Well stocked shop for all your home electrical needs. Knowledgeable and gracious service direct from the shop owner. A refreshing alternative to impersonal high street chain stores and robotic mail order websites. Highly recommended!
went to the store in a midweek evening. The queue for the tills was nearly enough to make me drop everything and walk out. the staff on the tills all seemed to be dealing with either refunds or online orders, which then meant us waiting to pay for actual items in our hands were left waiting, i reckon for easily 20 minutes. they need a better arrangement here, ideally separate tills for online orders and refunds.

The most well stocked of my local stores, but also the most unorganised.
Around 50% of the products I looked at had no prices on them or the shelve they were on.
Random products placed in random places, again with no prices on.
Staff, especially the door greeters are always happy to help and very polite, but till staff seem untrained and disinterested.
This is my opinion based on 8 visits in 12 months.

Visited the store on 3 Jan 24 with a view to buying a new light unit. I explained the problem I had and the Lady behind the counter offered very good advice. I ended up buying stronger light bulbs which now means I can see to read without having to put extra lights on. Thank you
I love the reliability of this store, I mean like most places these days you can check the website before you go to store to check if they have the items you need, but they really do have a great range/selection available. I'll always pop in if I'm at the retail park to grab some things for the house. Their seasonal ranges are also really good.
I was in the customer service section and was served by Gil, this was the best customer service I have ever received. Gil was patient, helpful and tried everything to help me. I never go online and write reviews, but I just had to, as the service was amazing. Well done Gil, I hope that Gils mangers sees this and praises her.

Awful experience. I was sold light bulbs for traffic lights for my house. It also said do not use in house on the box. The Reigate Lighting Company were unapologetic saying it's fine, but the bulb blew when I put it in. Awful customer service.

This is the ideal shop to buy lamp shades and light fittings. I bought two really nice lamp shades for my hallway to replace my chandelier lamp shades as one of them broke. They were reasonably priced and look great in my hallway

Madness. Cafe is dirty and needs a good deep clean. Usual infuriating people walking the wrong way round the one way system!!!!
Would have given 3 but we had fun going round! App is frustrating and quite useless! We scanned our stuff thinking it would be a quick checkout but still had to queue 30mins, almost missing out on hotdogs!! Luckily we made it just in time! 😅 clean, tidy, followed the arrows and as usual didn't give ourselves enough time so had to rush through the last few sections.....not ikeas fault of course. Would probably give 5 if they had reinstated the pencils, my battery nearly died trying to navigate the bloody app 🙄
Popped in on Sunday (one of only a few open on a sunday in Surrey) to have a browse for lighting for our building project. The young lady that served us was exceedingly knowledgeable, went out of her way to be helpful and genuinely made us feel welcome and intelligent. The latter was highly appreciated by myself, as often I feel my questions to the professionals can sound silly or stupid. We will definitely be back with the credit card, especially as prices were very very reasonable.👏🏽🎉🙏🏽

The shop has most of what I would need and has always been fine however the cafe staff are incredibly rude if you dare to come into the café to buy food or drink after 4pm (they close at 5).
Easy to look around. Managed to buy what I had gone for. Nice stock for sale.
Dunelm has a wide variety of items you need from bedding and curtains to pots and pans for the kitchen and cushions for your sofa. Prices are not too expensive

I like IKEA too much. Just walking around and dream. Then have a nice dish in the restaurant. They keep it simple and this is why I like it very much. Coffee is delicious, once you paid for the cup or the glass, you can fill it as many times as just you want.
I only went for a coffee and came home with sun lounger, umbrella and stand. The assistant was so helpful as the last one in the colour I wanted was on display so he took it down for me.
Dunelm is Super unhelpful. Would recommend not to shop here at all!!
I have recently been decorating the house and had items which would not fit. They do not return or exchange items even if the packaging is perfectly intact.
Definitely go to BnQ or IKEA or JYSY as they all support the customer and at least give a credit note if the recipe has been misplaced.
Just a friendly warning to all, as it happens to the best of us the recipe can be misplaced, and for a store to not even offer exchange - is more than harsh as your money is wasted.

I went here to eat after seeing the Pausa Cafe sign and not realising it was inside and a Cafe run and owned by Dunhelm. The Cafe was excellent. Nice and clean and a good selection of food. It was very busy but I got served in good time and my Smoked Ham & Cheese Sandwich was very nice 😊
I went in with my Mum who wanted to buy some lights for her new flat in the area. The lady who assisted us was very helpful, in a relaxed and friendly way and gave my Mum plenty of options along with time and space to choose. Really professional, helpful service and advice. A gem of a shop! I recommend it.
I have been to this store many times. My number 1 stop, if I am ever in need of any lighting items. A wonderfully run family business. They have always been courteous and helpful. One of the best stocked electrical stores in the west of London, run by a real electrical engineer! Their stock always amazes me, with a huge range of soft light LED bulbs that put to shame the lighting departments of major department stores in the area, not mentioning any names, John Lewis, just saying.
One stop place for your home furnishings and decor! I love their teddy onesies! So warm! There aren’t many net curtains shop around but Dunelm has some good choices! Also their rediffusers are very nice! Love their Moroccan cinnamon candles. Lots of cute Christmas gifts they have. They also have a little cafe. It’s within the Valley park retails so parking is not an issue.
Electrical Wholesalers is a well-stocked shop offering electrical products, lights and repair services for the local area. Across many visits where I needed advice to repair an Anglepoise lamp, the owner patiently offered practical tips and assistance. I eventually and satisfyingly succeeded! In return for his generosity he has yet another loyal customer. If you need great electrical products and services go to Electrical Wholesalers!
Amazing experience - I was trying to get some tricky wiring sorted for a new dimmer switch which did not have the same wiring configuration as the one I was replacing. The owner (and Chelsea the shop cat) spent 20mins with me, made me a bespoke little wiring workaround, explained how to install it, and wouldn't take any money for it. Incredible service - kind and generous with both knowledge and time.
I spent over two hours from one shop to other in order to find a part. It was impossible. Until I remembered this wholesaler on the Westbourne grove, which should have any part possible. Came to the shop, and I found 7 different items of that product. I was so relieved. They are always kind to me and professional. They are very knowledgeable of all electrical parts possible, new or old. I’ve been using the shop for over 7 years and they are one of my main electrical suppliers, I guess they’ve been around for over 35 years. I must say it’s the best place in london. Very happy.
I think some products are too costly and some products are reasonable. You need to see around for your stuff and compare with other. What I want is halogen heater and it is reasonable. You must see online before visiting. They have everything online.
Dunelm is a lovely hardware store plenty of variety for the home. Beautiful selection well stocked good layout easy to find things.

Can't recommend highly enough. True service comes when things go wrong and Matt has excelled. Bought a light fitting that through no fault of Reigate Lighting has caused some issues but Matt has been determined to get it right. And now it looks like he has succeeded. Certainly wouldn't get this service from the chain outlets.

Brilliant service from Light Innovation. We purchased three items from their stand at RHS Wisley. Once home we found that one of the items was scratched, which we hadn’t checked. This was replaced free of charge within days. Would highly recommend.
Top notch gallery in London for amazing glass. Many UK, Scandinavian and European artist are represented. As a west coast US based glass artist, there is a very good cross section of work here in my humble opinion.
Local gallery which sells the most most exquisite glassware from a ray of many talented artist. My partner has bought stunning vases in the past, which sit proudly at home.
