Tax refund service is verrry easy. I get my money in 2 minutes. Madame Fatou helped me so much. All the tax refund people are very kind.
This was one of two locations in central Paris I was recommended to checkout for the rooftops. The shops are crazy in volume and variety; the stained glass dome is breathtaking, and the artwork throughout is exhilarating. I can’t wait to come back.

Go to Printemps de l’homme. 6th floor there are places to work with free wifi and nice view of Paris. Closes at 8pm. But you won’t be able to use the plugs after 5:30. So bizarre.
The department store has expensive prices for some basic items. The food shops downstairs is better and has everything you might need.

Beautiful deptartment store full of luxury items. If you are keen on vintage browsing, there are excellent “used” items as well. Before Christmas, unless you really enjoy holiday decorations, probably not a place to go. Rooftop has amazing views (and probably better on a clear day!)

My experience with the IWC watch section at Lafayette was exceptional, thanks to the lady assisting me. Her service was top-notch, providing a patient and thorough introduction to the watches. I appreciated the professionalism and knowledge, making my visit enjoyable and informative
I always do my shopping there quality product. Just one that thing prices are not checked by supervisors. I bought Bledilait one bottle cost 1.19 € but 4 bottles cost 6.89 €. Monoprix I don’t understand it. I had to take 4 separate bottles to the register in to order to pay 4.76 instead of 6.89. It doesn’t make any sense. It otherwise good upscale supermarket

I placed an order online. One item is not fit well so I make a return. I sent several emails to Printemps for the shipping label but no one replied me. Very bad service! No one answered my call.

It’s good. They have almost everything in electronic which you will wanna get it. They dealing very nice and good with customers. But note that you can’t pay more than 1 thousand in cash in their Market. For example if you are buying something which cost 1400€ so you can’t pay it all by cash. This is sometime causing problem that you have cash but they don’t accept cash more than 1000 so i Hope this point will help someone.

Je suis venue ajourd’hui pour acheter 2 carnet, je savait exactement ce que je voulait. J’étais acceuillie par un floor manager, qui m’a dit que les vendeurs de Moleskine n’étaient pas là toute la journée, et qu’il pouvait pas ouvrir le stock sans avoir les cles pour me vendre des carnet. C’est scandaleux que personne peut vendre des produit mercredi soir! À quoi ça sert d’avoir un stand à Printemps si personne ne s’occupe de cela! 1 heure aller retour pour venir chez vous et me retrouver avec null. À éviter!

A very iconic and popular place that exist since I was young (1989). I used to go there for book or multimedia shopping (computers, video games, music), the sellers are quite knowledgeable and we can see everything displayed.
We are very disappointed with our shopping experience at Monoprix Versailles. I was with my husband and teenage son shopping after dinner for some chocolate snacks and my bag was checked twice. First time was at the cashier in the basement when I paid for the snack. And then as I approached the store exit on the ground floor the alarm went off and a big security guard ran after me and demanded to check my receipt and my bag (again). After checking he held on my receipt, told us "Go go go!" in a very rude manner. My family felt very humiliated and it really ruined our visit at Versailles.

Decided not to print the ticket but myu phone wasn't in my bag. Since I couldn't present any proof of purchase, I couldn't get the book out of the store. The Fnac agent kept the book while I went looking for my phone and when she handed me back the book I had just bought, it was scratched and the bookbinding was pressed badly. It was apparently thrown carelessly into a basket. Of course, I couldn't change it ... Thank you so much for respecting the books your customers buy ...

This place would be amazing if I could afford it. This mall is only for the richest and I went there just to take a photo of the huge beautiful dome on the roof. Great experience, but don’t buy anything there.

Probably THE most famous department store in Paris. Visited it many time already. Huge collection of brands for sure, but I do find the collection per brand became very limited. But i found they have a huge collection of white sneakers! Check out the video I took. What’s a nice surprise this time is that added a “Re-store” give some old clothing a second live. But they still price them pretty high, as vintage.
Don’t forget to visit their rooftop, you can see a lot of Paris. Also there is a very big restaurant on the top floor, if someone prefer to wait there while you shop. Very friendly service.

Pathetic service when we buy product and even when we keep for service. Staff faces, looks like they lost there job. Came to pick up my trottinette and make me to wait at Service après vente for half hrs…

I ordered a chair from this Made in Design/Printemps and now it has been nearly 1.5 months and the item is still not dispatched. Made In Design said they have no updates because their supplier cannot provide a delivery date.
I spoke with their supplier directly at Moustache and they said they do not do business with Printemps/Made In Design, so the item I ordered through them don't exist. They said it is best to cancel my order with Made In Design and order directly with them.
I wish I had read the reviews before making the purchase. Regrettably I have opened case against this company on PayPal and my credit card provider.
This company is a very sophisticated scam...

It was convenient as a tourist to go in & get a few things & go through their self checkout. Keep your receipt out you will need to scan it to exit.

I was really disappointed with their privacy policy. When I visited here for the first time, the staff recommended me to make a membership card so I did it, but bc I didn’t have a french phone number so I used my friend’s one. And I asked if they sent some advertising messages or not but he confirmed that they would never do it. But from the next day my friend got advertising messages EVERYDAY. So I emailed them, but they didn’t reply me at all. In conclusion I had to visit the customer center in this department store and ask them to remove my personal information.
I even had some trouble with my friend bc of that. If you don’t want to be stressed about advertising messages, don’t make a membership card in here.

I like it, because it is possible to find everything you need for you and your home. The quality is really good. I bought a new complect 100% organic cotton for my bedroom with -30% discount. Adore their collection of socks, 100% natural materials. There is also good choice of shampoos and creams, clothes and newspapers/magazines and fresh juice.

Great place to buy snacks before going to Versailles. This store is only a 5 minute walk to the Palace and is a full service grocery store .You could also pick up sunscreen here
Had a really wonderful experience here as a foreigner. Staff was really lovely and helpful—Americans aren’t always the best guests. Appreciated the help we received when we had trouble navigating the scanning and payment.
While they may have good grocery items their staff is the most horrible in town. They have no etiquettes, they obnoxiously rude, never helpful, always in a rush to get off their job, Definitely on their own high horse. If this chain fails which will be very soon considering their sales persons are definitely going to send them to doomsday because nobody wants to shop at place where the sales person are so violent and have a lunatic sense of behavior. The chain owners definitely need to change their staff and get some professional and good sales persons on board.

Please watch carefully at your bill about prices, so many are absent, wrong, different from the label... I saw it for salmon, chestnut days ago and yesterday a woman before me was asking about a christmas cake she paid 17 euros instead of 9 !

It’s a nice store, they had many choices of books, hight tech items, … the item i was looking for was out of stock, but I’ll come in back.

This store is a blessing! Huge variety, even U.S. cosmetic brands such as Dr. Bronner's. Deli section, fresh fish, curated meats, produce etc... The new hours post covid make this also "always open" pretty much!

The upsides of this shop are clearly their broad selection of goods and the locale to me. Considering you'll find grumpy employees everywhere, the occasional grumpy person is not something I'll hold against the shop itself.

For gaming laptops this place is really good.
You can't find a lot of what your looking for. They lack variety. Prices are high. Better to visit and buy from their website than going to their store.

Very nice place.. always well set and staff is helpful and friendly. Couldn't put 5 stars as I was looking for Naty's baby panties and they didn't have that product shelved yesterday. Not first time that happens and I can only encourage them to keep a closer eye on their reassort. Still it's a welcoming place.
