Fancy mall with beautiful Christmas decor during the holidays, good to visit even if you don’t plan on buying anything. If you’re looking for the men’s department it’s in the next building. It usually gets pretty crowded and it’s pretty tight, navigating around for the first time is a bit difficult. Lots of fancy, expensive brands on the first few floors. You can’t really stop and appreciate the middle part of the mall which I think is the prettiest, they have it roped off for snack kiosks where you have to pay to be seated, totally understandable on their part because if you don’t restrict access, lots of folks would stop and block the flow of traffic. I really did like the free rooftop access, the views are pretty cool, but they do close it when it gets too crowded. The souvenir shop at the top floor with the bookstore, baggage store, cafe was a good place to get last minute gifts from. Having them process your tax refund in store is very convenient too. Unless you’re here to get luxury brands from France you’re probably not going to get a good deal.

Restrooms only at 6th floor. Very limited places to sit down. Incredible architecture. Free access point of view, limited to 5 minutes, and well organised. Free access to rooftop , beautiful view at evening, to Eiffel tower direction.
Big but not comparable to the original store on rue Haussmann
At first i thought this was La Fayette Hausmann, so i came to this place thinking i was visiting Galerie Haussmann by mistake, but what a good mistake. There is a place on the -1 floor full of restaurants, you will love this floor.
On the other floors you will find the stores, a really nice perfume zone here too. Also you will find in this same building the MUN restaurant.

This must be one of the most incredible shopping venues in all of Paris. The Grand Epicerie is extensive with places to eat, snack, drink, and indulge. Next is the fresh food market with so many sections that it can be overwhelming. I went looking for a few specific Christmas needs: beef, spices, small epicurian gifts, which I found easily...but I also came home with some baking kits/mixes which were super fun for the holidays. And after wandering for a while, I know I can find all things gourmet, different, from the UK, Italy, Spain, (etc) for fresh veggies, fish, meats, spices, pastries, wine, candy, chocolate, oh my goodness, the list goes on... Well worth a trip here whether you need groceries or you just want to have lunch or meet a friend for
a coffee. Next time, maybe I'll visit the other floors. Lol

Incredibly beautiful and luxury shopping mall. About 6 floors high with every brand you can think of. Lots of cafes and dessert shops as well. Cool Christmas lights during the holiday season. Very nice gift shop at the top and beautiful terrace overlooking parts of the city.

Apparently we went to the other Galleries Lafayette, on Champs Elysees, which doesn’t have the beautiful dome interior.
Nonetheless we shopped till our hearts content. We ate some pastries at Le Food Court and did more shopping at Monoprix. Beautiful shopping center!

What a piece of design, architecture and luxury- all under one roof. This place was on my list during our visit. Was super busy, before Christmas, long lineups, crazy wait times but worth it all. Some stores like Chanel may require one to register and book an appointment, while others would have lineups. Staff at all stores is well versed and speaks English. They had a beautiful skywalk setup next to the gorgeous Christmas tree for pictures; again book your time slot on the app. The stairway is another gorgeous piece of design, rightly named Stairway to Heaven. So is the gorgeous glass dome. We in North America do not see such designs and decors very often. The tax office is also in the mall, where you can validate your purchase for VAT refund. All major luxury designer brands have stores here. Terrace was closed but the floor under had a huge Christmas market. There's also clean washrooms and family rooms, I believe on the same floor. The food court offers multiple options; there's a few eateries, then open food menu, you fill your tray and then pay at the end. We also found a coffee shop, on I believe the third floor where seating time was limited due to the holiday rush. A must visit spot for all your luxury shopping under one roof in Paris!
It may be the most famous department store in Paris. The Christmas tree that goes well with the top of the ground is spectacular, and you can have a chance to see downtown Paris on the rooftop. The food at the food court is also delicious, and it is a good place to shop and relax as you can enjoy a variety of shopping with chestnut jam bought as a gift.
Beautiful shopping center that does not disappoint for the holidays! Christmas displays like I've never seen before! Offering high end shopping to tourist related focuses, Lafayette has something for everyone. At the top of the building, there are breathtaking views of the city! Food and coffee are available on most floors to keep the energy flowing!
This place offers not only higher end products, but also has good selection of shoes, casual wears and cosmetics.

Very nice place with good brands
Super crowded beyond belief, we went in late November and it was nuts. Literally pushed from behind up and down the escalators, very dangerous. So be aware if your not into heavy crowds don't go. Don't forget to go to the top of the building and get you photo taken in front of the Paris sign. We also ate at the buffet that is one floor down good to grab a beer and some food. We enjoyed the Christmas windows outside on the street then we went across the street to the housewares building.
The Christmas light display is soo pretty and worth stopping to watch even if you have no plan to go in.
What an absolutely stunning shop this is! Wanted to see their Christmas display as we visited some years back and it was amazing them.
Wonderful departments and a fantastic hot chocolate in the cafe.
Of course, the view from the terrace is simply awe-inspiring.

