Kimberly Ricardo - extremely unprofessional. I’ve just read the emails this so called recruiter has sent my family member who had been seeking a job. It appears that all they do is send people condescending emails, urging people to go and find a job on their own. Don’t use this company, waste of time.
Terrible agency. I applied for a job online and someone from the recruiter called me and asked me 100 questions saying she would like to invite me for a Team interview the next following day. I didn’t receive any link for the Team interview and no interview as you can imagine. I called after few days and another recruiter said that the same person who invite me for the Team interview will call me back same day. No call afterwards.

Terrible agency. Have seen the same vacancy being posted on all these job search engines pretty much everyday for the past few months, but no one gets back to you. Charlie Doyle atleast be bothered to tell someone if theyve been unsuccessful or not. Dont bother with these guys
My agent Josh Storr has done an amazing job for organising my current job role. He has found an extremely great job for me within an excellent company and great team. He has managed to give me this opportunity with a competitive salary. Terrible agency! My “recruiter” Alex did absolutely nothing for me! And his response to not contacting me at all/finding any sort of jobs was that he’s been busy doing his own projects? You’re definitely better off finding your own job than joining this agency.

I would highly recommend this agency if you are looking for long term work. Andy has always kept his word when offering me work. Never lied about the job roles and has always found me suitable opportunities. Never had a problem with wages being paid in full and on time. Quality people to work for.

Never known a agency like it. You can tell it's a new agency because none of them have a clue feel sorry for all the surescreen employees I did 3 days there most disgusting place I've ever worked to say there making covid kits were all at risk.

Offered a job on entry which was great, hygiene Operative and drivers mate sounded awesome. Except it turned out to be just a hygiene Operative role.
After requesting holidays to be paid over the Xmas period nothing was paid and after requesting it on my last payslip a week in advance they have refused to pay them until the week after.
My handler was very friendly and kept an eye open for us which was great, she is the reason this agency has received a star more than they deserve.

I started working for Encore Personnel Derby last week. Right from the beginning the whole team stared treating me as I was one of them. Always ready to help, always friendly. Encore is an employment agency. I have been to their offices in both Derby and Nottingham and they both look professional. The staff are both friendly and efficient. I am a University student and managed to find a job that suited my needs (work for 3 months). I never ran into payroll issues (unlike other companies I heard of in my workplace) and was always satisfied with the results. Thanks to encore, I will not require a maintenance loan for my second year at Uni.
