We try to buy ticket+ via credit card payment by the machine but the ticket didn’t come out after transaction succeeded. The service madam doesn’t accept English communication, finally we cannot get refund of the payment and have nothing to do but pay by cash again for new transaction.

Good, smells weird, but has spots to sit, go to the restroom, and for some reason, only 1 ticket use, nothing more, recommend getting bulk

Train to Versailles was 10 minutes late with no explanation. Suddenly it fell off the screen, as if it had been cancelled. It then suddenly arrived at the wrong platform. There was no announcement or information stating this. If I hadn’t looked at the WRONG screen (of the other platform), I wouldn’t have known. Irritating experience and no apology.
Invalides is a transition station on RER line C, where you can interchange with Metro lines 8 & 13. It is a spacious station and has a few spaces for passenger to sit & wait until the train arrives.

Invalides is a Transit station in the line C RER trains that crosses with line 13 and 8 of Paris metro network. Spacious place. Paris metro pass is accepted in this line. Bit crowded during peak hours.
Gare sans plus pas entretenue,aucun service aucun toilette aucune aide misère si on connait pas le fonctionnement,en plus le moyen de paiement par carte tt le temps hors service bref sa crains Pour une "Gare" en 2021

Pas grand chose mais c'est pas très loin de chez moi
Hall de la gare fermé on est obligés d'attendre dehors, retards réguliers sur les lignes qui desservent cette gare, service client par téléphone surtaxé et surtout trains qui s'arrêtent en gare sans ouvrir les portes. J'ai jamais vu un service de qualité aussi pitoyable, aucun remboursement ne peut dédommager l'humiliation que j'ai subie le 13 mars 2021 à 12h21 quand les portes du train en direction de Strasbourg ne ne sont pas ouvertes sans aucune explication de la part du chauffeur.

Spend too much time on change lines
Beware of pickpockets! Almost got robbed by someone who tried to "help" me. There's no security near the station. The electric stairs didn't work.

This was a fine train station and I didn’t encounter any problems. The platform is like any other in Paris and the trains come pretty regularly. It seems fairly clean and did the job. There could be some more seating on the platform While waiting for a train but since they come pretty quickly it’s not too bad.
Avec une desserte d'une dizaine de trains par jour, cette gare relie bien Strasbourg et Lauterbourg,(faites quelquechose pour le panneau)