The place is beautiful and the decorations amazing! You can also go to the terrace where you can get a good view of the city and is free! Nice area and good department store for shopping. They have a big selection of perfumes and high end designer stores. Great experience
If you’re in Paris, this is the place to go - not forgetting Samaritaine. This mall has all the luxury shopping you need with some great perks.
this is a terrible place. one toilet for each gender, each with two toilets only! we stood in line for the toilet for over an hour. At the entrance, a woman asks to pay 50 cents, but the toilet is in terrible condition. It’s not clear what the fee is for. whoever designed this clearly had no brains
For me the most be the most beautiful store in Paris. (Except for Le Samaritain. But there it's mainly looking not buying) Lots of French brands. Well worth going through the food court as well (building across the street. Connected with bridge as well)
attention to the price you pay on the receipt and before payment! I was visiting the gallery and decided to purchase two products for €9.45 each. once I made the transaction with the credit card, I realized that the cost was higher at €13.50 each.
I asked the clerk present for explanations and he told me that it was a promotion that had expired days ago and that he couldn't help me, at least he could apologize for what happened and for not having updated the prices on the shelves. I also tried to send an email to their support but obviously I didn't receive any response.

Can someone tell me in what underground bunker are they located? Not mentioning the fact that the whole mall navigation system is horrible, but this muji store located in some standalone underground section the entrance of which I couldn’t find anywhere. Guys, put some simple signs! What a mess!

This place is the center of luxury, it has a lot os brands, the high end line of each house, very big, good service, not for every budget.
In the last 25 years, I have been to this magnificent department store four times at different times and several times on each tour of Paris. For me, without a doubt, the best and most beautiful in the world
A nice shopping center with a lot of options in one. If you love designer and don’t mind spending a little extra $$$ then definitely visit and even if you just want to window shop it is beautiful. You’ll find almost any high end brand you can think of with a variety of shoes, bags, and clothes. They actually have really cool exhibits and a sweet grocery store at the ground level. The grocery area has so many options like chocolate, coffee, wine, bath products, fresh bread, desserts, etc. There’s so many affordable options.

This place is a fantastic clothing 👔 and department store! 🏬 Galeries Lafayette on the Champs Elysees in Paris 🇫🇷 houses an endless selection of designer brands 👨🎨, clothing 👔, packed goods🥫, and so much more across 3 floors! The perfect spot for a half day of shopping! 🛍️ This place is exceptionally decorated. 🛋️ They even have a food court 🍱and cafe ☕ and with with nice pastries 🥐 and desserts. 🧁 I wish I could spend more time ⏳ here!

Really nice little shopping gallery with nice designer brands. Go down the the food gallery and get a coffee to escape the crowds. The best toilets I have used are down here for 0.50 Euros, they even have heated seats and attendants.

To the girl working at the Paul Smith men’s shoes store (blond hair) on 7/15 @ around 5pm. I have never met someone so rude in my life. I simply asked a question of if the Jarman was also 50% off and she kept on saying hi until I said hi back. How old are we? Are you a high end sales person? I have never felt so belittled. I will be taking my business to another Paul smith store with better associates as I planned on actually buying the jarman. This girl needs to find a new job where it doesn’t involve dealing with people

Beautiful shopping mall with outstanding dome ! Architectural beauty. However got here about 30 minutes before the closing and the lines to pay were very long and at the end I couldn’t pay for the things I was shopping for; so sadly I had to leave them. However; the view of Paris from the last floor was something amazing and incredible 🌅

But the real showstopper is the rooftop restaurant on the top floor, offering a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower. Dining there is an experience you won't soon forget. The selection of food in Le Gourmet was incredible. Wonderful way to start the day. We loaded up and took our purchases to the Eiffel Tower Gardens. French pastries at their best. Yum!

The security guard is just rude, he followed me to the changing room and asked to see how many pieces did I bring with me(2pieces). After I checked out, he wouldn’t let me out till he checked with the cashier because I did not ask for the ticket. It was a horrible experience!
Beware. Despite the misleading photos this is not the historic Galeries Lafayette. This os a second rate alternative. If you are looking for the historic Galeries you need to search Galeries Layfayette Haussmann.
The area is lively, I was frustrated that the mall is really small compared to the images published. It doesn't worth a visit if you are a tourist.

