Visa World is an amazing company, they gave us loads of advice to complete the forms. We were told visas could take up to 2 weeks. Passports with visas received under 2 weeks. They kept in touch with us during the process. Very friendly and good communications. Would definitely use them again next time we need visas.

Excellent travel vaccination service at a competitive price. Delighted to get last-minute cancellations. Both of us had very courteous treatment from nurse and from pharmacist. Given that the premises were incredibly busy in the run-up to Christmas, the staff were exceptional in their care and attention. Will be recommending, and returning!

Mr Anand Shah was amazing. I’ve had a severe phobia of injections for years, tried all sorts of the therapy but for at least 3/4 years never successfully managed any blood tests or injections. With the help of my partner and Mr Shah being a lovely and understanding guy, I was able to get 4 vaccines in one day. Genuinely an enormous step in my life and has helped me more than I begin to say
The central phone number for Nomad are the most unhelpful people which is a shame as the branch staff are great - would be much easier to be able to call the helpful branch based team
I needed to get a typhoid vaccination at short notice, after waiting weeks for an NHS appointment, only for them to have "run out" when I showed up to get the jab.
Got a next-day appointment here, at a very reasonable rate, without the tedious 30-minute "consultation" that most clinics force you to pay for in addition to getting the jabs you already know you need.

Expensive but good value if you want a quick response and excellent customer service. I needed a GP to sign my fitness to practice form for the NMC therefore, I booked a consultation with Dr Kizilates for 150 pounds. I received an immediate response on the telephone, it was easy to find the soonest appointment possible, and on the day of the visit, all staff were kind and professional.

A Pharmacy staff member vaping (early morning) just before the main doors open, with people patiently waiting outside; having to inhale the smoke. Disgusting and quite surprising, as most staff members are pleasant here.
Greatest! Appointment just 1 day after booking, with record of vaccine that I could then give to NHS to include in my NHS record to keep track of vaccines, super kind and professional. And no wait between arriving and getting the vaccine.
they are always very helpful here and go out of their way to get you what you need, or to give you appropriate advice. it’s always a very friendly atmosphere, even when i ask too much of them they will always help me to the best of their abilities. they’re reliable and prompt if necessary. a perfect balance of a personal attitude with the local community and being selfless yet professional. thank you all for your service! compassionate pharmacies like this aren’t too common these days!
This has been my GP for quite a long time now. I must say I have not seen any more professionalism that beats this clinic. Starting with Dr Gill who goes every extra mile to help. Absolutely a superstar !!. Kelly at the reception is at hand every moment I call the clinic to help and always a smiley face. Guys please keep up the 5* service and a million thank you !!
Awful pharmacy. My elderly parents have been at this pharmacy for ages and have consistently had issues. I’m having to always call up and get something or the other sorted as a result of their incompetency. As justification for this, they always shift the blame on to someone else and can never take accountability. A woman named Aliyah had the audacity to tell my elderly father that he should change pharmacies instead of resolving the root of their issues and sort out their mistakes! Probably the only positive thing to come out of that woman’s mouth was advising to change pharmacies as we’ve joined someplace much better. Couldn’t even get an apology out of her. Please avoid at all costs
Being a tourist for a few days in London I was afraid that my sudden illness would ruin the trip I was so looking forward to. Here I got very friendly service and immediately got an appointment. Doctor Gill was a true professional and I got help. I warmly recommend this doctor and this clinic.

I was in a panic to find a pharmacy that had the prescription drug my mother needed, there was an issue with the prescription being canceled but Aminah told us exactly what to do and it got resolved and we got the drug my mother needed. Jo the nurse was absolutely fantastic. Went for travel vaccinations - Jo went through all the advice on which vaccines to get, and general really helpful healthcare advice while abroad. Went through everything clearly and made us feel comfortable to receive the vaccinations.

I visited the Nomad Travel Clinic in Bristol this week ahead of some work travelling and they were fantastic.
I had booked an appointment a couple of weeks ahead of time and they were kind enough to see me slightly early on the day due to my own running early, with a coffee recommendation to pass the time too!
The level of service was exemplary with the wealth of information i needed very well explained and laid out simply for me to understand.

Excellent service from Karen our nurse. She took the time to go through our existing vaccination record and highlighted we were covered for all three countries to be visited, when she could have easily told us we needed further injections. Highly recommended.

I visited Bristol Nomad for the first time for a tetanus jab. Danny and Brano on reception were very friendly and the surroundings were welcoming. The nurse who treated me, Michelle, was so informative about other jabs that I might need for my destination (Mexico) and gave me great advice on things I should avoid while I am there. I didn't expect all of the research and the printed information that I was given. So much more than just a tetanus jab!

