Had a session with Grace today and her energy was brilliant! Esp benefited fr her modifications, and also some of her explanations which were on point and useful for anyone new to this. Will be back for sure! If you’re hesitating, I strongly encourage you to try a class here with her!

I attended Grace Robinson’s Barre Advanced today and it was awesome! She was great with adjustments and it was a good burn. Great friendly front of house staff as well.

It’s a good gym , good equipment, good vibes with good people however during these hot summer months and recently these very hot days they have not been turning on the ac also many other gym goers from fitness station have also mentioned this and when asking staff members to turn it on they said they are not allowed due to this reason I will not be renewing my membership until winter when it’s cooler and bearable

Great gym, been going for the past year or so. Simon is a legend, always there to help out.

Staff are very welcoming and the equipment is top quality!
Trainer no showed for a 7am booking
I slimmed down from 130kgs to 75kgs within eighteen months and was left with a lot of loose skin due to the rapid weight loss and EMS training advertised itself as the perfect method to tone up my body while still allowing me enough time for my very busy job and lifestyle.
So I joined Surge in December '23 as a final push on my weight loss journey and after four months, I can definitely tell a massive difference in my physical appearance, skin is a lot tighter and I feel so much more confident for it.

Everyone at the Bank studio is so incredibly friendly and forthcoming and I genuinely look forward to my weekly session every single time.

Been training with Will, he is very supportive and has made my transition back into the gym easy. I have a set goal to achieve which we both are collectively invested in and giving 110%. Will has shown keenness, making my goals as though they’re his own.

I’m a woman in late 50s, and have been a client since May. I can’t say enough good things. My strength has improved and my aches and pains are gone. The owner Steve runs a fantastic team of trainers. Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and personal. It costs a bit more but it’s worth it. Absolute quality.

Really good gym with great trainers! I have recently started and completed an initial training package. Since then I have signed up long term to carry on training, but why . . . . . . From my initial consultation my trainer Joe wanted to know what I want to get out of the training sessions and has tailored our sessions accordingly. Since joining, sure I have lost weight, but I have also been surprised about how quickly weights I am lifting have consistently increased. Joe always checks with me if I can do more but he can just tell by looking at how the last set went. I look forward to many more months continuing to lose weight and build strength.

I have trained with Steven over the past few months and couldn’t recommend The Cut highly enough! The sessions are engaging and fun, whilst still being challenging, and Steven takes the time to tailor and iterate the programme to suit individual needs and lifestyles. The consistent training has led to such a positive difference to my overall strength and physical health. The facilities are great with a wide range of machines / equipment. The atmosphere of the gym is super friendly and all the trainers have been so welcoming. Look forward to training again here soon!

Gary came into our office to do a session on desk yoga and I have to say it was absolutely fantastic. I had reservations to begin with but Gary makes you feel so much at ease and the session was brilliant!

Great gym tried it last week, very helpful friendly staff and a great array of equipment, its a proper weightlifters style gym with a family run atmosphere.

The Cut is an absolute gem of a gym. They have highly knowledgeable trainers that are dedicated to helping you reach your goals safely. All the trainers are warm and friendly and I was always greeted with a smile.

I trained with Sean for approximately 9 weeks and he went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable yet insightful experience. He is wonderfully skilled and will push you to do your best. The gym is kitted out with the most up to date equipment and is never fully busy so it was comfortable to train.

I was able to lose 7kg and have been feeling stronger and fitter. I was left with a great guide to help me train on my own.

My only regret is not being able to see the gym now that it has been renovated. I’m sure it’s going to be an even more excellent place to train. You will not regret the experience!

Highly recommend. The training is highly personalised from when you first join to planning how to go on once you leave. Steve shows a great deal of care throughout your time there, checking in with you about your progress and goals. Tara is an excellent PT, super friendly and shows great attention to detail. The gym itself has a good vibe and all the trainers are welcoming. Enjoyed my time here and was sad for it to end. It’s really set me up for my own training and was all round an extremely worthwhile experience.

The best overall gym I've been to in England. Spacious, all the equipment you'd ever need and friendly staff. Simon the owner is very nice.

