A culinary delight that surprised me and challenged what I thought bar food can be. The dishes were amazing, with the sauce being the star on thinly sliced ingredients. The service was engaging, funny, and informed of the culture.
Standouts were Mushrooms and Wasabi, and Beets and Miso, the beef and cream sauce, and the most perfect Bread with Tomato. Perfection of oil and salt and flavor without being heavy. White wine by Biu very complex and good smell and color.

As soon as I got there, Martina asked me how many, and I said one, smiling she said we always have room for one. Sandra recommended dishes, and seeing I wanted to try more, she said I'll half it for you and guided me through recommendations. She even told me things not to get. Throughout the meal, she saw I was blown away by the food and even wrote down the ingredients for one of the dishes!! One of the sandwiches I didn't know how to eat and looked confused; a server looks over and starts pretending to eat a sandwich with her hands and she looked like she was very much enjoying the imaginary sandwiches. I was amused and grateful. I had a great time, so I was ready to leave a tip. But after Martina rings me up, she just say, "Thankk you have a nice evening". I was very confused. It turns out you have to ask to put a tip on. So....they did all that not expecting tip!?!? Sandra said, "Oh well" ....lol...so I asked to leave tip in usd, as I didn't have euros. Also, when I was about to use the bathroom, Martina sai, "Givee me your bag" to watch it. How incredibley thoughtful. I really had a great time.

On a cold night many places where empty , this was buzzing and we managed to find the last table
The menu is quite hard to follow but once the food was chosen it did not disappoint, the mini burger was excellent as were the red tuna nuggets , good local wines by the glass ( take note Malaga ) service was top with efficient and happy staff

Wowww!!! Food was delectable. I visited Bar del Pla 3x during my one week stay in Barcelona. It was very convenient from my hotel location and I really wanted to try as many items as possible from the menu. I went around 5pm and always found a seat at the bar. It is a great place for solo travellers because you are bound to meet someone new. The servers are efficent and food comes out quickly. The patatas bravas was my favourite here, the sauce was incredible. The mushroom salad is raw and although it sounds weird, its sooooo good. The beef cannoloni was really delicious too. The puff pastry dessert filled with custard was scrumptious. Food was impeccable and served super fresh/hot. Cannot wait to return next time I am in Barcelona!!
This was a recommendation from a local and it was clearly a popular local place given the line/wait. It was only a few minutes before I was seated at the bar. Another local (while I was in line) recommended a strange dish and it did not disappoint - mushrooms and wasabi. Wow! The staff were nice and professional and establishment was clean. The other food (ham and mushroom croquette) was terrific.
We came in straightly after they opened so there was no wait, but the place filled up quickly. We enjoyed every single dish we ordered. Definitely one of the top spots we tried in Barcelona. I enjoyed the ox tail brioche.
I chose the restaurant by feeling and honestly it was the best choice!!! Food is tasty, but if you can, please try the nugget (tuna) and the “bula” - the best ones! Host are nice with a warmly welcome!!! Ambience is incredible! If you are more than two, book before go… don’t take the risk it’s full!
The first night when we were walking around our hotel in Barcelona, we ran into this place. However, we didn't have a reservation and the waiting time was over 1.5 hours. Hence, the following day we made reservations and went with a bigger group. Unfortunately, as we had other plans we had to rush. Therefore only ordered 2 items and some Cava.
The service was good. The tapas were definitely fresh and delicious. Wished we were able to spend a little more time but glad we at least got to try some tapas. Would love to visit again the next time we are in Barcelona.

This was my first and hands down the BEST culinary experience while in Barcelona. There was a wait and a few people in line in-front of us but the food was worth the wait! The tapas were out of this world!!! The croquets were amazing and so was the beef stew with mushrooms. The tomato bread is a MUST. The mushroom salad with wasabi dressing was super interesting as well! Service was great. It’s a crowded spot so it’s loud and busy.
This food is unmatched. The best tapas we had in Spain. Service was a little challenging to engage with. Space is quite loud much like other tapas locations. Be prepared to wait a little bit but the food makes it worth it. Ox tail sandwich is incredible

Went here with a group of 14. Our server was very organized. Had our orders down to a T. Food came as quickly as possible. My order was their monkfish and grilled prawns. I didn't particularly like the red sauce, which they called americaine sauce 😏all in all it was a great dining experience. They had prepared a desert with a candle for my birthday, which our group surprised me with🥰🥰🤗 I'd definitely go there again!! After all it's been a Michelin star resto for a good number of years!! 👏👏👏

A very good restaurant. We ate there twice on our holiday and the food and service were absolutely perfect.
This was such a special and memorable birthday dinner! The night was filled with surprise after surprise as the staff guided us from room to room for our cocktail and appetizer experiences. The presentations were incredible, each dish was immaculately executed, and the staff were lovely and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of our food and wine experience. I couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough!

