The whole family has been with this practice for over 10 years and I really can't fault it. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. There is no hard sell on treatment and in fact lots of small jobs have not been charged at all eg a retainer clean. Importantly me for me, being deaf, the staff are very deaf aware so it's a very relaxed experience.

Really great practice. Super friendly and honest staff, thorough check up and I didn’t feel like I was getting the hard sell on dental treatments. The dentist explained what was available should I be interested but there was no pressure or obligation to sign up to anything. Really really impressed and it’s such a relief to find a good, trustworthy dentist.

This late opening service is highly recommended by myself having used it a couple of times now.
Very happy with the results of my treatment. Came out on a high.

A HORROR STORY-Dr Galliani did a tooth removal on my mother- not only did he fail to numb the area of gum well enough, he failed to do the tooth removal surgery correctly and left 3 tooth particle remains- after going to accident and emergency for severe pain - she had to pay another £700 for revision surgery to fix this as she refused to use Galliani again! Shocking case of negligence and we will be looking into this further. My advice is to strongly avoid him- he is careless, and unprofessional and clearly only cares about the money-

Having changed my dentist after 20 years it's no surprise one might feel nervous going to a new practice, However, as it turned out, there was no need. Highly Professional. Explained exactley what needed doing and did it superbly. Could not fault them in any way. 10/10. Highly recommended.

An excellent medical team.Every time I go the attention is incredible They are very professional I have a serious bruxism problem and thanks to the guardian of the mouth they made me in the clinic I no longer have the severe jaw, ear and head pain that I used to wake up with.I had a tooth extracted and it was super fast and painless.

I got my fisrt appointment almost nine months ago with Dr. Gilani. He was humble and kind with professional talk. I met with two different recepcionist and both ofnthen are really kind and friendly and ai do like talking with them and also tell themcmy concern without hesitsting. My invisalign treatment is finished now and I am greatful to all staff.

My 5 year old had a very painful lump in her gum. I rang the surgery and I was bang out of luck. They were closed for building work. Despite this the Practice co-ordinator was fantastic. Really went above and beyond on a day when they could have just had an answering machine message explaining closure. Photos of the lump were emailed, which she got in front of an off work dentist who provided a prescription, which was then delivered to the chemist for us. From first call (9am) to getting our prescription late lunch time I was provided updates on progress and how to access an alternate emergency dentist. Really impressed with the care and attention provided.

Very pleased with our experience at this practice. My daughter needed two teeth removed before the next stage at the orthodontist for her brace treatment. She was extremely nervous, but the dentist was very kind and reassured her every step of the way, whilst the dental nurse held my daughter's hand. All staff are lovely.
