Parking pratique pour un stationnement auprès d'un rendez-vous médical à la Maison des Consultations de Cesson-Sévigné, j'émets toutefois une réserve car il est très facile de se tromper d'endroit entre la Clinique et la Maison des Consultations. Le parking est évidemment payant, je trouve cela regrettable, surtout pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.

Könnte etwas heller sein aber für unseren T7 ein tolles Plätzchen um 1 Woche sicher zu stehen. Denkt an die franz. Umweltplakette!!!!

Long waiting time. Went there for a refund. Waited uselessly for 2 hours there.
According to the law, a refund should be processed within 14 days if a product is returned or cancelled. It's always has been more than 1 month and I am still waiting.

From my last experience I would say that it was complicated to have them on the phone. I booked a ticket and paid for it and few minutes after the flight has been cancelled and impossible to get another date. I'm not saying that they are bad but this experience wasn't the best so this is the only reason that I give them one star.
Definately one of the best airlines. Service was great.
Do not believe any rumors about this airline. My wife and I had a fantastic experience. We fly every year and this airline is up there. Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. They do it right.
Do NOT ever pay for Air France Premium Economy. It's a complete ripoff. The seat don't recline and are exactly the same width as economy, the food is extremely average and there was no advantage paying a premium. I have flown Premium Economy on other airlines and it was great. Don't bother with Air France. I will never waste my money again.

They cannot do anything for you here besides rebook flights only on klm/delta/air France they could not locate luggage, book on another airline for opperational cancelation of a flight, provide hotel or any other. Don't waste your time just call direct.
bought few tickets for group travel and there wasn't any problem. However, the waiting time was a little longer.
Petit parking mais personnel sympathique, prends les clés pour garer la voiture s'il n'y a plus de place. Merci!
Petit parking mais accueillant. J'ai été surpris lorsque le gardien m'a demandé de garder les clés. En fait, parce que le parking n'est pas très grand, ils ont parfois besoin de bouger les voitures afin de faire de la place (certains se garent comme des porcs). Alors pour optimiser la place, ils gardent les clés de ceux qui restent longtemps.
