La atención de los empleados es peor que pésima, no volveré nunca más, hacen las cosas mal y encima te lo discuten, tuve que ir tres veces por un error de ellos y al final no lo solucionaron, todo mal

I went there to buy a new pair of jeans and repair the old one. They were quite helpful and managed to repair it super quickly as I told them I wasn’t staying in Barcelona for long.

Excellent service at the shop itself, nice decor and sustainability focused products. Unfortunately, the design of the jeans and shorts really works against your curves: You can even feel the backside flattening your butt, and the design of the pockets really makes you look like you don't have any curve on the back.

I've bought two pairs of shorts and two pairs of jeans from them and now a few months after the shorts have stretched like crazy and are one size too big now, and one pair of jeans seems like they've been used for years instead of less than two months. Whenever I've talked to the customer service their answer is "this is what denim is like" insinuating that I'm simply ignorant - I work in fashion and I do know how denim acts like.

Amazing selection, and great staff. Brought my jeans in for repairs and they were done for free. Highly recommended.

Pésimo trato. No tenían ni idea de hacer pedido en tienda desde la web y cuando fui a devolver el producto no sabían hacer la devolución.

He estado esperando con los vaqueros puestos para que me tomaran el bajo y poder pagarlo varios minutos, mientras la dependienta charlaba con una clienta que había entrado después de mi. El dependiente, mientras, mirando al vacío. Al final me harté de ser ignorada y me fui a otra tienda de vaqueros. Encima la ropa de la marca les queda horrenda.

Flew 2500km to repair my jeans. The first guy was really nice and said to wash the jeans and they’ll repair it the same day (which they don’t usually do for non locals - nice attitude, isn’t it?). Came back, another guy greeted me. Told me it’s minimum one week to repair one hole. Impossible to do it faster. I mentioned that I have a flight sooner than that, he said that’s not his problem that I don’t have a repair shop in my country. After I tried to explain him that other guy from same shop promised me it’s possible he started pretending he doesn’t understand :)

Solamente quiero agradecer a Isabel ( la dependienta que me atendió ) su exquisito trato y calidez...supo entender perfectamente lo que buscaba y me fui super contenta con mi compra.

El personal desagradable y amargado no me extraña que tengan la tienda vacía. Deberían plantearse dar unas clases de atención al cliente.
