry I can't remember his name) but he went above and beyond and actually came to our rescue whilst stuck at hurghada airport after our day trip to Cairo. Yes you can actually get a flight to Cairo which takes an hour.. much better than a 4.5 hour bus ride... anyway we had no wifi to contact a driver and we hadn't actually booked him but he knew we was coming back.. And he was actually there waiting for us at the airport..So thank you so much for being there, we was very pleased to see you... Also this company was so much cheaper than using the hotel taxi. I give this company 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟
I use Hurghada Taxi Transfers for every trip, tour and excursion each time I visit Hurghada. Excellent value, 5*** service and standards. The cars are always spotless, the drivers very friendly and helpful and professional and every trip has been an absolute pleasure to go on with them. I'm heading to Hurghada again later this year and will continue to use them for every trip I make. I literally can't think of one thing I would or could improve on with them. Exceptional service and communication from Hurghada Taxi Transfers, so much so we used them for all of our airport transfers (x4) and for taxi shuttles too throughout our stay in Hurghada. New immaculately clean vehicles be it car or people carrier all with ice cold air conditioning and arriving on time every time.
Lorraine is the best when it come to communication response times via email or WhatsApp, the drivers are dressed smartly and speak multiple languages and freely give historical information and suggestions along your journey. The fixed pricing structure make it a no brainer when getting around at a price cheaper than most if not all taxis we encountered.

Very happy with the service from Hurghada Taxi Transfers from a-z. Used them 3 times on my holiday. Organising the trips with Lorraine was clear and easy. Pick-ups were on time, pricing was very reasonable, cars and drivers all good. Will use them again when I next visit the area.

Booked two ways private transfers with Private Taxi Hurghada, to Makadi and back, it was punctual service with experienced drivers and extremely clean cars, I highly recommend them for all tourists who need private transfer.
Hurghada Taxi Transfers collected us from the airport and delivered us to our hotel and took us back to the airport at the end of our holiday in May 2023. The driver was excellent and informative, the car was immaculate, the car was on time for both journeys. A fabulous service.

C'est la meilleur option pour vos déplacements en Egypte, en intimité, qualité et sécurité ( même si l'Égypte est un pays très sécurisé, les gens sont très accueillants) car l'Égypte c'est aussi un voyage et voir le pays en intimité sur la route est une aventure avec d'incroyable paysage et quoi de mieux que le faire en intimité au lieu d'un bus avec d'autre personne, là vous serez en intimité et plus libre pour vos mouvements.
Niveau prix aussi il n'y à rien à dire, et même je dirais que par rapport à la qualité proposé il n'y a pas à réfléchir.

My son and I used Hurghada Taxi Transfers for our trips from the airport to El Gouna and back: upon arrival we were greeted by a courteous driver with our name on a sign, the pickup from the hotel on the way back was punctual. Both cars were comfortable and clean, the drivers friendly. The price was competitive, communication before our trip was great. We booked just a day in advance. Cannot do better!
We had an amazing experience with blue taxi 🚖. We took a van from Hurghada to Cairo and Luxor to Hurghada - everything was perfect. Driver was very professional, vehicle was new and most important they were exact on time. Highly recommended.

This has not been the nicest experience. We reserved a taxi from hurghada to Aswan (which is 8h drive). First, they asked for higher price the day after we confirmed. Second, the day of departure (early morning 7am) the driver showed up 45 min late, and without permission to take us to Aswan. After some calls and discussions they send us a new driver, so we could leave finally 2h later. The car we got was very old, small, almost no aircon to cross the desert in middle of summer…
My father has travelled many times with Atef and Tony. My sister was in his taxi 2 month ago and I took my transfer today to go home. It was very professional, the driver was so friendly and had great conversation! The cars are brand new , you will not regret booking with this service !

All the drivers were on time and polite. This is the second time using this service. It’s really good with people who aren’t as adventurous as my son. He enjoyed the rides and being able to see a lot. They pick us up in Cairo to Hurghada and from Hurghada to Luxor. Really stress free and safe.
