Two firm single mattresses were ordered. The delivery was precisely what we had requested, and the price and quality were excellent. There is nothing wrong with them.

I purchased an ambassador bed and it's brilliant quality, fast delivery.... I would recommend SJ dream beds to anyone..... The best bedframe I have ever bought.....I absolutely love it!!! Will definitely purchase again 😘

SCAM DO NOT USE!! Complete liars. You will not get a bed. They do not answer the phone. Give you a false delivery company. Do not give refunds. Just constant lies!

Update -29/2/24 I cannot believe the company has said to say my review is fake. I will be uploading evidence to prove that I have been scammed by the company. Also, they have deleted lots of messages on WhatsApp which I can also prove as evidence. Which will also show the same number as SJ beds. Please do not be fooled by this company. I am in the process of taking legal action against these people.

Also to add the person has written abusive messages via texts. I really hope no one else goes through this experience. They have caused so much stress.

They have awful reviews on eBay. Do not trust this company. dream_bed is their eBay name. EBay are now investigating.

Please note how many times they have said people have left fake reviews or reviews by a competitor. This is utter nonsense.

Just had my bed delivered today,WOW so happy with everything from start to finish, the lad's that delivered my bed were very polite. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends, they go out of the way to help you in any way, nothing is to big or small problem for them. A big thank you to you all.

Used Snugworld on Portwood Street again last week it is one of my go to places. Always very good reliable service and fair prices. Delivery was quick and efficient as always. Definitely worth a try.

I saw a lovely bed just right for me ordered paid delivery day waited nothing rang nit on for delivery Monday rang Ahmed nit happy as I had just moved and and had nothing to sleep on next delivery it arrived best night sleep for a long time thankyou to Ahmed and the delivery team

Wonderful from start to finish!
I got great advice and help picking the frame and correct matress.
The bed is beautiful, wooden frame and so comfortable. I love it.
I had a friend who could put it together, it was a big job, took an hour, so unless you have power tools and the know how I'd recommend paying to have it put together.
The guys who came to drop it off phoned with the time slot, were prompt, very friendly and quick and wiped their feet before going upstairs.
Outstanding service from every member of staff and a really lovely bed. I couldnt be happier.

Customer service and the delivery were both fantastic, couldn't fault them.

Having said that the quality of the divan is so poor, I wasn't expecting a perfect bed but there's clearly no quality control. Stapling and stitching all over the place and gap in the middle of the divans when lined up. Very disappointing.

I'm very impressed @snugworld. We always use this company for all our friends and families needs. Excellent staff and customer service. Just got a brand new double mattress in today and couldn't help but write a positive review. We opted for the Orthopaedic mattress with a memory foam layer on top this time.

The mattress itself feels amazing. Loving the firmness. I don't feel like I'm sinking in and the springs are holding up my bodyweight perfectly (even on the edges). Meanwhile the softness of the memory foam is ideal for the comfort side of things. I would definitely recommend this product. Full marks from me!! Great job guys 🫶🏽

The place it's good but they just take order from bars and hotels. So it is not ok for private homes. So a missing point in my view.

Amazing experience with this company and my bed is of an unbelievable quality. They manufactured my bed bespoke to exactly how I wanted it and it couldn’t be more perfect, I’m in love! Do not order from them! We have opened a restaurant a few months ago and the overall experience has been terrible. First of all, the delivery was late even though we were guaranteed a delivery day.

That would have been acceptable if the products were at the standards of the price you pay for… but no. One of the table delivered was already damaged.

The rest of all the tables are unstable which makes the worst experience for the customers. We asked the company to send an expert to have a look at the tables and his conclusion was that the base of the table was too small compared to the table top. Even if the company was the one who suggested them in the first place.

Waste of money, do not order from them. You can get faster, better & cheaper products elsewhere.

Great company and people. This is a fantastic space where they showcase their products and hold events. If you're in the D&B trade, it's a great space to go to and get inspiration.

Arrogant attitude, dishonest engagement and lacking in integrity, a formal complaint will be made to Clerkenwell Design Week and The Design Council, I personally fear for what London will become if we allow such companies in to our community. Added after the owner's response: 'Stick to making chairs, not fabricating falsehoods. Have it reported on reliable sources your company have a sexist door policy, aggravated someone in to a fight, breached contract, what does this say of you as a company? Please don't speak of the trade, as well as it being completely false you were only letting people in from the trade, you have been a complete let down to that trade an the Clerkenwell district, as well as many people and it needs to be reported in the public interest. I certainly will be encouraging the many hotels, property developers and other people not to do business with you, if you can't be honest here, what are you honest about?

Beautiful bed in just the right colour, a very pale cream.
I have been looking for more than a year for the exact bed I wanted and when I saw this, I knew it was the right one.
It's perfect down to the detail, large headboard and an absolut showpiece.
Customer service was great and bed delivered before expected time.

We are so thrilled and impressed with the bespoke kitchen Justin from FiftyFifty Furniture has just completed for us! I contacted Neil and his team after he was recommended by a friend with a lot of experience in interior design. We had a whole new room that needed kitting out with quite an elaborate desk, cupboards and shelving. We could not have been more delighted with the result. It completely finished off the new room and exactly matched what I had hoped for. This year we needed some more shelving and a TV cabinet and once again Neil carried out the commission with scrupulous adherence to social distancing, and as ever his attention to detail was amazing. He executed the commission perfectly and without any fuss.

Neil and his team have now built and fitted three separate projects for our house over the past five years - study, pantry and living room. All three projects have been completed meticulously to the very highest standard and we are delighted with the results in every case.
