This is a must see place in spaim for real madrid fans.
The tickets can be bought online.
The store has some shopping session with jourseys and other sports item. All are costly though starting with a tshirt costs 175 euro.
They do have museum for show casing the cups and medals. And thats a must view. Right now in August end 2023 they were doing some constructions and hence we couldnt see all part of stadium..
AMAZING experience! 80,000 fans in the stands! I highly recommend anyone visiting to go to a game. I paid $60 USD for the worst seats on the stadium, and they were amazing! Not a bad seat in the house. The locals are very passionate about the team. When the team song came on before the game, many of the girls around me were crying during the song. So much passion! Please go to a game! Definitely worth it
The park is in construction period and it can't be possible to visit the players room, the meadow, even the VIP area. There are a lot of up stairs to see the top of the stadium. Bottom line, we didn't got the real feeling of the stadium so I don't recommend to visit at this period.
The museum was nice to see all the trophies of RM.
I am not a huge football fan, but this tour was a real experience and really is a feat on engineering! The way that the stadium, (when completed), will transform into a multi-sport complex, is very well explained by way of video and frankly is quite amazing. Even if you are not a football fan, the Bernabéu is well worth a visit. We bought our tickets online and paid a little bit more to allow us the “flexible” entry option. We did not queue for photos with various trophies etc. and the whole tour, (the high was unaccompanied), took about 60 minutes.
Incredible!!! We were there when it was under construction (still under it) but it is incredible even so. We do the tour and it was fantastic. The best stadium in the world!!!!
Still allowed to tour the facility even though it was under heavy construction. Wish they would've had a gift shop. But we did get a view of the field & able to sit in the old stadium seats that will soon be ripped out.

It is a pleasure to witness the Madrid Tennis Masters and the exceptional calibre of players in attendance. The tournament consistently attracts the world's top tennis stars, and this year was no exception. However, the standout attraction is the young prodigy Carlos Alcaraz. This kid will amaze people with what he can do on a tennis court. Witnessing this incredible athlete showcasing his skills on the clay courts was a true privilege. The level of talent on display, combined with his unwavering determination, smile and joy for the sport, created an atmosphere of admiration and marvel that resonated throughout the stadium. I'll be back for sure !
This is a construction site at the moment summer 2023. But it will be amazing when finishing. Not sure quite why they need a retractable roof, but it going to be a fantastic engineering marvel.
Such a cool experience to watch Real Madrid play here. The stadium is under construction which made the experience a little less enjoyable, but we still had a great time. The vibe outside the stadium before game time was so chill. The retractable roof is really cool looking and the seats are all well laid out.

It is a AMAZING experience. Everything is very very organised and it is lots of fun to visit the Madrid open! There are a lot of tennis courts and some with a lot of seats to watch. There is a lot of food stations so you can eat with no problem. The food is quite overpriced. We ate in ARTPIZZA and the pizza was literally falling apart. The staff is very fast in cleaning the courts. The re is a lot of shops where you can also do shopping. There is a daycare with lots of fun activities like balloons. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!

Visited the Madrid Open 2023 and we were impressed. The complex is large enough to accommodate a large number of people without feeling too busy. Food and drink is corporate and rather standard for this sort of events, but we found queues very manageable. The showcourts complex is really impressive and access is easy and clear.

The facilities are fantastic. The accesses are very well thought out, and it is a spectacular place to experience tennis competition at the same level as the best in the world.

I've been to a few tennis tournaments and the Madrid Mutua Open was by far the best in terms of organization (and matches, but we're not talking about luck here)! I dont know if it has to do with Spain (the places we visited in Spain were very organized, everything is easy to follow, fast access, good flow of things) or with the tournament's organization in itself, maybe with both. And that made us enjoy the tournament even more and feel very  comfortable! We were on good hands, so to say.
We were there for the semis and finals. Even if the queue was huge when we arrived, it all went very fast and we were in before we knew it. Nobody nudged or was disrespectful. There are lots of places you can eat, drink coffee, buy bevarages, buy sports items.
It's also very clean.
I don't recommend buying tickets for seats exactly behind the glass walls (somewhere in the middle of Manolo Santana arena) as you kinda see the match half through glass, half in "reality" and that's a bit annoying. The best tickets we had at an affordable price were in sector B23 (fila 11, 154€/ ticket, one session). You see everything very well and it's away from the burning sun.
I also recommend downloading the Madrid Mutua Open App, there you have, besides the tickets, the possibility of taking a picture of you in the arena. Just go to FunCam in the app and follow the instructions.
Chapeau-bas, Mr. Țiriac (owner of the tournament)! I will definitely come back!
Just been to the download festival and although the entrance to the festival was a bit confusing and not very well organised everything from buying your bands onwards was really easy. In my youth when you went to concerts the toilets were like troughs and disgusting. Here was a dream, the toilets were kept almost spotless and there was toilet roll!! They even had hand basins with mirrors!!! The food hall was great, loads of choice but some stands were better than others. The tuenti system for buying food and drink was in my opinion very expensive. Overall a great experience.
