Great hotel location. Nice views from the balcony. Very historical feeling. A glitch in the system caused an issue during our check in but Mr Rimon resolved our issue quickly and professionally and our stay was wonderful after this.
1. Incompetent reception service got our room mixed up with another guest (they gave us the same room and keys). They shown very little interest in trying to fix the problem quick enough.
2. Everyone is all the time trying to sell you anything. Very pushy.

A beautiful place to stay. Great food options, clean comfortable room, quality internet, and the best shower i had in Egypt. No need to turn on your own water heater and rush. It was fantastic.

"Indeed, it was a unique experience .The entire place is a masterpiece. The cleanliness , the welcoming staff , the rapid response to our inquiries , every one is very professional. As for the food, I can confidently say that the hotel surpasses Alexandria, This isn't my first visit, and I've noticed a significant improvement in the quality and variety of the breakfast. Congratulations on the new Chef . Mohamed Ismail, who added a special flavour and delectable presentation to the dishes, a taste befitting the hotel's name .

Amazing Hotel. Great experience. The hotel view is breathtaking. Everything is so amazing breakast, rooms, dinner. Everything is perfect. We will def be back.
I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is historical with beautiful, chic, and nostalgic interior.
The staff are super welcoming, professional, and helpful.

Everything in one place. Parking and Shopping mall in the basement you don't have to leave the building. The staff are always on hand so helpful security is excellent. I will be back again.

I stayed here for one night with my mom and we had a great stay. The place is very charming and well maintained, and we loved the antiques. The room was really nice spacious and the view was absolutely incredible. The breakfast selection was decent and the staff were helpful.
4 starts instead of 5 because I did need to ask to swap out the towels since I saw little stains on them. And I saw a spot of the duvet cover as well. Not a big deal, and they made the swaps right away, but I just wish they had caught that sort of thing beforehand.
I would just note that it may not be the best location for light sleepers. Since we asked for a sea-view room, the traffic right below the window was a bit noisy (they seem to really love using their horns in Egypt). It wasn’t too bad for us though, and the windows really cut down on a lot of it. When we turned on the AC, it blocked out most of the street noise.

Lovely hotel. Great staff. Fab breakfast. Some lovely moments with occasional peaceful Nile! Lot of boats, working and living around but I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely place. Thanks to Virginia on the front desk, Sayed and Muhammad on breakfast duty. All the chefs who take pride in their extensive breakfast.
Minor quibbles: coffee could be so much better all over the hotel. Lot of plastic water bottles. I'm sure we could fill up reusable bottles from central large containers by the room.
The zoo, whilst a nice idea, is not big enough for large animals such as camels. Please re- think, re-size or close it down. Its not appropriate.

Excellent experience during a couple of nights stay at the Four Seasons Alexandria, the rate is relatively high for Egypt where a single room can exceed 400 USD with only breakfast. The Breakfast is above average and doesn’t meet expectations of a five star hotel with such high nightly rate. Hence the 4 star rating.
As usual Cecil is Cecil, always worth a visit. A couple of days there change the mood. One feels, good, pampered and blessed. Hospitality is first grade. Five star advanced training of staff is obvious, however, what’s more important is that all the staff are genuine when offering help, assistance or service. We came before and we will of course come again.
Overall am amazing place to stay. On its own little island in the Nile the location is idyllic with some very nice pools and grounds. The rooms are spacious and clean but a little dated. The food for vegetarians is decent

Loved this hotel. The hotel property was beautiful. Many gardens and walking paths. The pools were so clean and gorgeous. The peace and quiet was exactly what we needed after the hustle and bustle in Cairo. 100% recommend to anyone thinking about it. The food was good, but a little pricey

- Overpriced (price/performance ratio)
- Controls at the entrance, when entering by car and when changing from the room side to the beach side

- Worn carpets
- Floor tiles dirty (damp cloth was black with dirt)
- Wall tiles in the bathroom were not fully grouted
Mouldy fruit in the fruit basket
- Toilet bowl not firmly attached (tilted)

Beach restaurant is perfect in autumn for a classy calm dinner. The food was great but the service was not, hence the 4 stars. The waiters were clumsy and clueless. Not what you'd expect at the Four Seasons.
This hotel is just amazing. Once you get past the tight security (which is required and apreciated), the hotel is spread over two buildings which are very opulent. Our superior city view room was so gorgous - very roomy and with a large bathroom and best hotel bed we have experienced. The restaurant area is located in the pool area and beach and the hotel has a shopping mall behind it which is quite good. The staff are very professional and pretty much everyone speaks excellent english. We loved this hotel so much that we would visit Alexandria again just to stay at the Four Seasons San Stefano again.

Nice hotel. A perfect blend of ageless and modern. Felt like we were living in affluent new York of Titanic times withe the classic woodwork and old fashioned lift. Comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. Ibrahim was really great catering to our every need at breakfast. The view of the sea was superb
My wife wanted afternoon tea service but I didn’t know we had to reserve 24 hours in advance. But they still put together a tea service for us when we got there. Really beautiful place and great food

Amazing place to relax and enjoy many facilities and activities with very reasonable prices.
As high-end vacation community still in development, Soma Bay is promising and alluring. A short drive from Hurghada city and the HUR airport, a daily 45-minute hop from Cairo International, this place is not as remote as the road map may suggest! Yet you get all the Red Sea has to offer in all four seasons. We are watching with curiosity and interest for this next generation of resort-living in style.

