Excellent flowers delivered the same day in Barcelona! I ordered through their website and then easily communicated on WhatsApp with Sofia, who was extremely helpful and kept me updated about the delivery status. Highly recommend and will use their services again in the future.

Compré este ramo de clisantemos el pasado 26 de septiembre para regalarle a mi pareja por su cumpleaños. Hoy 6 de octubre sigue así de precioso y las flores se abren un poquito más cada día. Cambio el agua cada dos días. El trato del chico super atento y genial. Sin duda, la floristería a la que voy acudir a partir de ahora. Gracias!!
Me asesoró por WhatsApp en todo momento, y la entrega fue justo a la hora que pedí, y las flores tal y como en las fotos. Encantado estoy.
Compre una Orquídea para una inaguración, muy bonita blanca con unas ojas abiertas y grandes y no solo se preocupo de venderla sino de dejarla lo mas bonita posible, me puso un jarron que era como una pecera, me la decoró con una ojas secas de colores preciosas,todo un acierto y quedo todo el mundo alucinado de lo bonita que era. Era la primera vegada que hi anava i el tratce ha sigut excel·lent. A mesura que feien el ram m'anaven explicant perque ho feien aixi. Tenen un ambient de treball molt agradable. Hi tornare segur.
I received it one day faster than I ordered it. And it's good that I ordered it in my own name. Because what I ordered and what I received.... (no better than a broom. I paid 50, but it doesn't look like 20 euros). I would not buy such a bouquet. I'm not even talking about giving it as a gift.

I guess you don't work with the most honest of florists in some destinations, so they simply send much smaller bouquets, replace flowers with the cheapest twigs and keep the change to themselves.
This doesn't over 100€ in the destination country, 20€ tops. And this was supposed to be for my mom's 70th birthday.
In the future I'll order directly from a florist in the city of destination.

No predictability of arrival. Timeframe from 11 00 to 23 00 is not feasible. Is it expected to wait for 12 hours? Flowers arrived half dead and chocolates were melted. If you delivering in summer - take care about proper delivery!
The flowers for my mom's birthday arrived 5 days late, the flowers are of course dead and the chocolate is all melted. No surprise and support on the phone was reluctant to help, could not advise where the order is and tried to prove me it was delivered (when it was not even close to be). The service overall is terrible and I would strongly encourage you go away and never use this company as their reliability is ZERO.
The delivery went very smooth and I managed to surprise my sister on her birthday. Nevertheless... the flowers were not exactly as I ordered them. I selected the deluxe version of the bouquet so that it would be more beautiful and fuller, but the flowers delivered were not as many as in the advertised photo... this saddened me a little bit. You can see from the picture I am posting. All in all it was a preety good experience because the bouquet was delivered in time. I just wish you would be more generous with the flowers next time. Thank you!

Extremely disappointed. The color of ALL selected flowers and the type of leaves were different than the offered picture. The delivered teddy bear was totally different than the one ordered. And there is no phone number for customer service; you will only get access to a useless bot sending you standard answers in WhatsApp. Unsatisfactory service, never again ordering here. To prove my point, I tried to post pictures of the things we received, and screenshots of what we ordered; but due to the pictures policy in google I could only post the pictures of the received items and not the screenshots. I trust FloraQueen will recognize my point.
It s a very nice small place. You can find whatever you want there : food, clothes,... There are often some funny activities so you can stay there a several hours shopping, eating and having a good time. Very recomendable.

I rarely give one star. But this place deserves no stars. Though my experience was with Carrefour online, I can't find anywhere else to leave a review, and what I will say is not a reflection on the staff. Having ordered a washing machine on the Carrefour website I waited for delivery on three separate occasions without success. No one knew where the product was. In the end I had no other option than to cancel the order, at which point I was told I would have to wait for the undelivered washing machine to be returned by the delivery company before getting my money back. Guys, if you can't organize yourselves, stick to selling overpriced food and leave the rest to Amazon.

Desde que yo era pequeña que siempre he visto ésta floristería, tienen una gran variedad de flores y plantas y su atención al público es muy agradable. A mi madre le encantaban las flores ya os podéis imaginar su regalo, no? A mi me encantan las rosas de color calabaza y las flores de primavera, son preciosas pero estás últimas solamente las he podido comprar en las Ramblas de las Flores de Barcelona, las venden en un ramillete y de verdad que son increíbles aunque no siempre encuentras.
Nice small shopping center. I stayed around this area in Madrid and here you can find breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Also a nice supermarket. It had an outside sitting area in the second floor with restaurant options. Also ATM machines and a bank.

