I typically don't leave reviews, but the results from my recent visit to the Esthetic Line were so impressive that felt compelled to share. I had an eyelash life and tint, and the outcome was absolutely incredible.The transformation was remarkable, and I couldn't be happier with how my lashes look now.

The lovely girls at So Glamorous did my hair and my maids of honour's hair for my wedding at the beginning of April. Right from my first enquiry they were really friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. I absolutely loved what they did with my hair, they really listened to what I wanted and created just what I was imagining! It gots lots of compliments on the day, and lasted really well. More than that though, the girls were so professional and friendly on the day. They put us all at ease instantly and really went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend for all brides and their bridal party!

I have been a member at this gym for well over a year now and have to agree with some of the recent reviews around overcrowding and the service not matching the price point.
Over recent weeks it has been extremely difficult to get a full work out in because of how busy it is! I avoid peak times and even then the free weights room is packed. On a recent occasion I attended and there were two exercise classes happening at once, one in the usual studio but then also one on the main gym floor, utilising all of the lower weighted dumbbells that are already in high demand and blocking a lot of equipment.
In my experience some trainers in the gym will often use 2/3 pieces of equipment at a time with their clients which doesn’t help.
The main reception staff have always been friendly and helpful. However for the price of the membership you should be able to consistently have space and access to the equipment. I suspect it’s an oversubscription issue as this isn’t just a problem during the evening and weekends.

Amazing experience! Got my hair done here and I absolutely love it. 10/10 recommend! I got layers and curtain bangs and I'm in love with it.
It was bad enough before with no staff at the medicine counter. Now the medicine counter is completely closed, everyone has to queue up at the pharmacy counter, where some people are waiting a long time for prescriptions, others need detailed medical advice taking up to 15 minutes. I'm in pain and need an OTC med and supposed to be able to stand queuing until the end of time. Boots just seem to get worse and worse for the customer. Such a shame that their monopoly has shut down most independent chemists and now Boots as a company shows contempt for customers who are ill, elderly or infirm or otherwise have difficulty standing.

I was a member but I had to cancel because I moved. However, I still commute for my training sessions with Bernard. Thanks to him, I believe that sky is the limit when it comes to growth and more precisely physical strength. It is hard to explain Ben’s coaching style in words, but hopefully this one may illustrate a part of his work: he detects the imperfections in the movement pattern (squat for instance) which are likely to be responsible for a pain or a plateau, he makes sure that the body makes the correct adjustments and then growth becomes the norm ! Thanks Ben 🙏
Leaving a one star review as bought a foundation and a concealer from Lancôme. A lady called Meryl served us. Spent around £70 which isn’t cheap for a foundation and concealer but wanted to splurge as saw good reviews on it. Originally on the purchase date, the lady was very helpful however advised me to get the same shade of foundation and concealer. I later went home and realised that the concealer needs to be lighter hence didn’t open it and just used the foundation. I came back in on my next free day with the receipt and the unopened concealer and the lady wouldn’t exchange it for a lighter shade as it was ‘opened’. Really unfair as I never opened it in the first place and she was very rude about not being able to exchange it. She opened it right in front of us and said ‘it’s been used’ and turned around and continued with her previous job. Very unprofessional! Lady that works in the Clinique stand that apologised to us was lovely. Won’t be buying here again though, very disappointed 👎

It was my first time going to this salon I was very scared to have my hair cut as I’ve had bad experiences in the past. I am glad I came. I love my hair cut the lady listened to exactly what I wanted. Lovely lady very friendly and welcoming also affordable service which is a bonus. Definitely recommend.

I advise you to steer clear of Fitness First, which engages in some shady business practices and whose customer service team is only available via email and then takes days to respond to queries or complaints. In my instance, the company breached their contractual agreement by levying a charge a day earlier than my contract stipulated. They did not deny this, but were unwilling to resolve it. Take your business elsewhere, or risk similar treatment.
Sabrina is one of the first members of staff you see as you enter boots, and she is always so friendly and helpful, and has extremely good customer service skills. I have been lucky to have been given a couple of Benefit cosmetic makeovers recently, and she is credit to the store. She has convinced me to try out a whole new brand of make up and has helped me understand what looks I feel comfortable in and which also suit me and make me feel more confident. Sabrina is the best worker I have seen ever and made me feel so welcome and has very good conversation skill and has helped me become more confident in make up as a whole. The picture below has to be one of my favourite and made me feel so happy and like I can feel myself (excuse my tongue). I loved the new brow products and all of the skin care products as well.

