We were in Scarborough during the recent storms and I needed a new jacket. Tried the other outdoor places, who seemed keen on ordering me in the first jacket I looked at, but decided to head to Trespass. The staff in the store are really helpful and knowledgeable, leaving us to browse but offering advice when we looked like we needed it! In the end I came out with a jacket appropriate for my needs, not overkill, and at a really great price. Top notch customer service and we'll definitely be visiting again when we are next in town.

Decent shopping experience, staff both helpful and friendly. I only went in to see the shoes and came out with shoes, coat and shirt! I always find a greater willingness to spend in a 'nice' shop.

Ok store, better than Mountain Warehouse but still didn't have the kit I needed. Ended up at an independent shop down the road and got everything I needed in one place.

Very nice shop. Especially during these cold months. Very warm coats and fleeces, wellies and basics like gloves and hats. Friendly staff too
