I don't now how people eat from Shaz there is no taste in the kebab chicken is dry and small amount of choice in the menu.
Very bad attitude from people who serving and from manager. I have been told to pay by cash with the pos machine perfect functional in the front of me. I had a big argument with the manager and he refused to serve me. I try to be nice and polite but he start shouting at me and he told me to wait 15 minutes for my food but that is not any more a fast food .Very poor knowledge of manager.
Love they chicken burgers. Always come back. Tasty and affordable. The place could be cleaner,specially the toilets but nice burgers. A shame they don't take cards . Regular customer 👍

Went there today, the majority of tables hadn’t been cleaned. There were trays of peoples left overs and trays etc. I had to ask a sour face girl if she could clean them, she stared at my frosty and sprayed a few tables but, other tables she just brushed the food on the floor.
While we waiting for food I went upstairs to the toilets. There was a notice saying they were checked regular.,,,,er, I think maybe once a fortnight!
The first toilet 🤮🤮🤮🤮 some animal had been in there and didn’t flush the toilet, there was no toilet rolls. I felt physically sick!
And the cleaner toilet had no toilet rolls in there. Absolutely disgusting facilities!
I went back down and said I’m sorry to bother you but, I don’t know when the toilets were ladt checked but, they’re disgusting! She just walked away.

Not sure why this Head Office is incorrectly listed as a Fast Food Restaurant. It is purely a Corporate Office. You cannot buy chicken or eat here. It is not open to the public.

Went to kfc once today and was greeted with the worst possible service the guy behind till. When stood for 10 minutes waiting to order. His reply was "im training someone " go order off the self checkout. Wheb I told him I have army discount and doesn't work so grunted and then tried to serve someone else.
Horror! Please avoid, or at least during summer. I had chicken tikka from here and got the worst food poisoning of my life. I think they don't store their meat at the appropriate temperature. Avoid if you don't wanna be sick. 😢
Food was really nice, but since it changed hands it's really lost its charm. The waiters are extremely rude and constantly keep circling around your table asking if you want champagne every 5 minutes. The prices have gone up 50% year on year. A family of 5 cost £300. It's a real shame as we used to love coming here on special occasions.

DISGUSTING FOOD!! The order was very late and they got my order wrong. They then sent me the “correct meal” which was even worse. The food was burnt and impossible to eat. Please AVOID at all cost. The wilmslow road branch has young little boys in the back who cook / fry the food and make it disgusting and burnt! I wasted my money and had to throw the food in the bin. I complained several times but the guy on the phone did not care. I specially asked please do not burn the food and he just said “yeah yeah” and gave burnt food.
The place is not very clean and feels quite dull inside, doesn't seem well maintained. The cashier was also not too friendly even when the shop was not busy, I can understand wanting to be efficient when there's a line but the guy quite clearly just wanted to take my order quickly and then relax. Even a minute of conversation goes a long way.

Tried to use promotional coupons at Belsize Park KFC branch. The lady manager told that it’s not a valid date, you can’t use it. Walked out but checked the date outside and realised that it’s valid. Went inside again and showed the coupon again. She called someone to check again but later said this branch is not doing this. I know it’s a lie. What a shame! Why do KFC distribute the coupons on every Coca Cola package if the franchise are not doing this.

Underrated take away. Love their chicken wings and onion rings, really tasty. Also most importantly, it is affordable. Recommended place.
Had minced lamb, and chicken tikka kebab. Cooked over charcoal, one of the best kebabs I've had. Came with plenty of fresh cooked naan, a bowl of lentil soup. Delicious, plentiful and very reasonably priced. 100% recommend. Was busy, lots of families eating, but food came out very quickly.

I ordered food at 8 o’clock. They gave me the food at 8:34. I asked them twice how long will it take they said it’s coming. They clearly forgot to cook my food and they cooked my food at 8:22 pm. I saw them take my chicken Teaka from the front and cook it on the stove at 8:22. One star service. I asked multiple times when it will be coming and they said it’s coming but they just basically forgot. It doesn’t take 35 minutes to give me a shawarma wrap and a Tikka. I came all the way from Manchester, specifically for the shop as it was highly recommended by all my family and friends, but I will not return due to the poor service I received.

