I had hygiene today with Mrs Sara (Hygienist) and Nurse Asma. They were very helpful and polite. My teeth look and feel a lot more cleaner than before. The hygienist is very experienced and explained everything regarding my teeth patiently. Would recommend and will definitely see her again in the future🫶🏻

The cleanere was so careless with my gums. Im not happy with the cleaning aswell!

I took advantage of the half price facial advertised on a board outside for February. Very nice therapist & supposedly Clarins products used . I wouldn't pay full price for this facial but at £35 it was pleasant enough. The therapist left the room ( which felt like ages) while the mask was on. Would have been nice to have a head / arm/ hand massage in that time maybe?

I am very happy with the hygienist today Sara she always takes her time and gives good advice. She’s Very pleasant and makes you feel comfortable.
Also the nurse Bianca the both work very closely and patiently with the patient.

Very verey Bad Service and treatment my daughter had last week teeth cleaning appointment I will the form and mention that she is epileptic patient . But one was Asian ladie she start Hygiene cleanin with Long Nadle she didn't ask me about Machine clean or hand clean Ohh My God My daughter mouth was full With blood she look so bad and keeping splitting blood was 30 min long same process this week I was with my son same process with Very kind Different Dentist Was even not small blood come from mouth and he charge £85. I never ever go To Maple Dentist they are Horrible people All of them and I paid £110 she said book appointments for next time I said I will think about good bye...

I have really appreciated the care and support shown by Dr Nava and dental nurse Roxanne during my treatment. Dr Nava worked hard to give me the best outcome, working in a professional manner whilst being caring and empathetic. Roxanne was warm and friendly, assisting with the procedure capably. Thank you both so much.

I am very grateful to this clinic for giving me an urgent appointment and providing a timely care which I really needed. Dr. N.Darzi was professional, friendly and caring. She took her time to explain everything so that I feelt more relaxed. I am extremely satisfied with treatment and result.

Had my first B12 injection today here! Was a bit nervous as I’m needle phobic and usually get hysterical when having injections. I cannot thank Rebecca enough for the great experience I had, she kept me calm and distracted and it was all over in 5 minutes, without a single tear.

Had dentures upper and some lower and Dr Matharu did a great job with patience . Thank to the team .

Hi I had an appointment today and the road was blocked due to ambulance, I tried calling the clinic 10 times however nobody answered and therefore I was 10 minutes late. When I went there 3 receptionist were chitting and chatting with each other and didn’t bother answering the call and they told me that I was late and that the doctor said she wasn’t going to see me. I told them it’s not my fault I tried calling you and you never answered. And the doctor should have at least asked me the reason why I was late but she didnt. Whenever we have appointment we waste half an hour just waiting for the doctor but the doctor couldn’t wait 10 minutes for me

Stuck 100 yards away due a police emergency on a public road so called in to notify the delay. Delay accepted. Walked in 10 minutes after the appointment and got turned away. My 4 years old daughter now will have to bear pain for another two weeks. Saturday morning wasted.

Highly recommend, very knowledgeable and puts you at ease. Will definitely be back already booked my next appointment.

I am lucky to meet Dr. M. Razzaq and Nurse Ms. Agnes today. I must tell these two are my saviour. I can’t thank enough for the service what they provide today.
I was suffering from tooth break and severe pain since a month. They made my life easier today. I had to go for removal of teeth as it was half broken.

I am unhappy with the initial service provided by other dentist, knowingly asked me to go for deep cleaning which was not at all required as I was suffering from severe pain already and the one who did my cleaning also gave the injection to numb though she knew she won’t be touching that teeth and surprisingly she didn’t clean the upper part and I paid 55£ for nothing and it is private. I suffered extra pain because of the injection.

I request you don’t mislead and please give the right treatment. If you would have suggested cleaning after the treatment, I would have been happily go for it but unnecessarily I had go through this pain for another 10 days.

Once again thanks a lot Dr. Razzaq and Ms. Agnes. Keep up the good work.

The first time I have been to these lovely ladies and I cannot recommend them enough. I got my lips topped up after years of not having them done and I’m so happy with my results. Both were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Will definitely be returning

Have been seeing Becky and Shannon a while now, I was sceptical about having Botox in my forehead for a while but they reassured me and I’m so happy with the results! I have also had regular b12 injections which def give me a boost and are not painful at all! I would def recommend these lovely ladies, knowledgeable and friendly service!

Both Rebecca and Shannon were so polite and professional, they explained everything down to benefits and the importance of aftercare regarding the Botox and lip filler which made me feel very comfortable that I was in the right hands. And I’m in love with the results of my lips and Botox they look amazing and I won’t be going anywhere else in future. I definitely recommend and I will be recommending to all my friends too!!! :) 5 stars!!!!

I had a brilliant experience here. Nova was super knowledgeable and skilled and is honestly the best dentist I've ever been to by far. She was really kind and explained everything. Normally I would be scared of the dentist but I wasn't with her at all. Sara the hygienist was also excellent. Super kind and knowledgeable and she gave me loads of information that I've never been given before by hygienists at other surgeries. The dental nurses are all fantastic too, especially Roxanne who helps Nova. I am really grateful for the amazing care I received here and I can't thank them enough. Definitely would recommend.

Staff at Le Mirage are very welcoming, professional and friendly. They offer all the normal range of treatments and it's worth popping in on the off-chance there's a free appointment. Tucked into one of Saffron Walden's back streets it's a hidden gem. The salon is compact, so if you like space as you're pampered this might not be the place for you.
