We visit almost every Saturday. A quiet place and always get positive vibes in every visit. Om Sai Ram!
Whenever I come to London, I visit this Sai Temple without fail..I get the same feeling of visiting in india.
Temple is well maintained and you can feel the bliss and happiness..Jai Sairam.
Om Sai Ram 🙏🏻
Like any other Sai Temple , this temple is equally tranquil
I am from India and am presently on vacation in the UK for a month ...
And finding my Baba here is the most blessed thing that happened to me here
If you are a Sai devotee and you are in London ... Do visit this temple
Another thing this temple serves khichdi as prasad😊
Such a Devine vibes ever mostly I try to visit Baba temple once's in every month
Very beautiful place with peaceful temple with humble staff and monks. It’s huge and has a small pond with scenic garden to roam around, well managed. I visited for their free walking and sitting meditation and it was really great. I would highly recommended this place to anyone looking for spiritual peaceful escape.
Beautiful temple in the middle of Wimbledon - spent a really peaceful hour here enjoying the structure and ambience.

A rare gem in a nice area, especially on a nice day.
Absolutely worth a visit
Such a beautiful and peacfull place in London
If you feel like running away from hustle and bustle of big city this is a perfect escape
Finally made darshan. Very simple and peaceful atmosphere. OM SAI RAM.
Have been involved with the Croydon Buddhist Centre for a while now and it has been a life changing experience. I have met nothing but kindness and compassion from the team and have felt very held and understood whenever I visit.

Their programme of events is exciting and dynamic and really gives a sense of why a Buddhist practice is so valuable in the modern world.
Lovely calm environment. We went for a school trip and enjoyed learning about Buddhism and doing some meditation.

Amazingly beautiful temple. Calm and quite and ideal for meditation. Visited with family on New Year's day 2024. Was not busy at all. Great architecture. Couldn't believe a temple of this nature existed in Wimbledon! You could visit the place for free. So many things to see within this close space and very memorable visit. Well maintained toilet facilities for visitors and ample parking within the premises and road side ,
Stumbled upon Buddhapadipa Temple during a leisurely stroll. Tranquil ambiance, well-maintained by monks. Free entry, perfect for peaceful weekdays. A serene space with a small lake, benches, and visitor-friendly amenities like toilets. A hidden gem - can't wait to return!

Mind-blowing BUT!

I attended a 6-week introduction to Buddhism and meditation course that went onto 7 weeks, it was an eye and mind opener.

Our life can be shaped by our minds in positives and negative ways and it helped me to see that, and be more understanding of the reality of my life and how I see things.

The meditation and the calm peace of mind taking 5, 10 15 minutes of meditation learnt each day is lovely and the teacher Vajragupta had a very easy-going style of teaching meditation and Buddhism.

With all the negative press from the past from its founder Sangharakshita and other issues, all I found was loving and kind people trying to do the right thing wishing well to all.

And the but there was no but it was good, and I would like to learn and understand more, take what you need and give what you can.

Love
A must visit place for your spiritual journey in London. By giving, we all gain much more. Live a simple life, help people in need, believe in your karma and keep going.
I can't believe my luck that this amazing venue - and these wonderful people - are almost on my doorstep!
The Herdman Healing Sanctuary is one of the most wonderful places I've had the pleasure to spend time in. Simply stepping inside this beautiful space is a healing experience in itself, and all the events they offer (sound baths, retreat days, drumming, cacao ceremonies, kirtan, etc) are carefully curated to heal, restore and nurture everyone who participates.
Even more special are their incredible 2:1 healing sessions (2 of them, one of you). I can't recommend these highly enough as an opportunity to step away from your daily life and make space to open up to whatever form of healing you need, right now.
Martin and Libby hold the space beautifully, and the love and compassion that they bring to everything they do - from the physical construction of the Roundhouse to the energetic work they do there and the select group of facilitators they invite to share the space with them - is tangible.
I'm lucky enough to live nearby. Even if you don't, this is somewhere worth travelling to!

Stunning!! I had no idea this beautiful temple existed in Wimbledon.
My partner and I visited yesterday 30/7 and we had the most incredible & unexpected experience. The grounds are surrounded by lush greenery and tranquility, the Temple itself is stunning and for a while I felt I was in Thailand. We joined in a Meditation practice with a group of people who were also visiting. The takeaway for me was moving, I enjoyed the meditation practice and my partner & I will definitely be going back again.