Why is there no salt on the batter of your chicken? And no salt in the coating for the burger either , it would actually be nice if it had a bit of salt in it , there's 0 salt in the batter
Nothing of note. The girls in there were friendly, they made the food quickly, it tasted fine - like any other subway (not my first choice for food but was all that was available in a town I'd not been to before and was hungry and in a rush 🤷🏽😁)
Not cheap, not too expensive either but it's bloody amazing food!! Had the Kurdish special last night and I have to say it's in my top 5 places to get a takeaway in and around Sheffield. That Kurdish special at £17.50 will easily feed two people, possibly two people and a kid or two at a push. Looks like a nice place to eat in as well but not many tables. Nice friendly staff too. Can't vouch for the delivery as I've gone in and ordered both times I've eaten from there. Even though it's busy as hell, from ordering to receiving my food it's taken about 10 minutes both times.
Must try place. Food taste nice. Salad was abit of a let down but everything we ordered was nice.

Recently all Uber drivers have been having issues also lot of customer came into blows with KFC Mile End staff as most of them can’t speak English and they think they own KFC and drivers are their slaves just bcoz most drivers are student they don’t say much and they get abused really bad by KFC staff. If anyone from KFC head office reads this please reach out to Kajal, we have made countless complaints to manager, team leader etc but nothing ever gets done. Kajal has been trying to solve this issue for a long time but can’t get hold of someone responsible so we are reaching out here please help. If you ask most of the staff at kfc or team leaders who driver kajal is they will tell you. Last time head office people came they stopped us talking to them about telling the truth
i come here a lot. the food is subway so you can’t really complain about it , the staff are usually very friendly. but today was awful , i ordered my sandwich and it was a set sandwich , i then asked for a few salad items to be swapped which clearly isn’t difficult but the staff member decided to say “could’ve just said that” when repeating what salads i wanted. i then went to pay and i asked to scan my subcard and the woman proceeded to say to her colleague “could’ve just said before hand” and then left me to pay without saying thanks or anything. i don’t know their names but they are twins i think , they’re so rude and impolite everytime i come here. they make me not want to come anymore.
Ordered from this place, received exactly the same order from some dud place called king rooster or some s***, absolute vile chicken burgers
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Beijing restaurant with my family and it exceeded all my expectations. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff catering to my requests. The standout dish was the crispy duck, which had a perfectly golden, crispy skin and succulent meat. The restaurant's beautiful ambiance, blending traditional and modern elements, added to the overall charm. I highly recommend this restaurant for authentic Chinese dining experience.

I think head office should honestly check the quality control of this branch. if you look at the Just eat and Uber reviews you will see constant complaints of missing items and I have been a victim this aswell. I ordered a boneless banquet meal and received no popocorn chicken, fries/sides or my drink.

Utterly appalling, ordered through the KFC app. Waited an hour for the food to be delivered to the wrong address. Made contact with the number provided on the app (deliveroo kfc) AND KFC separately. They blame one another, sent me back and forth. I went into KFC in Scunthorpe for the manager to tell me there was nothing he could do because I ordered on the app. Happily took the money from the bank, never received a refund.
Still going round with KFC and deliveroo, it’s been almost 2 weeks since I placed the order.
AVOID USING THE KFC APP.
Update: after persistent contact, thankfully, I was given a refund.
22nd June the issue occurred, the 11th of June I was given a refund, which went into the account within a few hours after receiving a refund confirmation.
I advise others to be careful when using their app as the process is not simple when issues occur.

This Is the best donner kebab I've ever had. I dont know I enjoy other kebab because this Place set the bar too High. Tasty, fast service, fresh baked bread and great price.
There's always a queue but that is because it is the best sharwarma on London Road (and there's a lot of competition!) Delicious food served at speed and at an affordable price.
The thing with MES is that anytime you go there, you'll get good food! Always!
They've revamped the place and removed booth seating which, to be honest, I miss. When you're with your family, not everyone is comfortable sharing a table with strangers.

We have ordered chicken biryani and we received a veg pulao with chicken pieces in it. The food was not spicy inspite of our customisation. The complimentary potato soup was nice even though being tasted like lentils.
Really tasty food and clean... staff always smile and thier customer service is excellent.. Keep it like that lads. Highly recommend.

The food is absolutely phenomenal! The taste is so genuine and it's very filling for the price. The service is fantastic and fast, no wonder it's always a little busy. There isn't much seating and it's quite crowded usually, but it's not their fault everyone likes it.
I am not understanding did I pay for chicken biryani or just plain rice. Couldn't find even one big piece of chicken. Never buy chicken biryani from this place. Attached pics for reference.