Encargamos todos los centros de interior, exterior, ramos a las madres, ramos de novia, prendidos para chicos, decoración del coche de nuestra boda y estamos encantados de haberlo hecho con Albert, un profesional que se ha preocupado de cada uno de los detalles florales que queríamos. Súper atento con nosotros en todo momento. Muy recomendable.
Thank you very much! This was an absolutely wonderful purchase I made. I live in Canada and wanted to send flowers to my wife in Germany for the Eid festival. I found the website of FloraQueen very welcoming and easy to navigate. The selection was great. I was a bit on the edge about the price being slightly more compared to other places. However, seeing what they delivered, I am very much happy I went ahead with them. The flowers were fresh and elegantly delivered (see picture). I am so happy with the entire service, the product, the packaging and the delivery. My wife loved what she got and I would definitely get more gifts for my wife from here in future.
Two minor points of improvement -
(1) The website doesn't show actual pictures of the different size options (Normal Vs Premium). I just picked Premium because I wanted something nice. But it would have been nice to have pictures to see the comparison of the sizes of the options.
(2) It would be nice if they can work with the delivery 🚚 partner to retry deliveries if they missed on the first go. My wife could not attend the doorbell when DHL arrived because she was in a meeting. So she had to go to a pickup location and bring the package home. This part didn't feel like a gift 🎁 unfortunately. It would have been nice if she could have requested a delivery at another time after the first missed attempt.

No me gustó nada el sitio, no tiene apenas de nada y la mujer fue poco amable y le pedí varias plantas y me decía que no, que todas son exteriores...en fin no volveré. Ojalá abran otra tienda en el pueblo y tengan más competencia. Les hace falta para mejorar.
My boyfriend sent me a bouquet with all his love and heart and what arrived was nothing compared to what he had paid for, he was so disappointed and saddened… I was grateful anyway for his gesture.

Osea....sin palabras. Les he llamado a media hora prácticamente de cerrar para que me prepararán de urgencia un ramo de flores y me lo acercarán a la estación del tren....y ¡¡¡que maravilla!!! El ramo precioso, puntualidad extrema y un trato genial. Me han dicho que llevan 50 años trabajando y yo les deseo otros 50 más. Sin duda los recomiendo y os ánimo a que hagáis vuestros encargos a ellos. Sin duda repetiré. ¡¡Mil gracias!!
Small shopping center which is closed at the afternoon of Sunday, but has good cafes and restaurants inside which are open until 1 am.
A small mall in the heart of a such nice neighbourhood. It’s a so clean space and with good shops all over the place. The bakery is good, but expensive. There’s an open area at the back, a kind of back yard area which is cool in summertime to spend some relaxing time with friends.

Shopping center in a modern jacket where parking is no problem the centrer offers a large supermaket (Carrefour) and a C&A there is also a hairdresser (Marco Aldany) a optician ( miOptico) and a large veterarian clinic ( Cantas) terras by (Cafeteria Panda ) all of these I have used to my satisfaction. There are many other retailers in the center, too many to mention where you can get almost everything you need.
Vaya desastre de floristería. Me parece una vergüenza tener un ramo de girasoles encargado con varios días de antelación y cuando lo vaya a recoger el mismo día de la madre, me digan que no que se les rompió el ramo.. cuando a primera hora del día he llamado para confirmar que iba a recogerlo y no me hayan comentado nada, hasta que una hora después he ido a por él. No lo recomiendo, muy poca profesionalidad y seriedad.

Tanto Clara como su marido, dos bellísimas personas. Atentos, cordiales, cumplidores, con unos precios muy buenos y una mercancía (flores) estupenda.
Para el cumpleaños de mi mujer quise regalarle un detalle especial y me gustó la modalidad de entrega a domicilio de un ramo de flores acompañado de un músico tocando el violín.
Le comenté a Ksenia algunas ideas respecto al ramo y alguna canción que le gustaría escuchar.

Adoro el ramo de novia que me hizo Mireia para mi boda 🥰. Captó rapidísimo el tipo de ramo que estaba buscando, me recomendó las mejores flores para que fuera precioso, y me hizo una prueba de como se vería. Recomiendo Floreto a todas las novias porqué Mireia es una gran artista floral.
No pots comprometre't el dia abans de Sant Jordi a un preu, acceptar l'encàrrec, el dia de la recollida haver-lo pujat mes d'un 10% i per tota resposta dir "s'ha apujat". Entenc que tens cua i molta feina, però no són maneres. També entenc ara perquè no vas cobrar el dia de l'encàrrec, com em vaig oferir a fer. "Del barri", "de tota la vida", si, fins que deixa de ser-ho. Si reacciono al moment, et quedes amb l'encàrrec, però la tarja ja estava fent el pip. Ja ens hem vist prou, Clara.

After searching for a florist who could deliver last minute at the end of the day, I gave up and placed my order with The Barcelona flower delivery, assuming it would be processed and delivered the following day. To my surprise, within two hours I received photos from my belated friend who had just received the most gorgeous orchids! I planned a wedding in their Greenhouse because the venue is amazing. All guests were astonished. Furthermore, their flower arrangements are of another level. They are probably the most creative and original florists in Barcelona.

I love this artsy and yet not totally wacky flower shop. Cut flowers at its best. Can compete with any big city bouquet shop. Jordi and staff are good listeners of to what the recipient might like. Just tell them occasion and who it's for. They will make you the perfect flower arrangement according to your budget. Enjoy giving yourself some flowers from here once in while! It's very rewarding.