The Cut has massively improved my confidence in the gym - prior to joining, I’d never used weights/ventured over to the weights area due to a fear of not knowing what to do! I now feel comfortable and confident using machines and my form has vastly improved.

Special shout out to Tara for being such a great trainer - she has made me feel very at ease in the gym (while also making sure I push myself to reach new targets!).

Would highly recommend The Cut to anyone who is serious about making a change/improving their fitness levels. All the trainers are personable and it feels like you’re part of a great community!

I have been working with Gary since September last year for personal training sessions, some bro flow, and the outdoor classes.

All of these have been hugely enjoyable. I feel much fitter and it truly compliments my day-to-day life. Gary is very welcoming and has an amazing studio, I cannot recommend him enough
Positive: good trainers, always friendly and supportive. Nice facilities.
Negative: Unfortunately I got no results and after more than 20 sessions and I even lost muscle mass. I know for some people might work, but it wasn’t my case, I trained twice a week, healthy diet, but it didn’t work. Apart from that, I had some issues with payments and it was very hard to contact customer service. At the end they solved it.

Having tried a number of similar PT-only offerings in the City of London over several years, the Cut is head and shoulders above the rest.

From the excellent facilities with the latest equipment to the knowledgable, approachable and skilled trainers who actually program to your individual goals, I would recommend to anyone who is seeking real results adaptable to your lifestyle.

From a cost perspective I think you would struggle to find better value vs its peers - especially with their trial.

Shout out to Steve the owner who has made me and my often strong opinions feel welcomed from the day I joined (although his music choice on the gym floor sometimes leaves a little to be desired!). Despite this, a really top tier offering and 5 out of 5 stars.
No doubts best gym in Peterborough. Very clean, excellent variety of equipment and always welcoming and friendly staff. Thanks to Simon and Helena for making this my (and loads of other guys) second home.

Run don't walk to sign-up to The Cut! It is THE BEST private gym in London. I've been training at Cut since early March and can honestly say I have loved every session, even though it means getting up at 4.55am to train! And have seen brilliant results - I'm leaner and stronger.

Training at Cut is a wonderful, supportive experience. All the trainers are really welcoming and friendly, and are some of the most experienced and knowledgeable I've ever worked with.

Steve, the owner, is my trainer and is a brilliant motivator and communicator, and under his beady eye allows me to challenge myself to do better, understand my limitations and helps me push beyond them.

I can't recommend The Cut enough.

I have attended yoga classes with Gary both online through my work and in person at the studio for the bro flow classes. I really enjoyed the classes. Gary is a very good teacher and the environment is nice and relaxed. The studio is a very inviting space. Would recommend.

Can't fault the place, it's immaculate! Great array of equipment, but what makes it different to all the other gyms is the staff. Very welcoming, great sense of humour amongst them and always willing to help/assist

I would highly recommend Gary@fitnessBelfast for the online Yoga 🧘‍♀️ Fundamentals programme which he delivered over the last 8 weeks through our Corporate Wellbeing programme. Fridays have been energising and relaxing, through stretching the back and neck to counter working from home at a computer 🖥️!
Great programme and the deep breathing has really helped me.

I have been going to Kickass Bootcamp for over 18 months now and I feel fitter and stronger than ever. Gary is an awesome trainer - super knowledgeable, accommodating and makes exercise fun! If you are thinking of signing up, definitely do - you won't regret it! :)

I have used Gary twice now for corporate yoga. I have done his virtual yoga class as well as the studio class with my team in work, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Gary makes the class so enjoyable and you can do it at any ability. My whole team absolutely love his sessions and we can’t wait to do it again. Thanks very much Gary!

I cannot recommend Fitness Belfast enough. I was first introduced to Gary through a corporate yoga class. I have bootcamped, TRX'd and PT'd my way through the last 3years. Gary has helped to motivate me through lockdown, multiple getting back on tracks after holidays and most recently recovery. If you have fitness goals and want a supportive instructor and a community of total superstars to be your cheerleaders Fitness Belfast is the place you need to be.