Ordered for the first time and collected, order was completely wrong. When we got home we called to inform them of the error as the stuffed crust pizza we paid for was in fact a plain crust, discovered after we both ate a slice, the donner meat and chips were covered in chilli sauce and salad which we specified to be separate when we ordered.
They said they would send a delivery driver with the correct order within the next 20 mins and send the incorrect items back with the driver. Great, we thought.
Called back an hour later as food still not arrived to be told they've only just sent the pizza and the manager wouldn't send the donner meat and chips as we confirmed on the phone we did want salad and chilli !!!!!
But we asked for it SEPERATE !!!
The girl on the phone even agreed that's how we ordered it and admitted it came covered in the stuff. Couldn't even scrape it off so it was totally inedible to us.
We're now left waiting for another pizza, and also donner meat which is flat cold and can't even feed it to the dog as it's covered in congealed chilli sauce.

Finally turned up with the replacement pizza 1hr and 25mins later, and suprise surprise it was COLD!

Great place to have food, it's neat and tidy with good lighting. The food tastes very good but in small portions. So you might need to order a little bit more than usual. The only thing I was surprised is £5.20 for a bowl of rice which is almost 2 times the normal price.
I enjoyed the marinated lamb with chips and wow, the marinade ingredients are spot on! It also came with four different sauces for dipping - raiita, houmous, avocado and a slightly spicy tomato one. Great quick service from friendly staff. It would be nice if the water wasn't in a plastic bottle, but that's just me being fussy.
They do bottomless tasty naans and a free lentil soup starter was included! We finished it with some good quality Turkish tea.
Try it, you won't be disappointed! Most mains are under a tenner.

Rubbish service here says you can only have hot side for your free side even though I have been to both in Hanley and they said I could get any snack, pathetic ruined my day

One of the best spicy chicken burgers, in the area the wings were good as well. The place is always busy credit to them, it says a lot about a place when it’s busy. Good customer service. Down one star for not taking card payments, CASH ONLY, which is a pain in todays world, most people use their phone to pay, not even carrying wallets.
I recently tried the chicken fillet burger and peri peri burger meals at Rajas Pizza Bar. The burgers were a good size and cooked well. I particularly enjoyed the peri peri burger, which had a nice kick of heat without being overwhelming.
Whether you're in the mood for a classic chicken fillet burger or something with a little more spice, like the spicy peri peri burger, you won't be disappointed.

Peri peri burger meal from here is amazing. Prefer it over chunky chicken. This place is my go to for a quick meal!

This was a 5 * place but my recent experience was very bad. I bought 5 shawarmas with very little to no sauce on them because I wanted to get separate sauce. At the end the guy demanded more money for sauce. Very disappointed. I have decided not to return here again and advised the same to my family. Shame on the man who served me today.

First time ordering here and I’m shocked to say the least ! Not only did we wait and hour and half for delivery the foot was shocking ! The salt and pepper chicken was complete fat and was bland with no colour the salt and pepper chips had no seasoning at but salt the egg fried rice had a really funny smell and the curry sauce was like eating pure salt will never ever be ordering here ever again !!!
Had the Sunday eat all can buffet. Everything freshly cooked and the menu not cut down in size - you literally have what you want and as much as you want. I thought it was very good value and the food quality and ingredients used were first class. A lovely surrounding - nice for a romantic meal for two or for a family visiting which we were. Would highly recommend. Good parking at rear of the restaurant too, safe and secure.
Everytime I order from here they always get my order wrong, today orderd a tuna sub and they put bbq sauce all over it and killed the sub absolutely disgusting why they would do that idk was told to request a refund and reorder but refunds take upto 5 days.... I'll just never order or recommend this place again

Food quality is quite nice and made me feels like I was in Hong Kong! We ordered 4 dishes and 4 drinks and included the service charge all together cost £92. It is a bit expensive but the service are very nice.

I ordered my food that was 3 drinks 3 shawarma 3 naan 1 margerita pizza and when it was ready they said I didn't order it they game me 2 drinks instead of 3 and no naan that I had to pay for it after making it without questioning me if I would pay.

Amazing! Just love this place. The service is awesome as is the food. Its a fast paced hectic environment but its amazing. Great value and great taste. You can watch them grill your food in the kitchen.