Best tanning shop lovely staff, the woman that works Saturdays is very kind and always welcoming. On my first visit she was so helpful with the lotions and sun beds, she does her job very well always so clean. Definitely going to recommend my friends to go there.
I was hoping for the price point and facilities available to have a better experience on my trial day here. The facilities seem good and there is everything you need despite being very overcrowded and a little run down in some areas. However the clientele in the gym really let the place down and have put me off getting a full membership. The pool area, sauna and steam room were chaos to put it lightly. The men in the gym are extremely rowdy and disrespectful of the fact that it’s a space for everyone to use, it almost felt like a kids club but with grown men. They were in and out of the sauna and steam room non stop, talking extremely loudly, shouting at times, taking phone calls and just generally treating the place like their own social club. It’s really disappointing that the culture within the gym hasn’t been set up to be a place where people can come and work out and enjoy the facilities in peace. Not worth the membership price I’d sooner go back to a budget gym where people respect the space and the people around them. Unfortunately some of the staff only seemed to egg the behaviour on and multiple people left the area visibly frustrated while I was there too.

Lovely experience got classics done, was my first time doing my eyelashes absolutely loved them. The whole experience was so comfortable and the eyelashes were stunning. If there was 10 starts they would definitely get 10

It has the bones of a good gym but equipment is out of order and selections are limited. For example, there is only one flat bench for an entire gym, and the leg extension machine was broken for many weeks on end. The pool is lovely and recently refurbished, but it hardly makes up for the inability to get on specific pieces of equipment. For £70 a month I would expect better.
The overall ambiance at Fitness First is commendable, and the access to both the sauna and steam room facilities enhances the experience. However, it’s crucial to address a recurring issue with a male member over 40 who continues to use exfoliating gloves inappropriately, specifically in the sauna and steam room areas. I’ve heard other members expressing similar concerns, indicating that this problem is affecting multiple individuals. Despite previous complaints, the issue persists, creating discomfort for members and impacting the quality of the facility. I hope the management takes proactive measures to promptly resolve this matter, ensuring a pleasant and sanitary environment for all members in the sauna and steam room areas.
Large boots in the shopping centre. Had plenty of Christmas presents and plenty of offers too. The shop has 2 levels, gifts upstairs and the perfume shop downstairs. They have mainly self checkouts for cash and card.
Tia is absolutely wonderful, works fast and is a great chat! Had amazing results with electrolysis. Was initially worried of how my skin would react because its darker but it went more than perfect and those stubborn hairs are finally gone!! If you are looking for a sign to book a session here it is 🧖🏾♀️
So Glamorous came to our house on my daughter's wedding day. They did hair and MU for the Bride and hair for 3 bridesmaids. They brought an atmosphere of calm - but fun too! The hair was exceptional and stayed very good despite a very hot day. The bride's MU was superb. She looked amazing. Thank you to all the team.
I handed a prescription and mentioned I have missed few days of my medication on a Wednesday. The prescription woman with glasses said to me she will have it ordered that day and will be probably ready next day Thursday. Friday came no text and my husband came to check at this Boots pharmacy husband said they are only ordering it today and will be ready Saturday. This means if it was a serious health issue required medication

Couldn't accept medication for safe disposal today and I had to ask a member of staff just standing in the shop floor to serve me at the till. I didn't want to use the self service check out.
I had a cut & blowdry done by Grace the owner. Who did an incredible job. She even curled it for me. I left feeling like a million dollars. Lovely friendly team and highly skilled. Very clean, professional salon. But also a comfortable relaxing environment. One of the best salons in Surrey. They don't charge a fortune like most salons which I was surprised how reasonable it was. I have been recommending to everyone. I cannot wait to go back.
Needed help finding something today, asked member of staff on perfume and she told me it was self service(makeup area) and she couldn't help me. Then I asked her where item might be and she told me they were due a delivery and not available absolutely fobbing me off. I persevered and found it eventually myself. I've never known this to happen before in this store what's happening
First of all the staff at skin mod are amazing, well mannered and respectful, when I went for my consultation Tia had recommended me a facial called dermafrac and omg can I just tell you how much it made a difference to my dehydrated skin I myself couldn’t believe the result’s absolutely incredible facial and definitely worth a try for anyone suffering with dehydrated skin like mine not only does it make my skin glow but definitely became one of my fav facial from now on definitely recommend it. Also the lash lift at skin mod is amazing with major difference to your lashes.

It seems Boots has given up with business in the High Street and yet the staff are helpful and there are alot of good products at a good price. I found the store dark and there were lots of gaps on the shelves. The shelves needed a dust and stock needed replenishment. The make up on offer on the cardboard stands was missing and it was hard to look at as the plinths were on the end of the aisle with people going by. No samples out so didn't buy anything.
My experience at Skin Mod was absolutely amazing! It felt very homey and welcoming and that’s down to the two brilliant ladies called Tia and Zehra. I’ve been battling with my skin aka the never ending acne for the past few years now and it has made me very self conscious due to my age (early 20’s), A couple of people have spoken to me about laser hair removal but I was hesitant at the time because I didn’t like tampering with my face but I must say I’m so glad I had that consultation with Tia because she really took her time to explain everything to me, she reassured me and made me feel super duper comfortable from start to finish and in the end I ended up having the laser done and i feel so much more confident and happier in my own skin and I couldn’t be more happier with the results, I definitely will be coming back to look at some of the other treatments/services Skin Mod has to offer.