The four of us enjoyed our dining experience at Juanito Kojua very much. This is old-school, very traditional Basque cuisine. Service was excellent but understated, stoic women who undoubtedly have been at the restaurant for years. We saw some smiles poking through the seriousness as the night progressed. I thought they were wonderful. We all ordered off a fixed price menu. The lamb cutlets were very good as was the tuna and tomato salad. And the Basque cheesecake for dessert was delicious and must be tried. Great wines. Fantastic bread — the best on the trip. We were glad out last dinner in San Sebastian was here.

We had a great experience at Restaurante Luca. Food is high quality and the staff - very helpful and attentive to customer wishes. As for starters we had scolaps - one word WOW! Tuna tartat one more great choise for starting your meal journey - tender with great seasoning. Since this restaurant also serves Lithuanian cuisine we could not resist to try fried bread snack with cheese sauce... Delicious :) next for main course I've tried the octopus. Even though it is included in hot starters meniu, but it was enough for main as well. Nicely presented, tender with great garnishes. And last but not least - their homemade cheescake - such a lovely end of dinner! Thank you, Luca, will definatelly come back!

The pulpo gallego was out of this world. The waitress was friendly and talked us through the menu. The mussels were all fresh and delicious. The bread was lical sour dough bread, absolutely heavenly. Thank you for a great night.

Careful with the shakes and drinks. Each worker has a way of doing it and two frappuccinos will never taste the same.

Amazing seafood! The clientele are very local which is why I was intrigued to try it and was not disappointed. The server speaks perfect English and the house wine is good.
The staff were all very lovely, the atmosphere of the restauntant was great. The vegan and vegetarian options here weren't very good, the tapa of the day was delicious but I can't remember what it was, it was a substitute for the fish Hummus. The starter was very lovely too but the main was then just vegetable rice - it was very salty and just a plate full of rice basically with no protein. The chocolate vegan ice-cream was very good, I enjoyed that. I wish the orange juice was fresh, as it tasted very artifical. Overall, I wouldn't say this place was good for vegans or vegetarians for a proper meal

The menu degustacion was fantastic and they were great at accommodations for celiacs, dairy free and also a shellfish allergy.
Fui a comer con mi pareja en sábado y plenas fiestas de Malpica. A pesar de que tenían mucha gente, comimos genial y super a gusto. El producto es riquísimo y se nota que de buena calidad. Tomamos pulpo, navajas y chipirones. Las raciones son bastante abundantes y muy buenas. Relación calidad-precio es más que recomendable.
I had the menu of the day, being a vegetarian and not seeing an option for vegetarians as a main I asked the waiter if the Chef could make something for me. He went to ask and came back to ask me if I ate eggs and cheese, I said yes. He went back to the kitchen and when he was out he told me the Chef could make me a vegetarian crepe. I was very happy for their flexibility.

One of the best dining experiences out there. Food was top notch. Javier and Guillermo took care of us well. In fact, thank to all the staff for being so friendly. Wine pairing was also top notch and left there feeling full and satisfied. The journey between the different rooms was engaging and took an already amazing experience to the next level. Highly recommended when visiting Madrid. Mad props for being open in August.
What a breath of fresh air to be welcomed into the store with a friendly smile and a great feeling of hospitality. The heated chicken focaccia pizza was delicious and the coffee was excellent. Free wifi and lovely service.

Very nice 2* in Madrid, well deserved in my opinion. Love their premium wine pairing which at our time of visiting included some amazing wines like chateau d’Yquem and Vega Sicilia Unico. Generous pours and whenever needed a refill.

I've been here several times. A large selection of food by deciding every time for something else. So far, I was satisfied every time. The atmosphere always the same, we are nice to welcome us, the service is fine.

We came from the U.S. to watch the Tour de France. My family randomly stumbled upon this place. Despite our little knowledge of Spanish or Basque language, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The food and wine selection was amazing!

Delica was the most amazing meal we had in Madrid!! the food was so beautifully served — you can tell someone who genuinely loves cooking made it. it looked like art. we got the big ben, delica potatoes, burrata, and egg sandwich. highly recommend the potatoes & burrata. our server was unbelievably kind, and spoke english very well. i wish we were staying longer so we could come back again!
I went here twice, both times I ordered the Shakshuka and energy plus drink. Second time I also ordered the egg sandwich to go. They were all really amazing. Delicious and fills your stomach.
I've tried the place two years ago and came back. The croquetas are really worth trying, specially the lamb ones, which are not that common.

I live nearby and I go there at least 3-4 times per week. The staff is friendly, the wifi is excellent and there are several plugs for chargers. A perfect place to go for a chill coffee or a full day of remote work. Highly recommend!
Friendly staff. Smoothie energy plus is tasty. Pasta menu is very delicious. Eggs benedict is good. Got one piece of ham for additional 3 euros, which is overpriced. Would give it 4.5 stars if possible

The whole experience is awesome. It feels like it's more than just a dining experience but a whole experience of a restaurant - kitchen, cellar and dining room. It's a perfect execution on food, wine pairing and service. We'll put it on the top of all three Michelin star restaurants that we have visited. I don't know how often they change their menu, but it's a perfect and wonderful dinner for us on our Spain trip.
Had my first brunch at this cafe upon arriving Madrid. They were kind and welcoming plus their menu has so much variety I love that they serve so much greens. The ambience is 10/10!