The rooms were clean at sheraton soma Bay, the food was not that good , the service was very good and the staff were very helpful, active and friendly as well as the chefs in the restaurant.. the beach is one of the best in Hurghada to be honest , there is a place to swim in and other one to enjoy coral reefs , snorkeling and diving.. There is an aqua park for kids to enjoy their own time if they're old enough to take care of themselves plus the guards there were very helpful and friendly to the kids and taking care of them as well...The whole experience was amazing

Beautiful hotel with clean rooms, good service and a lot of options for family members. You can use the swimming pools or go to organised SCUBA Diving daily trip with boat. I definitely recommend this hotel and diving destination like combination. Next year I will be back again.
Hotel needs to decide if it wants to be a proper/ classic 5* hotel or an all-inclusive party-club. At the moment it excels in neither.

The beaches are sandy, and the sea is warm and the most beautiful I've ever swam in. It was a wonderful experience to dive there for the first time and see the rich marine life.
In the beginning, they checked us in the Standard room instead of the Deluxe room, which we paid an extra 50 dollars for it, then we've spoke to the receptionist and they changed it for us. Breakfast was good, and they have variety choices. The beach was amazing! And it was the best thing in the hotel, clean, neat and a lot of places if you want a nice sun bath. The worst thing was the WiFi, It was really a nightmare. Staff were nice, and the relationship manager asked us if everything was bothering us during our stay.
Extremely happy with the service provided by the hotel and all staff, they made us feel so welcome and comfortable. They pleased every request we had during our stay, very helpful and friendly. We will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I love this place (Sheraton Soma Bay). I highly recommend it. The service is professional and extremely friendly. The food and beverges are good and they cater for all tastes.
Hotel is old, rooms are mildly renovated but still old. My room was small, barely fit an extra bed. Balcony is spacious with a nice view. I was disappointed as, based on their posted photos, I had expected a better quality.

Soma Bay has a wonderful beach with cristal clear water. It is shallow water without waves which is great for small children. Our little one loved the ocean for the first time. No gamblers or Sellers on the beach which is perfect. High recommendation to stay here for beach and Diving.

Hurghada long beach resort having 1.2 km beach and also having amazing sea marine with lots of sea Morgan and lots of fish types and well. Hotel totally renovated during last two years. Totally new guest rooms and restaurants. Staff well trained and able to give a memorable experience to all guests. 6 swimming pools are available as well for your enjoyment plus aqua swimming pool as well.
It was one of the best vacations this year in this beautiful resort, which is located on the Coast of the Red Sea, which made us very happy. I had an overall pleasant experience at this hotel thanks to the excellent service, beautiful beach, and stunning views. The staff was attentive and accommodating, making my stay truly enjoyable. However, I must admit that the restaurant left much to be desired. The food quality and service were subpar, and the management seemed lacking in addressing the issues. Despite this drawback, the hotel's other positive attributes made it a worthwhile stay.
Rooms have minor faults like a lack of towel holder and shower door not being sealed correctly but other than that the location and view are great. Food and beverages are very good too.

This is my third time coming to Marriott Hotel (Sheraton Street) in Hurghada.
Great service, awesome staff, very clean, very nice rooms with lovely views, they have great food, i added breakfast and dinner to my reservation, which was much better and easier than having food outside the hotel which i used to do in my last two visits to Hurghada, but this time I've decided to make it all inclusive.
This hotel is very close to almost everything you need including the airport.

Although the crew are working very hard, The hotel management is very poor with almost zero experience and no supervision
I booked family room for me and my family from 11 July 2023 till 15 July 2023
Check in was very annoying as the stuff kept shifting me from one building to another 4 times to complete the “process”, I had already paid one night in advance and I had to pay the remaining amount by Visa, where the receptionist insisted to take additional 2% illegally “as per his manager instructions”
Anyway I did pay cash and was exhausted to finish the check in to get some rest, it took around 1.5 hours and still rooms were not ready and finally rooms were assigned to me and my family
When we got into the room we were surprised as the room condition was very poor, no towels, no amenities, worn out furniture and AC,…etc
I called room services to complain that the AC is not working 4 times only to get the maintenance crew after 2 and half hours with very reluctant reply from room services operator
When I asked to change the room, initially I was offered worse option, when I asked for better option, initially I was told that I have to pay more fees, then when I accepted to pay, the receptionist told me they have no rooms available!!!!
We called many times to get towels and amenities but as usual the response is very slow
The kids pool is not maintained, my 2 year old daughter almost broke her leg due to drain grill tile is unstable and broken
The main restaurant is another disaster, very poor food quality (they serve food cooked with water and starch instead of real milk, they use artificial butter, left over food is re-cooked and represented over and over) , very poor hygiene standards, and stuff are very over loaded and we had to ask for service many times to get served after getting irritated and start arguing with the restaurant manager!!
This the worst hotel ever and I don’t recommend it for any guest looking for decent service