I had my face scanned to get a better understanding of my skin, Tia provided me with an amazing skincare routine that I’m still following till this day, using high grade products which are working wonders. I have been attending So Glamorous for wow, nearly 12yrs and I honestly could not recommend the girls enough. The are patient, attentive, imaginative and nothing is ever to much trouble. I've been suffering with acne for about 12 years now, all gone within 6 months of treatment at Skinmod. Thank you for an excellent service and treatment that actually works. All staff seem very professional and passionate about what they do and the results show in their work.

I attended this clinic for Milia removal on 10th March. Unfortunately, not one out of 10+ was successfully removed and have been left with small (very small) scar like marked under my eyes.
The follow up appointment was cancelled twice, with one being notified 4 hours before the scheduled appointment, which meant I took time off work for nothing. It appears to be very disorganised and would not recommend.
The second star is only rewarded because of how polite the staff were in the clinic.

I came in store for a gentleman's reason and the staff were AMAZING, two lovely ladies answered my question with pure confidence and kindness. The product they gave me worked alot better than I was hoping or expecting. Definitely deserve some kind recognition for their knowledge and respect for the customers. Lavern, Limara and Cassie were just amazing in getting us all ready for my wedding day - doing hair and make up for 8 adults and 3 teenagers is no mean feat and they did it expertly! Well what can I say Holly is amazing very professional at her job. All equipment very clean and tidy. I feel so relax when getting my eyebrows waxed, such a very relaxing calm environment. I wouldn't go anywhere else very dedicated to Holly.

Love this little salon, I used to go to her salon at her home but due to her continued success she has now moved to bigger premises which is easy to get to with free parking. Holly is always professional at her job and I cannot recommend the Temple Spa luxury facial enough! I have now switched all my skin care to Temple Spa and these products can be purchased by using the link on her Facebook page.

Holly is a lovely young lady and her beauty room is beautiful and very relaxing. She is simply the best at doing eyebrows and eyelashes. I would never go anywhere else. Her beauty room is in her house just off the bypass in Rudheath so no problems with town parking and traffic. I would highly recommend anybody to visit for any beauty treatments. I get my waxing, lash extensions and nails done by Holly. She’s recently teamed up with Temple Spa so I can’t wait to book a facial with her.

Fabulous shopping experience on Saturday great range of products and snagged a few sale items too. The staff member who served me was lovely and the gentleman Pharmacist was really lovely too. A big thank you to Boots in Street. It reminded me of how great service used to be.
Inexperienced staff on front counter letting customers use the equipment for longer than safe. Have suffered second degree burns and severe discomfort for over a week. I will never go back to the branch in Guildford. Really disappointed in the level of customer care.

Simply amazing! Myself and my two bridesmaids has our hair an makeup done on the 15/06/2019, the girls are absolutely love and bubbly people. There is plenty of items available in store, for the size of the store. There is even a kiosks to print off photos you have taken on various devices. With plenty of phone connections.

I must admit I know the staff in here and they are very helpful and lovely. There are digital photograph machines in this store so you can print off your own photos, any problems ask one of the assistants. All in all you can get most things you need in this store.
So glamorous did mine and my bridesmaids' hair and makeup on my wedding day - I really can't recommend them enough! I'd never had my makeup done before and the girls were really helpful and patient while I was trying to decide what I wanted! On the day, they arrived early and were so friendly and bubbly which put us all at ease when the nerves were kicking in! All 4 of us loved our hair and makeup which stayed on all day too. I went in to purchase something comfortable for my poorly feet. After asking a member of staff for help I was most disappointed to find that they didn't even sell boots. It's seems a bit of a cheek to call a shop Boots then steel all sorts of stuff but not boots.

Beautiful place with amazing staff. Be sure to call in for an appointment. Loved how accommodating they were. Loved my pedicure which came with a little massage at the end.
What a lovely salon, my first impression on arriving at the Beauty Lounge in West Byfleet, was of how clean & classy it looked. The reception area with happy staff, immaculately dressed to greet you, immediately creates a feeling of calm and relaxation.
As a nervous client I was instantly put at ease with the offer of refreshment. The products for sale were beautifully stocked and displayed and I was seen promptly but not rushed. Led by Vicki to one of the treatment rooms where we talked and laughed our way through my treatment the other rooms en route were clean, tidy and stylishly decorated. The products that were used were really good quality and Vicki's working methods were exceptional in comparison to other high end salons. I am very impressed with the end result and will definitely return for further treatments in the future.