I signed up a few weeks ago and have felt so welcome 😁 it's my first time attending a gym like this and it has been wonderful. People who work there and use the gym are helpful and friendly. Really affordable too.
I have been training there for quite sometime now
The place is great and they keep good cleaning standards
PT are great and always willing to push you further

Great studio and great instructors. Amazing way to get an intense workout in a low-impact, non-cardio format - thighs, glutes, abs, arms are all hit. Similar structure to Pure Barre. Not much rest and the class moves quickly, so you're making every minute count.

Before I started training here, I hated exercising in any form, but now I work out 3-4 times a week because I have really experienced the benefits of exercise. I've trained with Laura since late 2019 in the gym and online, and it's kept me healthy and sane during the pandemic. Laura is super knowledgeable and motivational and continues to plan various types of regiments so that I can work on my goals. Training with Laura has not only made me stronger in general, but has also helped with managing the pain I have in my knees and lower back. Everyone else at the gym is very welcoming as well, and it's just a great environment to work out in. Highly recommend this studio :)

I can't recommend this studio enough! The team are so lovely and welcoming, and they help you get serious results. I've trained with Laura for over a year now and her enthusiasm and knowledge have helped me to become stronger, fitter and leaner. I used to see exercise as a chore, but now I look forward to training every week. If you want to get fit and have fun while doing it, this is the place. So much better than a regular gym!
This was my first experience of Surge and it will definitely not going to be the last! I feel an immediate improvement after the work out and its a feeling I'm going to be addicted too! Brilliant!
I’ve tried today my first trial and it was awesome. The trainer Adrienne was very helpful and friendly. At the end of the workout they provided all details of your body, muscle and fat level. Definitely recommend to all of you. Thank you guys I enjoyed a lot and feel my legs are tired😅
Such an efficient workout🤩 The best part is that I don’t need to bring any workout clothing or shoes! My PT was very professional, showing me movements that was targeting what I asked for.

LOVE it! Barrecore classes are amazing. Friendly, knowledgable team and great facilities. Quick workout after an intense day or during the lunch break. The staff are 10/10, and make you feel really at home. Fav place in London!

Excellent gym and fantastic PTs! I've been going to Robyn for almost a year, she is always so enthusiastic and keeps me motivated and working hard. The results are super - I'm much stronger and leaner since I started. All the trainers are so lovely and make you feel really welcome. Way better than any other gym!

My 12 weeks PT sessions were fantastic. James my PT put a lot of hard work in to my training and the results were a lot better than i thought. I started at a weight of 92.2 kilos's and a metabolic age of 66 and i'm only 59. After my last session and WOW I am now at 86 kilos and have a metabolic age of 59 ( which is my age hooray) Don't get me wrong this was not easy but the commitment and encouragement you get from not just James my PT but from the whole crew keeps you going. I needed to commit as well as my time I had to commit to a new lifestyle eating healthy, drinking lots of water and still enjoy my life and have my cheat day, but work harder the next session. The journey has only started for me. The engine has had a jump start and I am now firing on all cylinders.

I googled revolution after seeing their adverts on my commute to work at Bank station, and after reading some of the success stories online i decided to give it a ago and try their free taster session. I have not looked back. Since August 2016 when I joined and started training with Charlie I have developed a whole new outlook on a lot of things. I have a lot more energy, and I look forward to going to the gym - even the 6.30 am starts! The training studio is clean and equipped with all the gym equipment you could ever need and the atmosphere is brilliant. I never felt intimidated which I had had done at previous personal training gyms. Everybody is so friendly, they greet you by name (not just your trainer) and really make a point of learning about you. Charlie is a brilliant trainer and I would recommend him and the gym to anyone.
I was unfortunate to get injured with a major leg injury, but fortunate to be able to work strength and rehab at Revolution. The trainers understood my demanding needs (I'm a professional circus artist) from a strength perspective, and tailored my workout to avoid any stress to the injury. I left after 12 weeks in better shape than I was before my injury. These guys are professional and truly are PERSONAL trainers. I will miss my workouts and the entire staff!
