It’s not often you come across such an experienced, dedicated team that are so lovely. It was a pleasure working with the guys at Common Ground and the result of their work is 10/10.

Hallam interiors have just completed a stunning bathroom renovation for us. From design to installation the service was friendly and professional. Our fitters, Ben and Ryan were fantastic. Any problems encountered were discussed with us and the best possible solutions found. They were respectful of our property and cleaned after themselves each evening. We are so happy with our beautiful bathroom. Highly recommend the quality and workmanship.

Shay is so collaborative and helpful. Never pushy or slow to respond. We had a garage turned into a granny suite and the whole team were so amazing. The work was done quickly, the team were lovely to work with and when we encountered challenges I was presented with several solutions to solve to problem. I can’t praise Hallam Interiors and I’m sure we will be working together again.

I have just had my old tired bathroom & toilet ripped out and replaced with a stylish, modern, beautiful suite and shower. Shay and his team made the whole process straight forward from start to finish. The lads were on time, thorough, cheerful and a pleasure to have around. Had Ben and Ryan come fit a bathroom over the last week (and a couple of others popping in for electrics and plastering who were also great). Super polite and pleasant. They were having a laugh as they worked but as serious as they needed to be as and when. As for the Hallam model, compared to other quotes and experiences it was just completely different.

We got about 8 other quotes, all gave a first quote about £2K-£4K above our budget, why even bother? Almost all of them made it clear that the process of sorting fitters would be up in the air or stressful, about half of them would only sort materials and we'd have to sort fitters ourselves, and even with materials there'd then be loads of options and maybe 4 brochures to look through. Hallam give you a brochure with the main options their suppliers off at their inclusive price, and then if you want to get a fancier tile or fixture etc, you can go to the suppliers shop and pay the difference above a set price point. Hard to properly explain how much less stressful this was, so thanks all! Will be back as soon as we can for a kitchen, doubt we'll even look anywhere else.

We would defiantly recommend Hallam interiors for your new bathroom. They were very professional and helpful when selecting what we required. We were very impressed with our fitter Ben, who completed the whole job from start to finish to a very high standard. A definite credit to the company.

From the first meeting we knew Hallam were the perfect company for the bathroom renovation in our new home and we were right to trust them... We had a separate, very dated bathroom and toilet knocked through to make one bigger family bathroom and we couldn't be happier with the finished result, it is better than we ever imagined.
The communication was great, each evening they would let us know what stage they were at/the plan for the following day. It was also completed within the time frame that they first predicted!

Hallam were professional and responsive for the duration of our bathroom project. They have got their business model just right - they’re always on time, they complete the job in the time they say they will, they honour the original quote, and they come back if you have any issues!! They also helped us choose our bathroom design and we’re really helpful with advice and suggestions. Finally, the quality of the “finish” is the best we have ever had - if you’re someone who pays attention to detail and appreciates the little touches, you can guarantee Hallam do too.

You both were always advocating on my behalf and were always looking out for my best interests. Not only were you both meticulous in regards to detail, but you also engaged in much due-diligence and always offered me different options and engaged in cost-analysis for all design elements and products. What made my working experience with you both even more fruitful was that you both also shared my vision for my home - abstract, minimalistic, space, light, comfort - a family 'home'. Not only were you both approachable and extremely hard-working, but your communication with me was always consistent and welcomed - involving me at every stage but also taking away the day-to-day stresses of the project build in liaising directly with the builders and his employees. I felt a sense of comfort in working with you both and I wanted to thank you both for this.

We absolutely adore the space that you both have created for us - comfortable, modern, spacious, full of light. We can also appreciate the finer attention to detail that you both recommended such as colour schemes, ceiling designs, flooring, interior design, garden landscaping, lighting etc. I had a vision, but you both also contributed to the final design and were not afraid to recommend and also challenge me where necessary, and now in hindsight, I fully appreciate what you both have done.

We worked with Common Ground to totally transform our 3-bedroom flat. They did an amazing job interpreting our brief and demonstrated a wonderful eye for detail. Their plans helped take the design of our home to a whole new level and we are very happy with results.

Common ground have been fantastic in helping us realise our dream home. Their advice and support from planning to finding a builder and project management has exceeded our expectations.

We employed Common Ground Workshop to design a loft extension for our 1930s mid terrace in South West London. The team were all really friendly and set straight to work listening to our needs and wants. Jack's expertise really helped us to understand the project’s true potential for our budget. For example, the team showed us how to make the best use of the view over a nearby park by utilising a full height glass balcony. They also designed extra hidden storage behind the bed in the alcoves to maximise useable space. We were delighted with the bespoke design, which was stylish and functional. Common Ground Workshop are great architects, friendly, and really prompt at answering questions and keeping us informed with regular updates.

Common Ground have been great throughout the entire process of our extension project. They have been extremely thorough and considerate working through the various challenges with our project, and worked hard to come up with creative solutions to various unforeseen challenges. They have also helped us make difficult material selection, and found various specialist services required along the way. More importantly and fundamentally, they devised a fantastic scheme, which more than meets our objectives.
