I booked Paris Private Cab to take my 80 year old Mum to and from Stade de France during the Rugby World Cup. They were incredibly helpful, considerate, patient, excellent communication and, despite many roads being closed without notice, managed the return journey perfectly. Not one thing to say other than it was totally positive. Would recommend their service to anyone in Paris.

I had a few hours in Paris to go around the city and my driver picked me up on time, showed me around key interest points and dropped me at the hotel in the middle of heavy Friday evening traffic. Very professional and a total gentleman. Thank you for your great service.

I was in Paris from 03/31 - 04/03. It was my family's first time traveling to Paris, and I was a bit nervous because I had two kids and two senior adults in our family group. I communicated with the company before we left the states and upon arrival. They made every adjustment request, and every driver's hospitality was welcoming and genuine. We had a 7:40 am flight to an airport an hour outside of Paris, and at 3:40 am, they were there with a smile.

I love this private cab service. I used them a few times while in Paris.
Firstly, I used them for a transfer from Orly airport to Paris. Our flight from Nice was delayed. I messaged them through WhatsApp, and they were able to accomodate me without making a reservation ahead of time. I also used them for a roundtrip to Disneyland, Paris to CDG airport and for a private transfer after the Champions League game from Parc des Princes.
They were very responsive to my messages. They have fair prices. The drivers were prompt and polite. PLUS, it was very convenient.
I definitely recommend them!

Good prices, great service!

We are a family of 6 with small kids and we were a bit concerned about transportation on our trip to Paris and Disneyland Paris. Made a Google search and found Paris Private Cab. Asked for a price for all our transfer needs and they answered in less than 30 minutes covering all my doubts.

When we arrived at the airport, the driver was already waiting for us with a sign so it was very easy. Driver very kind and professional. The vans (Mercedes executive type) were always clean and had what we requested - in our case, a baby seat and a child booster. Went from the airport straight to Disneyland and got there in about 40 minutes. Perfect if you are on a tight schedule as we were (visiting only for 3 days).

When we went to Paris, we just had to say where we were going (Eiffel Tower) and they left us just 50 meters from the entrance. Because the driver was going to pick us up in the same day, we marked a spot and a time and there he was in the afternoon, ready to take us to the airport. Plus: we had luggage that was difficult to carry around town, so he kept it with him in a very kind and helpful gesture. Again, we arrived at the airport exactly at the time we requested.

Customer service and support is great. They can be reached by e-mail or, if you need a faster answer, just use WhatsApp. We had 3 transfer services with Paris Private Cab and before each one they sent me a message confirming the times of pick-up and with the phone number of the driver that was going to take us. In my opinion, this is really a 5 star service.

Also, when I was looking for transfer services, I requested rates from 3 other companies in the city. This was not only the cheapest, but also the one who responded more accurately to what I asked.

We'll definitely be recommending this company to everyone we know that's planning a trip to Paris!

Que dire, parfait, simple, efficace, Sans doute quand il n'y a pas trop de monde vous balader tout le long du port jusqu'au parc de la tour et pourquoi pas prendre le bateau, ou le petit train, très agréable, une vue splendide, je recommande.

Service d’une grande qualité comme toujours. La communication est permanente : confirmation à l’avance de l’accueil à l’aéroport. Puis, vous êtes pris en charge de la sortie des tapis bagages jusqu’à votre destination finale. Voiture agréable et silencieuse, ce qui est hautement appréciable après un vol long courrier. Je recommande chaudement !

Terrible service. First pickup was so late! We waited over half an hour. On the way back we called the day before to advice change to flight. Said no problem will come earlier. Called that morning, they said on way. Called after sitting with my small children for over half an hour and the manager laughed and said to call a taxi as he had no cars

Écluse à la sortie de Paris, avec un peu de verdure. Un début de calme, ce qui contraste avec le périphérique en arrière plan. La voie de halage est pris pour une autoroute par les vélos, attention piéton si vous y promener.

Traveled with my family, loved the tour. The company provided excellent customer service, quick and easy online booking and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. It was really enjoyable, went for a good length of time, full of interesting sights but it wasn't too long -- the perfect tour! Highly recommend, would definitely use this company again!

We were picked up at morning from our Disneyland Paris hotel and visited the Paris locations without time limitations. We went to about 25 places and we were served fee soft drinks and given free printed books to read. The sightseeing locations were really amazing. Drivers were extremely polite, friendly and guided us along the journey. Overall an excellent journey. Highly recommended!

I wanted personal yet professional service for her airport transfer to her new apartment. Aileen, your Filipino reservations staff, was very gracious and helpful to me, a fellow Fiipino. Your driver even called me by cell phone when he could not locate my daughter at the terminal. And when they dropped her off at her new apartment, Aileen even emailed me that my daughter was safe and sound at her apartment. Service beyond expectations...