I had made a reservation for a celebratory dinner. a great reservation team, both the service staff and the whole team for dinner were great. The food quality and the ambience of the restaurant is really good
First- about food: it looks great but taste is even greater, nearly perfect. We tried sea bass with vegetables and chef sauce and salmon wrapped in filo pastry. Fish melted in mouth.
By the way we took very interesting starter: jerk duck meat croquettes with various fruits and slightly spicy sauce. Amazing mix.

Sea food is so delicious and fresh. A good culinary experience to have when you are in San Sebastián.
WOW!! What an amazing experience. We have dined in 1,2,3 Michelin stated restaurants but never had such a unique experience as we had here. The tour in the restaurant before seated to the table, in the bar, the wine cellar, the Sherry room and the kitchen, all accompanied with different food and cocktail/wine/sherry/beer tasting was nothing but great joy. This one is definitely one of the best restaurants we visited.

The place has big space and bright. The staff was really friendly and helpful. My favorite dishe was Tagliata di Manso, the beef's quality was really good. The dough of pizza was a bit too chewing for us, but the flavor was nice. And the cauliflower was delicious and had a light taste. It is a nice place to visit with friends, if you would like to have a drink with some finger food.

While I don’t feel like I need to come again, everything about our meal and experience here was incredible. It was a great journey but I think the service and food wasn’t necessarily two Michelin stars? It’s hard to explain but we’ve had better service and food but this was a once in a lifetime experience through the rooms. Definitely worth a trip!!
Fantastic place for tapas and a glass of wine. Best patas braves in town and I can also recommend the tempura sweet onion rings with mustard...so delicious. Great service, friendly and didn't mind our terrible Spanish. Definitely one to visit more than once.
What a treat! Excellent service, wonderful food, amazing value for money. This place is an absolute gem with a really diverse menu including some of the Aragón region classics. The huevos rotos con pulpo were delicious!!! Highly recommended!!!

Disappointing restaurant, from the service, to the food and atmosphere. Service was poor (the lady serving us was doing her job reluctantly and didn’t dare to smile once), the food was boring (hospital-like vegetables) and the atmosphere was uncharmingly old-school (imagine 70s songs on repeat in a basement with naval interiors). Definitely felt like a rip-off.

We have eaten in many Michelin restaurants across Europe including in Paris while we were living there. This was easily among the same quality. Great chef, great staff, fantastic ambiance in Eixample Barcelona right around the corner from where we live. I highly recommend them.

Amazing dinner. My favourite? The Angus beef and asparagus is delicious and the scallop out of this world. The price is not cheap, desserts are around 10€ and mains around 30€. I share some pictures :)

The seafood and fish of this place is probably one of the best one of Spain! If you love seafood you have to eat here and try as many dishes as you can. It's not very cheap but it's totally worth it for the quality of it! The desserts are very good too.
We had the best meal and experience at this restaurant. Everything on the tasting menu was delicious and we couldn’t wait for the next plate to show up. The wine was delicious, the meal was wonderful, and the service was great. We were a party of 6 and not one of us had anywhere near the negative experiences posted by other reviewers. We enjoyed a 3 hour lunch and a relaxing pace. The fist course “fish cheek”is a local delicacy, perfectly prepared and not to be missed. The rest of the items were equally as delicious and unique. The dessert plate was generous and stood on its own (FYI Basque cheesecake is also unique and known for its caramelized burnt-colored top...but the flavor is creamy and wonderful)

I liked Buenas Migas alot! It was a few minutes walk from our hotel and we ate breakfast here in the morning. The coffee was very good, the space felt inviting and we enjoyed our time here.

how do you like lunch here with some fish soup and omelette all very acceptable
It's our second year in Malpica, and we cried a little bit, that we discovered the O Burato just this year.
We tried so much food in the city of pescada, but this restaurant is the best one! The service and the food are absolutely amazing! We tried at the first evening Arroz Mixto, so much delicious food for less money! At the second evening we tried Pulpo con clams (forgot the spanish word) as starter and Parrilla de pescada as main dish. The Pulpo was absolutely soft and the taste was perfect, because of the added Garlic and the tasty olive oil. We dipped all of the juice with the fantastic bread of the local bakery away :) The grilled fish plate was also really delicious, with a squeeze of lemon just perfect.
The meal was perfect with the big range of regional wine.
The coffee (with a special ingredient Orujo ;) ) and the desserts are served on cute little plates and cups, handmade, with the inscription Malpica and O Burato, made with lots of love.
We recommend this restaurant to everybody. You can feel here just like home, everybody is so friendly and the food is just perfect and the prices are more than okay.

Great food and friendly service. We liked the fish and the white wine. Old fashioned home-like atmosphere. If you want to try many dishes, there is a degustation menu for 48€.
