Beautiful place with outstanding people. Remember: the embassy deals with international matters (international treats, international law and more). The Consulate deals with people: passport, birth certificate, power of attorney and so on.

The Brazilians are such hospitable people. Embassy as a venue works extremely well. And a celebratory drink in honour of the new president who should help save the Amazon was much appreciated

Council guy Batyr was very helpful and sorted out all the paperwork in no time.
Gave me necessary info where I had no idea what to do or write.

I must admit i was unpleasantly surprised. I turned up around 7.30pm on a Sunday expecting to find a cool Porto Jazz bar. What i found was 2 absurdly over double priced drinks sold over the counter of a toy cheap looking toy gimmicks shop cafe. €5 for a bitter tasting cheap & nasty glass of red. What a disgraceful rip off. I didn’t return for the way too late 10 pm upstairs performance i had been so looking forward to seeing 👎👎

The people of Brazil should know that until this comment, Brazil had many friends in the UK, "In a news conference on Sunday, Brazil's far-right president Jair Bolsonaro mocked Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky - saying his counterpart's people had placed their hopes in the hands of a comedian." I hope the embassy staff in London have the courage to tell their President he is backing the wrong team.

I am not surprised about the negative comments. In the United States the treatment is actually worst. I was humiliated and made fun off at the Brazilian Consulate in New York. When I complained with a vice-council, he told me to write a letter. They don't return phone calls either, even after I contacted the Itamaraty in Brazil, when I found on the street a passport of a Brazilian woman.

I had a very positive experience with the passport renewal service. They are fast and accurate. It was efficient and the staff were polite. I would also like to thank the Kyrgyz embassy and especially to Batyr Kadyrkulov.

It's incredibly challenging to get a call answered! Website is very unprofessional, difficult to navigate and will not even allow us to register to vote from the UK as it does not recognise our post code! This website is supposed to attract tourism and represent our country yet a basic free wix website looks and works better!

Once I managed to get through to somebody, I was told that the change of address forms were going to be sent directly to my email address in order for us to post back, following many failed attempts to do so on the website. However, none have been received.

The personnel's info varies depending on who you speak to, meaning you can never be sure of what's actually accurate information! We were originally told by a lady that we could vote for the second round of the presidential elections if we registered before end of feb but a week later told that this was not the case at all.

Superb service. I needed my passport renewed to travel to Russia this Christmas. All has been done in two weeks. I can't praise highly enough Batyr and the team at the Consulate for their professionalism.

They don’t pick up the phone, I applied for a visa a few days before the borders closed due to COVID and wasn’t able to travel. I’ve now been informed my visa has expire even tho it’s says I can visit Ecuador 90days within a year ( they said that information is incorrect from the previous years but still written on an official document) . So now they expect me to spend over £300 again for a visa for no fault of mine

Quick, no queues.

When you get to the final desk, it's a normal good service, but from reception, until the waiting room, there is no guidance or proper organization. Nobody guiding people or informing what is going on. You just seat in a room, waiting to be called by your name, but there is no indication if it is delayed or how many people are in front of you. Also everyone is on the defensive mode, "What's your problem?" approach as opposed to "How can I help you?" approach. I arrived half an hour before my original time and was called 30 min later than my appointment time.

Great service, yes it's difficult to find but I'm more interested in an efficient service. Fyi walk through the street and find the Ecuadorian posters in a small alley.

To experience the diverse and rich Brazilian culture you need to attend one of the cultural events hosted by the institute..

The staff here are very welcoming, engaging and very friendly. They make you feel at home. I am sure when I finally get to visit Brazil, my experience will be no different fron visiting the culture institute
