I was looking for a mother of bride outfit with only 6 weeks to the wedding. I had ordered numerous outfits online but not found the right one. I noticed some online at Pretty Perfect Boutique and thought I would contact them to see what they had in stock in my size before travelling from Bristol. Naomi was amazing. Naomi sent me details of the designers and codes of dresses for me to google for those she had in stock and when I found some others online that I liked, she tried her very best to order them and get them in. Naomi responded promptly to all emails and phone calls and went above and beyond. Even coming to find us when we got lost when visiting the shop. Naomi made me feel very welcome and was extremely helpful in finding my dress. I would definitely recommend Pretty Perfect Boutique. The service is appointment only. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I will certainly be visiting again next year when my other daughter gets married. Thank you Naomi for helping me find my perfect dress and hat.

I had been dreading looking for a wedding guest outfit but took the plunge today & visited Solo, having seen their advert for Occasion wear in 'Malvern Out & About' magazine. A completely stress free & confidence boosting experience, fun even. The wide range of clothes & accessories are unique & stylish for all occasions. I was greeted by a friendly lady who, once she knew the occasion, guided me around the clothes making intuitive suggestions re outfits to try on - in particular a jump suit I would never have been brave enough to consider on my own but loved when I tried it on. I came away not only with my occasion outfit but also several other confidence boosting garments to celebrate the new me with family & friends either side of the wedding. Thank you Solo.

Hannah did a great job, helping my daughter (patiently!) to choose and narrow down her choices and we were delighted to purchase a stunning prom dress today. This is the second time I have found the most beautiful dress at this gem of a boutique. Firstly for my sons wedding last October and then this week for my nieces wedding this coming August. The welcome is so warm and friendly, Naomi and Beth make you feel so relaxed, listening to what you think you would like and then showing you the most beautiful dresses to suit. Their knowledge and expertise is second to none. There is no pressure and you are given plenty of time with your dress on .There are also beautiful accessories to match enabling you to come away with your entire ensemble. Didn’t really know what style we were looking for but Madeleine had all the time in the world for us and with her professionalism we narrowed it down to two dresses. She then accommodated us the following day as my daughter wanted to try the two dresses on again before making a final decision. Beautiful dresses and great customer service

Back in November myself and my daughter went to city prom at the time just to get an idea of what she wanted, needless to say it was rather overwhelming she had an idea of what she wanted , but after trying the first dress that went out the window. The amount of time Madeleine
spent with my daughter trying different styles colours was amazing we got it down two dresses but in the end it was the first dress she tried on the furthest from what she wanted 🤦♀️🤣 Madeleine was so patient with her nothing was too much trouble . The experience was so lovely that I arranged for my neice to look for a dress here as well , again Madeleine put my neice totally at ease as she is quite shy but she found the dress that made her feel amazing . Can't wait for their proms now to upload photos to show how stunning the dresses are but for now we have I said yes to the dress photos . We came to the shop to have a look at the selection of dresses. Madeline was an amazing help. She was kind caring and very patient. My daughter must have tried nearly every dress in the shop ( Some multiple times). She gave constructive advice on colour, shape style etc and was so patient with my daughter. I would highly recommend anyone that needs to purchase a prom dress for their child or a dress for a special occasion you won’t go wrong here. You will leave the shop feeling like a princess. She is attentive without trying to oversell. We loved our experience and I would highly recommend this shop to all our friends. Thank you so much Madeline xx
I politely requested for a bag at Givenchy Men’s on Friday 11th August 2023 at around 4pm, as my partner had previously purchased an item within the vicinity which did not come in a bag. The man who was working there could have politely declined and explained to us that he wasn’t allowed to give out bags unless we bought something, however, he was very condescending and rude. Poor customer service, he should be retrained. All prospective, potential and current customers should be treated with equal respect. Never had any trouble with Givenchy before, but this was quite disappointing. Another brand was kind enough to proffer a bag for our item within the premises.
Be careful as my daughter ended up with the same dress as someone else in her school on the same day. Same venue. They are supposed to keep records ! Was promised a gift as an apology about 7 times over the last month but nothing has arrived, even text asking about it- no reply !!! Poor service

Had a lovely experience here purchasing a Morilee dress for my daughter's prom. Madeleine could tell my daughter's dress size at a glance and we were able to order in my daughter's first choice of dress. Our appointment was exclusively ours, so we were able to try several other dresses that we had earmarked as alternates. Madeleine also connected us with a fabulous seamstress (Sarah) for alterations, who also did a great job at a good price. The dresses in the shop are both beautiful and of great quality. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fabulous service from Naomi. I accidentally stumbled upon this little gem while looking for inspiration for my MOG outfit. There was so much to chose from but she made the process such a lovely experience I couldn’t fault it. She found me the most gorgeous dress, the detail was phenomenal and just the thing I had been looking for. I thought I would be spending weeks looking for the perfect outfit but it only took one appointment thank goodness. Would highly recommend they have wide variety of dresses for most budgets, made my sons wedding and myself feel even more special!

Mitchell at Giorgio Armani in Selfridges Oxford Street was fantastic! I needed help selecting a shade in Luminous Silk Foundation and he was really friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable about the product and helped me find the perfect shade for my skin with golden undertones. You're a legend, Mitchell. Thanks again. It's difficult to find beauty experts who can match foundation properly for darker skin and I was lucky to have been assisted by Mitchell.

I live over 200miles from Kylie Rose Boutique however I won't shop anywhere for occasion/prom/pageant gowns. Kylie and her staff are so helpful and honest which I find refreshing. They will do whatever is necessary to help find the dress you want/need. The range of styles, colours and sizes is incredible, which is perfect for me as I struggle being a plus sized lady. All my gowns have been shipped to me promptly after arriving at the shop. They are responsive to my messages and will also help to find me the best deal possible.

I absolutely adore this department store. It’s one of my go-to when I am in London. Their customer service always exceeds my expectations: from their floor staff, displays, user experience, and customer VAT lounge - I could spend an entire day at Selfridges. It literally is one of my happy places. Stay brilliant!
Too busy for my liking most of the time but love a shop in selfridges because they always have pieces no other places have, staff are hit and miss- unlike Harrods.

I stopped by Selfridges to update my Make up collection and stoped by Giorgio Armani cosmetics to see what’s new, I asked a member the team called Fadime to help me out and she was a Star! I can honestly say it is customer service that differentiates where you purchase, she helped me choose my foundation and colour matched me to perfection, she was so passionate and made you feel like a doll ( such a talented make up artist !) she didn’t rush you or push you to purchase things, she was so calm. She recommended me beautiful products which I was very happy to purchase ;) Please ask for her if you require any help! Would definitely go back.

A trip to Selfridges isn’t complete without a stop to see Yves at the Giorgio Armani cosmetics stand. This was by far the most outstanding customer service I’ve ever had. I have learned so much from concealer application to my personal skin undertone. He was so passionate and never rushed me. I’m really pleased with my first purchase and will definitely be back! I have recently bought a number of Edwin items from Style Overdose. Their prices were super competitive and international shipping service to Australia was well ahead of their competitors.
