What a neat and clean place, there's so much that the Indians can learn. Incredibly well kept and orderly behaviour of the citizens, their affection towards the tourists is overwhelmingly warm.

I have to leave a negative review based on my overall experience when I arrived here on 9/26 and went to get my tax refund stamp
I purchased items in Italy, and I was leaning MRS to usa via CDG, and because my flight leaving MRS was delayed, I was advised by my airline (AF) to do Vat refund as I wouldn’t have time to do so in Paris due to limited transfer time.
The only Vat refund in MRS was in hall A and it’s behind this super market called Casino, not easy to find. The counter is behind a gated area where you needed to pick up the phone and request to be allowed in. (Just To get a tax custom stamp)
The first officer who had very short hear, told me I needed to do so in Paris even after I mention my flight being delayed. He told me he couldn’t do so by law, saying if I had 1 hour in Paris, by law it’s not possible for me to get a stamp in MRS. I looked online over and over and found his statement to be false, and I asked him to show me the policy he stated. He slammed the door on me and said words in French knowing I wouldn’t understand. It was a very hostile behavior and almost made me feel that he has something personally against my ethnicity that he just refused so hard to help me even it’s his only job.
This literally made my trip such a nightmare. I was left helpless and stood outside of the door without hope. I walked from the other hall to this place and I was treated with such discrimination and disrespect.
Eventually I was l was lucky because another officer was returning from perhaps a break. He saw me at the door and he helped me. He was with grey hair and a little older than the rude officer before, he was absolutely a life saver and helped me with the tax refund.
I hope the airport management see this post and understand that the passenger has been victimized by such unprofessional act.

I haven‘t seen such a dirty, chaotic and old fashioned European Airport at all. As soon as you enter to the airport, it feels like you are back into 80s. Such a disappointment!! I liked visiting Marseille but will definitely not come back via this airport. Hence if you want to visit this city, I highly recommend to use other alternatives to reach out this city.
The airport is beautiful and very comfortable, I like the variety of shops and options to eat. Bathroom super clean, a lot of available sits a d places to charge your phone. Stuff really helpful. And boarding was fast and easy.
Staff very professional and friendly. I was disappointed not to have many French food in the duty-free, like bakery and verity of cakes, which is a shame. This is one of the main specialty of France and you would like to take a bit more of those wonderful flavours with you.
Terminal 2 lacks any decent restaurants or shops other than the Starbucks. Does not have many toilets given how many passengers must use it. Security and passport control however was very quick. I would consider flying here again
A busy airport even though it's not the biggest ,but it's one of the most disorganised and messy airports and what made it even worse was the strikes that kept postponing my trip until I got fed up and almost swore not to ever set foot in France again just because of how things went in this airport even though I admire the great and amazing touristic potentials this country has to offer

-We were waiting to enter outside because of the "2 hour before flight" enter policy we waiting in the sun because there are no facilities to wait inside.
- When it was time to enter without any announcment they forced everyone out for another 30 minutes. NO ONE FROM THE STAFF SPEAKS ENGLISH and we didn't know what was going on.
-After everyone was pilled up and the odour in that place was awfull.
- Our flight was delayed for more than 2.5 hour with no explanation.