This place has it all - if you are looking for high fashion anyway. They staff are helpful and delightful. They entire store is visually appealing. They have great cafes and just an all around great place to visit. Be aware that you make your purchases by the section of the store you are in - so you have to make your mind up quick or venture back. Worth coming in to check out even if you don’t intend to buy. Don’t forget to check out the rooftop view. One of the best in Paris.
A stuff wouldn’t let me use the fitting room because obviously it’s for “men” even though what I was holding were men’s clothes, and I don’t see myself as a woman.

Had to return a watch that didn't work correctly and when I came back almost 3 months later after receiving no contact from the people on the desk in the men's section where I bought it and returned it, they had no paper or digital record of my visit. They couldn't contact the manager for me and even the man on the repair desk in the other building where they sent me was surprised they couldn't call the manager. I will be demanding action and what good answers from the manager. Avoid buying a watch here.
The waiter with long hair is super friendly, and he recommends the best flavours of macarons. He is not racist and makes you feel welcome. The manager is super nice and warm to the customer. Overall a definitely better than other Lauduree shops near Eiffel Tower, will definitely visit again!

Small but very many bibs and bobs that you need. Nice staff, and many fun little items.
Unfortunately a lot of the prices have been increased (can see crossed out price on existing sticker) some are double what they should be. Definitely more than double the price as the UK as of May 2023 even with conversion.
Their catchphrase is Galeries Lafayette never sleeps, but it actually does, and pretty early at 8 PM. Other than that a great place to shop for clothes. Not as crowded and touristy as the other ones.
Highly recommend stopping in and checking out the building at the very least. They have everything from mid price to very high priced designers. The areas are not separated by designers/manufacturers but rather by the items themselves. So an entire floor is dedicated to shoes. So much easier than going from store to store to see the different styles and choose. Walk around once, try on what you like after a lap and you are almost guaranteed to find exactly what suits you. The second hand shop had some nice choices as well, which my wife partook and grabbed a very chic leather jacket.
Loads of different designer shops here, some reasonable like Nike, Adidas and lots of expensive other shops. Very clean and nice atmosphere... not much to say apart from the Sephora experience I had.

I got an alterations service while purchasing a jean here, and I never received a mail or message update. They didn’t forget to send promotion emails to make me spend more money, but the only thing i asked for- the news of my alterations didn’t arrive.
We kept calling you but no one answered, so I managed to visit again and and i went to the ‘caisse’ but no one was there. We asked one of worker there what to do, and he said to go back to the initial caisse to ask. There was a finally lady there who said it is not her domain so she doesn’t know so ask another colleague. I asked another person and she said i should talk to another colleague. In the end. I managed to talk to the worker of the brand that i purchased the Jean, and she finally gave us the jean, saying that she also never gets as news as a customer.
I thought that you are less crowded than the one in the centre of Paris, and liked the interior design, but your management and system is just awful. I don’t know how i can call you ‘department store’, it is less unprofessional than a small local clothing store in my town.

The Bottomline: super pretty display during the Strasbourg Christmas Market. It really lights up the area!
Customer service is excellent. They are used to tourists so everything is efficient with tax refunds etc. The store carries plenty of merchandise from different brands and has something for everyone. Visiting during Christmas is also extra special since they decorate the place so well.

A very cute store. They r very up to date on the seasonal change or festive changes. A great place to get presents.
This was a nice store. It doesn't have all of the brands or the extravagant glam you would find at the Paris Haussmann store, but it was nice nevertheless. The decorations on the building were very pretty and I bought a lovely throw here. It's a nice stop before heading to the Christmas markets and I used the store bag to carry my market purchases. Win win!

I believe all the comments are useless when it comes to this store department. One of the most famous provably in the world. Of course insanely expansive but on Black Friday everything looked more affordable. Customer service ? Here it needs a lot of improvement. Nobody even asked if I needed help . To pay it took me 30 minutes because the cashier didn’t know how to process the payment
The first shopping center I visited in Paris. It is actually two buildings that are connected by a corridor on the upper floor. In one part there are separate shops. Zara, H&M, etc. You will find furniture stores on the ground floor and underground. There is also a basketball court. In the second part, you will find a cinema, restaurants, and a shop spread over several floors. You will also find some designer pieces there.

The layout of gallery is sooo amazing! It’s like shopping inside a museum and the building has so much history. The rooftop view not to be missed.

Le service s'est beaucoup dégradé depuis le réaménagement. Je suis venue deux fois en l'espace de 2 semaines, la personne en charge des colis est systématiquement enfermée dans le bureau et attend que les clients se plaignent avant de les servir.

This is the nearest HEMA to then station Chatelet. I visited at least three HEMA including this but this one is the best among them. No price difference among them but the orders of stuffs are better, so I can shop easily even in a little bit crowded situation.