Went for the Sunday buffet. Portion size is good and selection is varied. The food was tasty and good quality. Minus 1 star because they class children over 10 as adults which seems a little weird. Don’t over order on starters as they’ll bring your mountains of food and you’ll fill up before main course. Some dishes very salty so get lots of tap water to go with your food.
Visited here once again today. Since the cost of living crisis hit the UK, establishments like this seem to be flourishing. Its easy to see why. They offer decent food and very reasonable prices. The portions and content are always enough. The service is fast and friendly. The premises are like a fast food style setting but are frequented by many nationalities that live around the London Road area of Sheffield. My only slight criticism of the dish I had today (Kofte Kebab) was the meat was quite fatty but a lot of that dissolves on the bbq whilst cooking. Never the less I will definitely be back again. Tried the Shawarma Lamb recently, it was lovely .
My partner and I order from Peking House regularly and it is always fantastic. The food is great and the service is so friendly. Our favourite Rotherham takeaway!
This Spicy Chicken Burger is NOT spicy at all. But it was cooked perfectly and was nice, just not spicy. The place is very clean with plenty of seating.
Quite like the subs here. Like the ham with cheese and poached egg. Tried the gravy for the first time and thought it had a peculiar taste so wouldn’t buy again. Also tried the pigs in blankets and they were ok.

Ever since I ordered once I never ordered elsewhere. Best chips and curry sauce existing and quality consistently good.
Very nice food, only downfall is that the sauce they use on their burgers is not the same as other Miamis. It is a franchise so it should tend to follow. Charging £1 for mayo is excessive. The food is good anyhow

The drink machine was out of order so I had to pay extra for a bottle, that's not right. When I got the bottle it was warm, and I asked for a different bottle, but it too was warm.

The best place in Sheffield!! We go before every football game on a Saturday. The price is too cheap for the quality of food they serve! If you haven’t been then it’s a must!!
This is our go-to takeaway. The food is amazing - tasty, always hot on delivery, and good value for money. Would highly recommend

Great friendly place with wonderful efficient service. Lots of different dishes available on menu with the great distinctive Muddle Eastern flavour. The shawarma is very nice with plentiful a portion with a lentil soup starter. Price is very reasonable as well. Great place to visit with your family with paid parking just around the side
Clean modern deco and good seating area to eat in. Good fast enough service.. actually got acknowledged. Food served in good time. Ordered spicy burger meal for a fiver. I enjoyed the burger, wasn't over spicy, just right. Soft enough buns. The fries were actually good and fresh. I would def try this place again for other items on the menu. Gave a 4 only as I've had better similar burgers elsewhere otherwise all good.
Honestly the best chicken in Manchester 100% if you want good food or down near Trafford centre this is the best place to come. Wow chicken was amazing. Defo coming back.
This restaurant is in walkable distance from Tesco Extra, and it is quite busy place because people like shawarma more, had to be in the queue for a while to order but this was worth as I tried Chicken Shawarma wrap for £4 which was delicious, they also have space for dine in. Staffs are good. Highly recommended!
Went here with some family pretty late. Ordered a few burger meals and fried chicken. Burgers were decent, asked for spicy but they weren't spicy at all. Chicken pieces were decent but the wings were atrocious - small dry pieces with half the batter falling off. Prices here are decent and be mindful it gets busy late. Personally, I think there are much better chicken shops in Manchester.
Taste was amazing.. I had went with my friends and we ordered many things like 2 different kind of footlong also we ordered sides. Nachos are superb and tasty. The way subway prepare Nachos with salsa and cheese... It's lovely and superb. It was extraordinary experience for all friends at this subway. We all went to many subways before but here the staff is good and also welcoming. Definitely I will go again To eat again. Very neat and clean place.
Best Chinese food in Guildford. We came for a birthday lunch on Sunday and enjoyed the buffet which is £22 for adults and £12 for children. They even gave us a souvenir photo of our group to take home as a gift which was a nice touch. The buffet concept is that you can keep reordering food and they will make it fresh for you and deliver it to your table- this is much more preferable than standard buffets where food can be sitting under hot plates for hours. Just be sure not to over order as food wastage is charged. The food itself is absolutely lovely and always top quality. Service is pretty quick but it does get busy so I’d definitely recommend you book in advance. Yes, it’s not the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for here.

Quality massive burgers that wanna escape the bap. Quality sauces also. I have tried many Rajas but this is on a different level.
Food was very tasty . Had a 1/4 pounder burger meal . Staff was very accommodating. Burger tasted good.

it was the best honestly such nice workers who always start up and conversation. The burgers were amazing and the gravy was silky smooth. The coleslaw was crunchy and refreshing. As well as the pizzas were fantastic. Defo coming here again. Best chicken in Manchester by far🏆
