This parking facility is alarmingly unsafe. I've been the victim of theft not once, but twice, where my scooter's accessories were stolen, and the vehicle itself was maliciously damaged with tools. It's my belief that the management is not only neglecting their duty to ensure security but may also be deliberately obstructive, as access to camera footage is suspiciously unavailable. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the integrity of the parking services provided.

Window smashed and property stolen in this "supposed to be safe" underground parking. Is it in Paris or Gotham?

Someone broke the window of my friend’s car and his belongings were stolen

NEVER Go to this parking. During the day my car window was broken. A bag and my suitcase were STOLEN. Very UNSAFE.

YOU are the parking of the two most famous shopping malls in PARIS
This is a big responsibility and you are NOT doing YOUR JOB PROPERLY to deserve it. Obviously people are doing a lot of shopping which is very attractive for burglaries and You cannot behave like a classic parking.
You have cameras. How is it possible that none of your staff saw what happened with my car? What were they doing ?
I read in your reviews that other people experienced the same thing than me.
Maybe it s time to start thinking about a better way to protect the cars and their owners.
What would have happened if I would have arrived when they were breaking my window? None of your staff would have helped me? They could have hurt me.

This POOR MANAGEMENT is unacceptable.
I will complain to printemps and galeries Lafayette to point out the insecurity of your parking for their customers.

My friends car window was broken

I imagined the smell of Paris so much different than it was in this garage, the smell of urine was horrible. So if you want to park very central and like the smell of fresh and very old urine, park here. It was €45 for one day, motor can park for €18 per day.

Easy access but... keep very well your car location in mind. You will search a while when returning the first time. Elevators are a nightmare if you go on very busy moments.