Except for two things, this entire place sucked: the spa staff, and the beach. If we had literally any other option to go anywhere, trust me, we would have left. It was unclean and we left with bed bugs, it was old, dingy, rusty, and dirty. The breakfast was fine, but there are no dinner options around. The closest place to eat is about 25 minutes away by bus. I feel totally catfished because based on the pictures of this place on Google and Booking, it looked newly renovated and pretty pleasant. False. It was not worth our money for sure.
First I got to say that I absolutely loved my time at Long Beach Hurghada and my only regret was that I had only one week there. The staff was very friendly all over the resort and everyone was willing to help. From the reception when I walked in and all the way to my last minute there I felt respected and looked after. The food was great and plenty of choices available. The staff at the bars were amazing and I have to mention Michael and Reda, great people and I’m glad I met them. The room was clean and had the best view directly to the beach. If we had any requests the staff were doing everything they could to make us happy including serving us outside the working hours. On the last day when we had to return home, we had an issue with the transfer company but the staff from the resort sorted everything for us, we had no worry at all, we were offered drinks instead while waiting and they spoke with the company. I was amazed and I can’t wait to return back in Hurghada and for sure I will choose Long Beach Resort again, no doubt.
Such a luxurious hotel with a great location which is near the city. The whole Hotel Team is more than excellent. The various facilities, different restaurants, three swimming pools and clean beach made our stay there unforgettable with the kids. There is a big Starbucks next to the hotel. The street is so active and you can feel the spirit of the city and people there.
Lovely. Stayed here after Blue 02 trip for the day before our flight. No complains. Cannot rate the room due to not having one. Pool is lovely. Struggled with paying for food and portions absolutely huge. Fresh water inside was lovely and decent shops inside.
We were on a vacation with our baby and other family members (8 person). We had such a good time here. The Premium rooms looks very good. The food was delicious. The beach was perfect for our baby (1,5 year) and for us as well. The stuff were nice. Omar, the guy who cleaned our room was friendly, precise and took into account the baby's sleep time. We would like to come back again. :-)
Starting off with their smooth check in, the room view was fantastic. It was viewing the pool and the sea. The food was super delicious! Never have I ever experienced this kind of food in an hotel. The staff were also amazing and welcoming!

Very remote from everything and not much to do. You are confined in a hotel with no shuttle and low quality food. Everything is overpriced, and the water is not even included in the half board. The rooms are very basic, and the laundry service is a real rip-off.

Great resort complex. The queen room was splendid, clean, quiet and with a wonderful view. It had all the necessary comfort. The staff were exceptional, very kind and attentive. Plenty of different activities all day long, different bars, restaurants, dance floors. There is a coral reef where one can do some snorkelling or diving. Different variety of good quality food choices. I very much enjoyed my stay here. :)
Bed matress and pillows are in very good condition. The double room is more spacius than at the same rate of other hotel. Best location in one block with other commercial spots.

Very comfortable stay, staff is attentive and responsive. The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable but still feels a bit dated. The private beach is nice, small but nice.
Breakfast, and a light dinner are included. If you are going on excursions, they will ready a light breakfast to go.
Would i stay again, yes... But perhaps i should give other resorts a try.

Had an amazing stay here, the hotel is very spacious & well organized, the staff are very welcoming & accommodating, room service is great, the junior suits were very comfortable in addition to the AMAZING views overlooking Montazah Palace & the Mediterranean sea!🤩

The location is very special & easy to reach either by public transport or taxis, everything you need is within a maximum of 15 mins walk from supermarkets to cute cafes & restaurants, the montazah palace is within walking distance as well which was amazing for us to visit & be back quickly!

We booked through booking and there the photos looked really good but in fact these were nothing like the reality!
The room was smelly and the carpets were filthy, i guess they never clean them, so i don’t really get the idea of having carpets that makes the room stinky, also the walls were sticky it had some drink spilled on it.
The white towels were actually gray 🥲, you would never try to touch it.
We asked to change rooms cause we simply couldn’t stand the smell
They gave us a slightly better room but yet they speak as if they gave us the royal suite.
It wasn’t that good, it wasn’t even acceptable
Same dirty carpets but it wasn’t smelly. The same white towels that turned grey
The bathroom, no words can describe it! Let’s say that it never been maintained.
The shower was only (extremely) hot water and it was impossible to change the water temperature as the cold water fuse wasn’t working properly.
They won’t give u the wifi password unless u request it! Usually this info is left on a card inside every room.
Also if u lost the key they charge 250 le for replacement ( which is fine) but the strange thing is that this information is written in Arabic only 😂 so either this rule is only for Egyptians or they will surprise foreigners with it.

This will be my 4th visit over a period of 10 years. Good location, wonderful size rooms and great service. The breakfast was impressive. However the upkeep was always and still is a struggle. Not sure why the rooms are not kept better.

My best summer destination in Egypt. Very suitable for young kids, no waves and water is reasonably shallow.
