The owner is not a responsible person. He is a very poor man. After the owner confirm your booking and received your payment, He did not send you any code access and instructions to notify you.
We messaged him and called him but he ignored us.
What's even more outrageous is that he shirks his responsibility and replied on the next day, "Did I ask you to make athe reservation?"
Dear friend when you come to Liverpoool pls find a proper hotel such as Pullman hotel or etc.

Great value for money!
Place was clean and tidy and well equipped. Balcony with view all the way to the docks, perfect for relaxing after a day of shopping, football and/or boozing. Secured and sheltered car park with shutter and CCTV. The shower is hot with good pressure. Kitchen is well size and perfect for whipping up something quick for a quiet night in. Lift all the way to top so moving in and out was a breeze.
Location is incredible! 10 mins from Bold Street which is lined with restaurants serving food from all over the world, 15 mins from Liverpool One. Just can't ask for a better location than this!

We had an overnight stay in a studio apartment (46) it had a lovely balcony and everything you would need for a self catering stay. The instructions to get on were easy and the apartment was clean and tidy. We would not hesitate to stay there again and would certainly recommend it for its location and facilities.
Stayed for four nights and was easy to find with the instructions provided and the room was quite nice. Was simple enough for self check in/out and is within walking distance for most things we wanted to see when staying in London (usually walked to locations and taxi'd back at night) Staying in winter the heated floors were so nice to come back to and the shower had good pressure and heat. Kitchen was big and easy to use and there was enough space for the price.
Only two cons were -
1) The room was a struggle to get to with big suit cases. Quite narrow stair cases made it a struggle to climb up and down the stairs with luggage.
2) The bed is rock solid and by the end of the fourth night our bodies were aching from how solid they are.

Our room was fine but it smelled like cigarettes
Only had a swift beer. A busy friendly pub with good selection of drinks. Serves food as well but we did not try the food.
Stopped for beers and food on the way to The Stables. Can't fault it. Friendly welcome, good beers and good food. Proper pub.
Great central location. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Allowed us to check in early and check out late. The apartments had everything we needed and was clean. Good car parking facilities also.
It's a great location. Right in the middle of everything, but down a quiet street. We were about 2 minutes from Bold Street, and all of the restaurants and cafes. The room was fine. It was quite spacious, the towels and bed linen was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom all looked quite new. We were warm enough most of the time and only put one heater on for a short time, but it warmed the room up quickly. There was plenty of hot water for showers. The kitchen was clean and tidy with a full sized fridge. There were only 2 cups, plates, etc and no bread knife or dishes for the oven. We didn't cook properly but it would be annoying if you wanted to heat anything up or actually make some tea. There was no hairdryer, but there was plenty of storage. The sofa and TV area was comfy.
We popped up to the roof terrace and it was lovely! We could see the cathedral and the docks, as we were halfway between them.
Overall we felt it was value for money and would stay here again if we were to come back.

Great find doesn't look to appealing from exterior & couldn't see any breakfast advertising but the inside is lovely, good decor & furnishings, very friendly amiable staff & good breakfast menu, small breakfast is still a bit too big for OAPs or small appetites and would prefer beans served in separate bowl but all delicious nonetheless 😋 look forward to returning. Some parking on site.
It's a great place to stay in Durham. It used to be a farm now converted into very comfortable apartments.
Very comfortable apartments. Has all the mod cons, TV in every room, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, ensuite, pleasant rural views and spacioust. Uber friendly owners and staff. Probably underpriced if anything. One of those rare gems you only find in the North.

The bad stuff, very warm, needs a fan for any days over 20c, the patio door is blocked from opening by the blind, there was no microwave in the kitchen and on arrival the bathroom had on lightweight medium sized towel for a 5 night stay, and the toilet seat needed tightening up, two of the ceiling lights had no shades
Would I stay again,meh.

The Vicarage House is beyond amazing. Such a fabulous place to stay in a lovely location. Perfect choice for a multi generational family gathering to celebrate a 70th birthday. The beautiful weather was the icing on the cake and allowed us to enjoy the swimming pool, gardens, tennis courts and surrounding area.
We booked an extended family get together with ten adults and four children, extending over three generations, something we do once a year.
This time, having struggled with the heat abroad previously, we chose the UK and to come to a place we had not previously explored.
From the outset, Katie made us feel very welcome. As well as being very professional, Katie and her team went out of their way to accomodate our individual needs in their beautiful and spacious property.
The gardens are lovely and offer plenty to enjoy even when the weather was less than ideal. I would have no hesitation in recommending a break here for either families or a group of friends. Katie and Richard and their team couldn’t have been more welcoming.

