Huge station, very pretty building, useful for thr Eurostar and not too far walk from the centre and sights of Paris.

Area around the station isn't the nicest, a little run down and shabby, but station itself is great.

Lots of bars, cafes and shops. Could do with some more seating though.

I did not like the station, it was very confusing and mot many employees were around to help me, and it even seems as if there are no information desks to ask things and directions. It was neat enough, the toilets were paid and okay

The station closes and you have to pay to use the facilities. Which is silly. There are vagrants which have no problem coming up to you for change or food. No news there, Miami is the same. There is no security staff and the coffee machines are turned off at 6 am, which is the only time anyone needs coffee 🙄 I watched so many missed opportunities to have the machines actually work. Anywho, the outside is quite amazing and it’s centrally located to the sights of France.

Huge, really huge. Very highly maintained. So many shops and stores inside. It is like a small shopping mall in itself. Escalators and lifts are available. Very crowded but spacious.

This is the arrival station for the Eurostar train from London. To be honest once we were off the train our experience was disgusting. Needing a taxi we were directed down a street alongside the station and to a taxi rank that smelled of urine. The rank seemed to be under the control of burley security guards from the southern continent. There was a lone frenchman attempting to control it. We were being told go by the meter etc etc. We had two false starts due to the driver not accepting card, cash only. Finally we did get on our way and arrived at our hotel.

We did use this station again three days later and had a trouble free trip.

The service and help is really bad here. Very chaotic. Our train got cancelled, we got a voucher of 3,50 euros and we had 10 min to catch the next train. They crossed almost all the coffee shops on this voucher, and we could only go to two placed which was outside the train station. How illogical.

The first time that I used the Euro star from Paris to London, nobody told you where to go you need to read the sign only. It is not convenient like the airport. If you have more than 2 bags, I think you travel by the airplane better.
