My son lost his phone today in Poundland a lovely lady handed it into the staff who put it in the back of the shop , my son asked the security guard who said no phone had been handed in to find out he had taken the phone from the back and put it in his pocket when mum came up on the phone he answered it and laughed and hung up he didn’t think about live pings
The security guard stole my sons phone then tried to say it wasn’t my sons phone where staff witnessed him type his code in and it opened
Security guard that steals your belongings a £1000 brand new iPhone
And nothing gets done he’s still in there working absolutely disgusting that Poundland are allowing him to carry on working there when he was caught red handed
Never shopping there again and I will tell every one I know to boycott there

They should change the shop name to "No longer a pound. It varies". Don't call yourself Poundland if your products are no longer a pound.
Standard Poundland with the standard selection of goods. Just don't expect to pay a pound for most things!

I love going to Poundland Lisburn, it literally has everything you need and prices are not bad. Also nice new flooring; it made everything look so tidy.

Very messy place but most annoying is that there is no correct prices always different at the tile and when you try to argue that customer rights is to buy for price shown on shelves they fight you that is not true. No price tags on more than 50% of items.
Handy to find things for cheaper. They never have bags in this store though, so definitely bring your own

Not as too amazing as in France. Prices are more expensive than in France. But it was interesting to discover the sector.
Arrived at the store 6min before closing. Security told me that they close 5 min before, and didn't let me in, even after I said I have just one thing to buy as a time-sensitive gift. Just slammed the door and left.

I loved going to Poundland and get stuff for festivals as it’s cheaper and I can buy new stuff every year for festivals without worrying about wasting money. Today when I went to Poundland in burnt-oak I couldn’t find anything I like so without buying anything as I was trying to get to exit I was stopped by the guard cause one of the lady from the counter told him and he asked to see my bag.i have never steal in my life and I hate getting stopped at the exit thinking I stole something there were a lot of people just watching me and I had to show all the stuff in my bag even though I didn’t steal anything so this was embarrassing for me in-front of everyone if they have not seen a person stealing I don’t think they can go with anyone’s bag just by assuming the looks as I had septum piercing. So never going to this specific store again.

Lots of products in the shop from clothing to hardware to chilled food
Everything and more in one place and great seasonal items available at a minimal cost. Could use more tills or staff on them at busy times as they have taken the self service tills away now, but that's minor and no complaints here.
Nothing is a £1, however not to bad on there stock and the stuff they had was of good quality, plenty of time left before the sell by date, staff are not rude but they don't put themselves out to be polite either, quite a miserable atomshere unfortunately, no service with a smile
The one in Borehamwood is brilliant along with all the other shops by Aldi. Have not been to Borehamwood for years so it was a pleasant surprise. No more travelling all over to get specific items from specific shops. All in one place😁😁

One of the staff is extremely rude. I don't know her name, but she's been working here for a while. She looks quite old, quite short and she works at the self checkout area. Every other staff is kind but she just has to be extremely rude. Also does not help at all and ignores people.
It is a Poundland they are all good and do exactly what they say on the tin (except I don't think they sell anything for a pound anymore)

Staff is very uneducated, when you pay at the till, they don’t say hello/bye even if you do, one of them even makes faces. Very unprofessional. Never a pleasure to walk in there.

Poundland Camden is well situated, right on the high street. It's very easy to get to, whatever mode of transport you use. I always seem to find whatever I go there to buy and my bag is usually full by the time I'm done shopping.

However, I decided to come here again after it had been years since my last visit. To my absolute shock and horror, I saw things priced at £2, £2.50 etc etc. I fell to my knees in despair, what had happened to the good old days?
Enraged, I got back up on my feet and STORMED out as fast as I possibly could. Rest assured I will NEVER return unless things go back to the GOOD OLD DAYS of being priced at ONE quid.

It used to be a very nice shop, even if everything was cheap, now it is worse.
Almost all variety items are available for you. Fresh bread items are available.
Due to its inconsistent selection, Poundland offers a mixed shopping experience. Although it has inexpensive things, the availability is inconsistent. Returning with the intention of purchasing earlier finds could be let down because it appears to stock goods that other suppliers are trying to get rid of.
POUNDLAND isn't an accurate description nowdays but excellent for those on a tight budget and has stacks of choice. Staff were helpful and as always for myself has good wheelchair or Scooter access.