Paul is great. Environment extremely tranquil and calm. Very nice zone to be in.
It's a beautiful and peaceful place. It's a small Buddha Temple and very calm and beautiful. You can meditate and you can feel the Positive Energy throughout the temple. If you are driving don't worry there is a lot of parking space. It's a must place.
I came here for my birthday yesterday for the first time. The 12pm Aarti was about to start. It was such a different experience compared to any other mandir I have been to. It was peaceful.
The priest have everyone a chance to take Darshan. My father advised them it was my birthday and I was gifted a chuni in Baba's name. I felt very blessed. Thank you so much
There is such an expansive energetics in such a small space. Lovely people. Much peace of mind to be obtained here too.
I have now attended the full moon gong bath and a couple of healing circles and Libby and Martin are the most amazing, calm, welcoming hosts. They put you completely at ease regardless of your experience and as soon as you enter the Roundhouse any stress evaporates. I would highly recommend anyone to attend any of their offerings to experience a deep calming journey which we all need in our busy lives.
An idyllic setting, this sanctuary has been created with so much love and dedication. Martin and Libby are wonderful healers and have created a safe space that is serene and uplifting. They bring so much wisdom into their teaching, and they offer wonderful courses. I am so grateful to have benefitted from being there. The gong bath was so special. Thank you!
I've now been to the moon gong bath/sound healing twice. Martin and Libby are unbelievably warm and welcoming and the round house has the most beautiful energy. It's a wonderful place to go and take time out for some self-care. I highly recommend it.
My partner and I have shared Martin and Libby's Sanctuary from the beginning of it's foundations. We have been privileged to be able witness it's evolution into the beautiful space that it has become. With Martin and Libby's passionate commitment to share the gifts of healing in all forms that it may come. From Yoga to Gong Baths, music and storytelling. The Sanctuary offers a place of peace and love inspired by its surrounding nature.
I have been visiting the Herdman Healing Sanctuary for around a year now. I followed on social media to start with, finally I took the plunge and reached out to them. I havent looked back, Martin and Libby are so kind and genuinely care about others. The Sanctuary has grown and they have an addition of a beautiful roundhouse that Martin and his brother lovingly built. I've attended many sound healing sessions where they play their stunning gongs. The Sanctuary is a safe space to relax, unwind and forget about life's worries. I highly recommend the 1-1 healing sessions too, I've never felt judged and have shared some very personal things with them. There are many different events happening here and there is always a nice mix of male and females, there really is something for everyone.
A wonderful oasis of love healing and comfort.
Libby and Martin are the epitome of perfect hosts mixed with the most loving caring and spiritual people you could ever wish to meet. The puuja i attended for the spring equinox was incredible. All night they worked so hard to provide 10 hours of healing sound and a wonderful experience for all. Cannot recommend highly enough. Put it on your to (must) do list.
I've been visiting Libbie and Martin's since my 1st ever gong bath for the summer solstice 2022. They are both so warm, calm and supportive towards all who visit them and their beautiful retreat. I now join the yoga classes , for years I have been trying to find a yoga class that makes sense to me and makes me feel restored at the end of the class, finally I have found that class at Libbie and Martin's. I cannot fully explain how special and beautiful their activities are... Go and see for yourself, you will be in for a treat.
Understated warm, welcoming space with many classes for beginners to more advanced practitioners. Has yoga and therapy too
What a wonderful gem of a church. At present it is not being used because of heating costs so DO contact the church about visiting first. We rolled up when there was a community fridge project open. James the curate could not have been more helpful or kind to us and opened the church. He was very knowledgeable about the architecture and gave us a really helpful leaflet about other with treasures nearby. Living in Worcester we will definitely be returning.
If you need support- this church for you
Always take blessings From Baba 🙏❤️ whenever I go for Darshan on Festive Days & To say Thank you to baba.

Great ful & Gets box of Prasad every single time since many many years. !!

Good place to do Darshan peacefully & Pray 🤲.

Om Sai Ram ❤️🙏
I've had a wonderful meditation session with Paul last night and will definitely be coming back. Safe and quiet place to be and to explore.

I've only been along once to this so far but I'll be back as I was looking for a Buddhism-inspired meditation group in Dorking. Paul was very welcoming and the 1.5hrs went by very quickly... Not that that's the goal. If you're curious, come along and then ideally come again.
Singing in church hall. Great, good acoustics!
A lovely church for quiet contemplation ,and yet seemingly rarely visited. Such a pity. A little gem in Malvern and well worth a visit when it reopens. Part of a trio of churches [Malvern Link with Cowleigh] currently offering services on line and on Face Book.

I went to this center for the first time today to buy some stones, the lady in the shop was lovely and very helpful, I will definitely be back. Thank you for making me feel so welcome.
Handy for a range of very high quality incense and a range of materials for practice of Buddhism.

Classes were offered in modern meditation, pre covid. Not sure about right now.

CD's available for home practice which are very good for the mindfulness of breathing exercise and some others.

An overlooked ruby in the dust.

I visited on the wrong day, the weather was freezing cold, with snow flurries, work was going on in the grounds, and the Temple itself was closed. I was able to get a feel of the ornate decoration, by looking through the window, but I must return another day to upgrade my marking .
Visited again today, 1.6.24, points upgraded to 5 stars, fantastic ornate temple, the artwork has to be seen for certain.