I highly recommend staying in this beautiful house. Katie and Richard were really lovely and so helpful when booking and ensured we had everything we needed and more for our stay. The house itself is really homely and has something for everyone to do, we had a family with ages from 1yr to 80yrs and all had a wonderful time. We all agreed this is our favourite place to date.
We only ever go here for breakfast, so can't comment on the whole menu. However, you get a really good breakfast, great service and a welcoming smile every time you visit.
The room was much smaller than in the pictures - it felt as we lived in the kitchen with a bed in the corner. The photos on the website are therefore not 100% accurate and taken from specific angles to make the place look bigger than it actually is.
But most importantly the place is literally next to the massive and loud construction site. Our bed was vibrating from the drilling happening outside. The mini terrace was literally in the construction site and builders were meters away from our windows.

Not only do they not disclose on their website that there is a massive construction happening in front of the hotel windows, but they are also blaming you for not "realising that this is London", when you complain and ask a different room/hotel.

Nice pub near the station. Good choice of pub food. Friendly staff and great chips. Warning... omelette with cheese literally has cheese melted in top (see photo).
Really enjoyed the meal, great service. Wasn't very busy at the time of our visit. My friend had a problem with a biscuit which s a fishing for. The staff were very helpful and concerned, but he was fine. I really enjoyed the ambiance and the photos of all the trains and the models of trains above the bar which was close to our table. We had a great view of the crossing and I hoped to see a train go by. Unfortunately it wasn't meant to be. The meal was delicious and served quickly. We both chose chilli con carne with cheese covered nachos. But there was a varied choice to choose from the lunch menu. The step was quite steep getting into the station tavern. There was plenty of car parking which was a gravel surface.
Beautiful place to stay, every facility you need, close to abbey gardens and the town centre.

Wouldn’t recommend at all. Start with the good. Room was recently renovated and had a kitchenette. Location was good. Called support (as no one on site) about broken coffee machine and she seemed helpful and replaced in 24hrs. The bed was horrendous! It wasn’t a double as advertised- it was smaller which for two people is not suitable. Mattress was paper thin and pillows were huge and uncomfortable so used the decretive cushion. What was worse is there is NO INSULATION. Could hear footsteps above every night except 1 until after midnight. Barely slept in the 4 nights. The should rectify insulation if they want to convert the property or at least put carpet instead of wooden floors. AVOID
Brilliant location for the centre of Bury with a short walk to the Abbey gardens and town centre. Lovely accommodation (small but perfectly formed). Will look to stay again given the facilities ( kitchen, lounge, bedroom, bathroom) all for a good price.
We were let down due to arriving late by a different pub. Whilst looking around for Sunday lunches I came across this little gem. Nice old English pub. Basic traditional menu. Pricing is clear. Welcoming and Lovely customer service. I enjoyed their roast it was just right. Everything was clean. Parking available. We would gladly visit again.
Booked a reservation for 1 night and the place cancelled our booking a month before. When contacted we never got through to an agent and only the support service who said the same things each time and never heard back from them about the cancellation. Disgusting service and if you book here you cannot be confident that you will have a place to stay because they might cancel beforehand. We had to spend double on a different accommodation due to this. Dont waste your time.
Location great, free parking & wifi. Nice old building, plenty of crockery/ cutlery etc. But only 1 toilet roll for 3 people for a weekend and kettle disgustingly full of limescale, stain previously mentioned on earlier review on sofa still there, single beds could do with a mattress topper. These things sadly marred all the good points.

Fantastic location, great house with interesting features but if you intend to stay for a bit longer make sure you stock up on toilet paper, oven gloves and some cooking utensils as what’s provided is just a bare minimum
Whilst the apartment is very good, we couldn't select the location on booking. We are a family with a 2 year old toddler, yet we were put in an apartment above a noisy bar that is open til 2am. Would not recommend for this reason.