Great deals on lots of things. Tue is good to go if you have a Iceland card as you get discount if you have I.D to prove your over 60. On top of other deals.
I grabbed 6 Duracell batteries pack that was under the wrong price ( it’s says 2.50, but in auto check machine they tried to charge me 4.50 ) I got the picture in my phone . Also I grabbed and offer 3x paracetamol for 1 pounds, and that machine did not apply the offer. So that would be a total of 2.50 pounds in a 17 pounds small shopping list that they tried to scam from me . If I did not pay attention to my total on the check out they would take that money from me. I wonder how many elderly people or vulnerable they already did do that .I said that to the manager and she never apologise or say sorry . What a bad way of treat clients and take money that doesn’t not belong to them . A total shame . I will never come back . Please pay attention to what they try to charge you with and avoid that shop .

Poundland is a place to get a variety of almost all household, personal and traveling items at £1. It used to sell everything at £1 but inflation has pushed up prices of quite some items above £1. Its a reality all have to face with high inflation leve unseen for several decades. One can drill stretch one's pound at poundland but not as much as before.
normally nice poundland always love it locally , come in today with mum and we look around the £1 brushes and products and we get constant back chat from this older lady worker . it’s a pound shop where we opened the item we were about to buy anyways still get the yapping from behind saying ‘it’s common sense ‘ not to open it . as a daughter i was disgusted that someone even thought to say keep saying fair enough the first time but where’s the respect gone awful lady no manners on her
Best place to buy some good inexpensive stuff. Similar concept of dollarland which have thousands of products with 1 pound tag.
FMCG products are there with slightly cheaper prices. Fresh veggies, frozen non-vegs and dairy products are not there. Lack of staff

Quiet dissapointing. Tried to get lunch here. There were no more sandwiches left in the fridge. Then tried to get bread to make my own sandwiches but there was no cutlery. Disposable or otherwise.
Went in today and realised it wasn't a 'Pound' shop anymore the prices have gone up so much some items were dearer than supermarkets.

Spend £5 and get everything you purchase for half price not sure how long this offer will last but has gardening household toiletries small selection of socks pjs toys pet aisle food sweets aisle, you might get a bargain worth a look .
Although the £ shop prices have increased I still find the prices fair and most cases cheaper. They stock a great variety of goods My local Gillingham Industrial, has Great Staff. Who never seem to go home. Thanks I am rarely dissapointed.

Never leave reviews but the fella deserves it. Didn't get his name but older skinny guy with gray hair and a headset on was one of the most rude people I've ever seen, also blatantly racist to another employee, guy deserves fired.
Good selection of cheap products normally in big brand chains for at least twice as much. Toiletries and sweets are my main gotos but they have houseware, clothes, and DIY stuff

Interesting name £1 + , do we equate with other pound stores? The shop has lots of items from toys, draught games, ludo, paper plates , serviettes, stationery, dishes, cleaning products. Packed full of items.
I am only 2 , but I enjoyed going shopping on my own to Poundland. But I must point out that not everything is £1 - so bring some extra money in case you see items that are £2, £3 etc
Called about 20 times trying to get someone to pick up and now 4 days later still waiting for a manager call back to explain why my daughter who is 10yrs old was taunted by a member of staff at check out? This was so bad her friend started recording the conversation. Let's just say- they better have a very good explanation for why she spoke to her like dog dirt on her shoe!? All customers young and old need to be treated with respect, their money is of the same value poundland.

I buy in this store as it has a great variety in shampoos and toiletries. You can get occasional bargains like today 180 Punjana teabags for £3 which is usually £5. The list could go on and on. Also a lot of Christmas stock atm. Just love it....

Poor preformanc from staff on sunday 05/07/20. Not enough staff on duty,,,poor service, even when i complained. The answer i got was ,,,government guidelines do not permit a certain level in store,,when i asked what were the numbers allowed in store,,,no answer given,,,when i asked how many were in the store at that time,,,no answer was given. The truth of the matter was ,,,not enough staff on duty to cope with the level of business,,,customers suffer!!!!
