Very relaxing hot spring/pool in the French mountains. Even though there was a line when we arrived, it all went pretty quickly.

Men are required to wear tight swimgear but this is available for rent (€2 at the time we visited) if you didn’t bring any.
I liked the place outside, so don’t botter to pay to go to sauna, jacuzzi and other things, because it is full of people inside the jacuzzi and sauna.
There isn’t any place to take a proper shower, and very little toilets.
Weekends full of family.

Nice place. We were here with a child - there is a separate pool for children, which is very convenient.
There are not really enough parking spaces

You will have to walk a little if there are no free parking spaces near the springs.

It is also good to come in the evening, when the stars are visible.

Doesn't cost a lot, doesn't have a nice view or something impressive. It's nice to go from time to time. For the price I paid I am very satisfied

Lovely naturally heated thermal baths with lots of jets. Sauna and hammam included in price.

We went to this place on 8th December, it was very crowded. During our vacations, we lost our time to go there. We waited outside in the cold in a line to be able to talk with someone to find out that we had to wait 1h to enter and use only for 2h.

We had bought tickets online, but we were informed that because it was a busy day, we had to wait in the line as everyone had the ticket.

While buying the tickets at the website , the marketing they made said we could spend all day at the place, however, since this day was a busy day they said was limited to 2h.

Now we are fighting to get out money back because they don't want to refund it.

Customer attention from the emails is worrible.

My advice is to buy the ticket at the place, even if you will pay more. ( I don't think so because we paid 16,50 to buy online and at the place is 16 apparently). Or try to find another place to go.

The worst hot springs I’ve ever been to, the water is barely warm. There is no place to sit. If you don’t want to be in one of the pools you either have to lay your towel out on the concrete. There was one chair in a corner that said no towels so I sat in it. The manager within a few minutes came over and told me very rudely that it was his seat and that I couldn’t sit in it. He directed me to the “relaxation room,” a dark cave like room with a stone bench. If they provided some chairs/chaises lounges and maybe some umbrellas for shade it would at least be enjoyable but the water would still be tepid.

It’s nice to spend couple of hours and relax in the different pools. We went on a Monday where French didn’t have holidays, so it wasn’t busy. But I understand that it could easily get too busy inside. Make sure you buy your entrance online to benefit from the amazing 0,50€ discount :)))
A lovely thermal springs tucked away in the mountains.
The access road is somewhat narrow and so be prepared to allow cars to pass on the wider areas.
The facilities are fine although when we were there just before Christmas it got very busy which is particularly noticeable in the small changing areas when we had to queue to get a cubicle to get changed .
The lower level has spa facilities for adults which is very nice and good value.
The spa is owned by the local community and as I understand it is very cheap for those that live in the nearby town.
Also like others have said, only Speedos or tight swimming shorts allowed as I had to hire some. I'm not really sure why this is an issue in France but it's not the first time I've encountered this so guys please be aware If visiting.
It's great little place in the mountains. The hot spring comes out at 58° and its cooled down to 40 or less to allow for comfortable temperature of the pool. I went off peak and there was some people there as shown on pictures but nothing crazy, however I believe it could get crowded during school holidays etc
I really enjoyed the experience of bathing here. The number of people was okay, there was enough space for every person in the pool. The inner wellbeing zone is worth visiting, the prices are pleasantly surprising (7 euros per person) and the staff is very friendly, even though my family doesn’t speak French, they treated us very well and we felt at home. The locker zone is a bit crowded, but the janitors make sure to keep it clean! I also have to mention a stunning mountain view🏔

The only thing that you might fond uncomfortable is getting out of the hot water in winter, but IMO that’s a truly refreshing and fun experience!✨ Highly recommend this place💛
Warm water and sun with fantastic views of the mountains and trees and wildlife flying overhead. What a pity there were no more jets of water as people had to wait for the few that were working. Also, the car parking was limited, so be prepared for a bit of a walk from the lower car park. Otherwise the staff were friendly and helpful, the whole experience was very good and it was reasonably priced.

Very relaxing. The pricing is quite high but it is well worth it. Inside the resort there are many options, such as indoor and outdoor swimming pools, plenty of jacuzzis, two heat rooms and other great options for relaxing. It really is incredible to be in this secluded location in the middle of the mountains (which provide great views), so it's a magical experience.
Amazing spot deep in the mountains. Want to feel really smth magical - go there. Very nice price ~15 eur for all the facilities. Outdoor warm pools are a must - in the cold weather. Indoors saunas will relax you and after some tee you will be feeling like going to sleep. :)

It's ok. Good after hiking. Nice swimming pools, really good hammam. Bring your own towel, water, toiletries and hair dryer - which is very questionable if you're hiking - would be nicer if they provide all those things. Too bad water temperature is not hot enough just 35c so you smell more chlorine than sulfur.