This property is refusing to refund my stay from May 9th despite the UK imposing a quarantine period from any overseas visitors (I would be visiting from Australia)
Tripadvisor and expedia are also showing the hotel is closed until 1st July. As they are unable to provide the dates I paid for I should be getting a 100% refund.

Home from home facilities for own cooking
Had a great stay in the Centro apartments, the team at City Stay were very helpful! The apartment itself was tidy and clean, it also had everything I needed for my stay. A real bonus was the mood lighting in the living area! I will definitely be booking again
Lovely place to stay. Almost everything we needed for 8 people. Very clean inside and grounds are well kept. It has Wi-Fi, but couldn't get onto internet. Microwave oven could have been a little bigger. All in all, a lovely stay.
Great little apartment for our stay in Milton Keynes. The rooms were a good size and had everything we could need for the weekend. The balcony was a nice touch, but the sun was so bright we couldn't sit out for long as we couldn't see our screen! (Not a fault of the room, of course!) The oven was a bit confusing, and as there wasn't a manual we had to Google how to use it to actually cook, but other than that, everything was easy to use. The Wi-Fi was pretty poor though, and we resorted to using our mobile coverage rather than using it in the end.

Serviced apartments near Hyde Park. Studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom flats are available. Staff is very friendly and will try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Building is approx 10 minutes walk to South Kensington tube station and also Gloucester Road station. Royal Albert Hall is a short walk away. Plenty of restaurants and shops are about 10 minutes walk from the building.

For me it was nice. Good view and great people for hoisting. However, who clean an out apartment they not cleaning well spatially toilets. Also, we can hear people above us. but in end the apartment her was so nice n homie

Work sent us to MK for 10 weeks and we were placed into an apartment in The Hub through City Stay.We had an awful stay and end ended up terminating our rental with City Stay after 8 days; we ended up going with another rival company for the duration of our 10 weeks. The apartment we got was better quality, and 20% cheaper!
During our stay we raised several issues but nothing was done to address these, and there was no show of empathy at all. The Hub is badly run down and poorly maintained; lifts are dirty and creaky and give you the feeling that you may get stuck, and had we been on a lower floor I would have used the stairs, although people are knows to be injecting drugs in the stairwells. The car park is also daggy and dark and badly maintained.
The apartment had no extraction, not even in the bathrooms, walls were badly marked, the carpets need to be cleaned professionally, the oven seal was missing and thus unusable, the vertical blinds were missing some panels/ broken including the bedroom were you could not block out the street light. The washing machine was covered in mould.The sofas had marks on them and there was writing on the coffee table. The toilet seat was disgusting and needs to be replaced.
Surely someone from City Stay comes and checks these places from time to time to pick up things that the cleaners miss? Poor management, and poor maintenance.

Lovely apartment with beautiful views. Ideal location, just minutes from clubs, cinema, bowling, shopping centre & train station and the Sainsbury's in on your doorstep.
Only downside is it isn't ideal for young children unless you watch them like a hawk or bring your own covers for sockets. Will definitely be staying again.

Stayed there for a night but it was alright. The location is definitely a major plus. No issues, but I liked the fact the building was old, as are most in this part, but there was nothing negative in our experience relevant to that.
I flew in from the United States on a business trip and stayed with City Stay for a total of three weeks. The apartment staff was very friendly and even helped me extend my stay on a short notice for another week. The apartments are well maintained, clean, quiet, and located in the hub. They are located right above/next to a grocery store, and walking distance to many restaurants, the train station, malls and gyms. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone and I would absolutely stay there again.
I have been staying at the Vizion apartments for the last 2 years and have used a number of the agencies but have found City Stay to be by far the best and most professional . From dealing with my enquires to the standard of accommodation , they are always the company I would recommend and the first one I will contact. They provide friendly and efficient service with competitve pricing . For me their apartments provide a better quality of furnishings and facilities than their competitors , are always very clean and tidy and if you have any issues during your stay , they are always on hand to resolve quickly . I look forward to continuing to stay in Milton Keynes and using City Stay are my preferred company
Not very clean, hard to stop by, 3 floor without elevator and very hard satires, no AC.
No supply of toilet paper or regular paper towels. You call them for anything and they don't answer, they just leave you without any help or support.