Had some blood taken and the nurse was great
They were the best pharmacy in bedford and I've known the owners since I was young but sorry to say this is the 2nd time I've been let down as mum's a dialsys patient and needs her meds to take in morning before dialsys but again they wasn't delivered I'm very upset with the service received by them it wasn't expected. I've always dealt with mac and hassan brilliant pharmacist but I've been let down 😞
My son had a prescription for penicillin following urgent care appointment. I went to 3 pharmacy's that simply said its out of stock due to a national shortage. Find somewhere else. After googling local pharmacies I came across Lindleys, in tears I phoned and asked them if they had it in stock. They didnt, but unlike all the other pharmacies they told me to go back to urgent care, get the script changed, even telling me what was in stock, they then spoke to urgent care and held the medication for me to collect. What a superb service. Highly recommend this pharmacy. Amazing and helpful staff who really do care. Unlike Lloyd's who simply sent me away in tears

The service is fantastic, would definitely recommend when you are applying for an emergency passport. The customer service is also amazing, they get back to you ASAP. Everything was done super fast, from booking the passport office appointment, to the collection appointment, and posting all of it back to me. It was done in less than 1 week, for the 1 week premium service.

Can't fault this company. They provided me with clarity and support the whole way through the process, and my passport arrived in less than two weeks, which in the current climate is almost a miracle! Thank you Adrienne for your lovely demeanor and for telling me facts you knew, and for being upfront when you didn't know the answer.

Horrendous customer service, didn’t bother to inform me that the repeat prescription was out of stock even though they have email and mobile numbers and have contacted me previously. Moved to another pharmacy down the road. Much better service and friendlier staff at the other pharmacy.
With the current state of the passport application process I decided to choose visa world as a last resort and thank God I did they were able to secure me a 1 week fast track appointment within a week of the meeting when I was trying for 2 months with no success they check all your application info to ensure you get your passport as quickly as possible I got mine within 4 days of them attending the appointment saved me a holiday, they're reliable reputable and can't thank them enough
When I arrived to the Pharmacy, all the staff was chatting, when one of the satff saw me she came to help me. I explained I needed to collect some blood, she replyed I had to book on the phone. But she wasn' t friendly or nice. Not even a smile.
You should teain your staff to smile and be nice to your clients...after all we are the ones who pay you your wages. Probably you should have a different attitude. Won' t go back anymore.

Superb service: very friendly, helpful and customer-focused (they could have charged me more but went out of their way to get me just what I needed). Opens early on a Sunday. Will use them from now on.
Sorry but the staff at this pharmacy are no help at all! They are so miserable never greet you with smiles or nothing! Asked for help today as not well at all need my medication but am they bothered no definitely will be changing pharmacy’s very very poor service
Our so called on line booking came with wrong times and details, tried to phone several times to enquire but was cut off after a few rings. The number provided is a redirect to a vodaphone. WhatsApp messages clearly seen by the recipient were ignored despite asking directly if this is a scam. We are in the process of reporting the payment to cancel it and flag up this company.

Welcome. I have an appointment with you. I would have needed a Yellow Fever vaccine for travel. I left, greeted by a sullen, rude lady. He said he should be vaccinated 10 days before traveling. Which is not good! I ask to do a visa ??? It is not possible to obtain a Visa in 10 days. His attitude was inappropriate! Then I’m going somewhere else that doesn’t make them that way to man. Thank you for this bad service!

They never answer there phone, after 5/10 min and same when you go in person to collect your meds you have to stand around and wait. Whilst they have their little chit chat and a laugh. They need priorities, to take calls and people waiting quickly and efficiently. Which is clearly not there now. I’ve been calling them for 2 hrs and it’s just ringing no one is bothered to lift the receiver to speak.
Toke a 45 mins train to visit although could get hold of what floor, called them 46 times didnt pick up once! I really wanted to go to Dubai!!

Some of the negative reviews are misleading. Please bear in mind that this is an incredibly busy pharmacy and is always full of patients whenever you go in. They simply do not have the time to answer phones all day. Nonetheless, the staff are very helpful and I have never had a bad experience. The main pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable, kind and friendly. I highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone, even if the doctors surgery next door isn't the best.
Excellent service. Adrienne took a personal interest in processing the visa and followed up to keep me informed of developments. Even after the visa was rejected by the embassy, she kept in touch to explain why this might have happened. Would recommend World Visa without any reservations. Extremely efficient and very polite.
