I recently visited Heavenly Desserts, and it was an absolute treat! The variety of desserts on offer was impressive, and everything I tried was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. From rich, decadent options to lighter, fruitier treats, there was something for everyone. The attention to detail in both taste and presentation really stood out. If you have a sweet tooth or just want to indulge, Heavenly Desserts is the perfect spot. I can’t wait to go back and try more!

We ordered three apple crumble pies expecting them to look like pies. If you look at the picture advertised on Uber Eats it looks nice and then you compare it to what we got. It looks like it’s been in a car accident or in the corner of the box, an absolute mess And the business owner blamed the delivery guy when I can tell it’s completely different to the actual item on the picture not to mention the actual state of the food in the box the creams Manager said that it’s to do with the box being too big then why don’t you get a smaller box? Why would you put food out now? Your customers aren’t gonna get it as you actually desire it to reach them. You don’t pay restaurant prices to eat a mess. I will advise you to save your money.

Had amazing desserts here. Hot chocolate was okay. Service is a bit slow but staff are pleasant. Will return.

The food was lovely however presentation is absolutely horrendous, ordered a white cookie dough online as shown in the photo and this is what i received, don’t get me wrong it tasted nice but just very disappointing to open up the box to see that

Excellent sweets with very nice coffee and tea in impressive decor. I had vanilla pistachio milk cake, trimasu, and small donuts, and all of them were mouth watering.

Staff seem ok and keeping busy.. my biggest disappointment here was the quality of the food, in particular the cubes of fudge.. they were concrete and inedible on my sundae.. it was not a great quality at all. The waffle was better and looked better but was still distinctly average.

One positive is that the portion sizes are good.. but for £30 for a bit of ice cream I would expect so.

The sweet was not bad, and the staff were very nice and friendly, which made the experience enjoyable.

I had ordered a milkshake and a crep for delivery which when it arrived and I flipped the crep over there was a thick black hair cocked inside of it. I did call and let them know and they asked me to come back in because they won’t be able to send anyone out to me they would replace my order of the crep and give me a free milkshake to apologise, the man I spoke to sounded very nice so I agreed. I’ve come back in and was told I can get the crep back but was no longer allowed the milkshake… I tried to explain to the girl and she wasn’t listening so that’s my experience

I love to visit sundaes gelato for Icecream specially waffle and crepes 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 so delicious and yummy and atmosphere so good calm and peaceful 🥰🥰🥰

Had dessert here after eating at local Wing Stop. Located just off Trinity Square in the pedestrianised area. 4 of us had 3 desserts - chocolate strawberry waffle, banana strawberry waffle and hot chocolate cake. All were nice and served relatively quickly and efficiently. Only minor gripe would be the toilet is situated upstairs and a bit of a walk to get too. Other than that all fine and would recommend to others.

Amazing and great service from Toby. Wonderful space to sit and chat with friends. Sundaes were great, especially Lemon Meringue. I would recommend if you have a sweet and tangy tooth😅🤗

My favourite spot in all of Norwich for ice cream!

Have been coming here for literally years and have only ever had positive experiences. Great for just stepping in and getting a few scoops and also a wide selection of desserts for dining in. The ice cream bar has a really wide variety of flavours that they keep well stocked and are able to puruse while you wait in the queue

The coffee ice cream is a must-try. My friend ordered coconut and coffee. I had pistachio and coffee. We both agree that the coffee flavour was amazing and well-balanced, sweet but not too sweet and a bit bitter from coffee. I can’t recommend enough.

The girl at the counter, I think her name was Nadia was really nice. She gave me free food when she wasn’t supposed to cos I’m poor and homeless.

I recently visited Creams Nottingham Desserts Cafe. The portions are generous, and the menu has plenty of options. The decor is nice, and the staff are friendly. Definitely worth a visit if you enjoy desserts.

Young gentlemen has been amazing got me coming back the next day with my sons friends they love it here and made them feel very special

A staff member named Siddi was very rude. she didn’t smile once, she abruptly walks away when you speak to her. I kindly asked her for a takeaway box, she said okay, then turned around and said you can come get it yourself over there. But it was very a very abrupt rude tone and facial expressions. Me and my brother and his fiancé were in disbelief. I asked for her name she shook her head no and so i asked her colleague. The manager should definitely look into this and you could even check cctv. it was between 7:45 pm to 8:20 pm. the food was nice though

They have the best desserts and amazing cafe the place is so nice. you and ur friends can come and relax its a very calm nice place.

The server gave us a drink, when did not ask for one, which was lovely. He was very caring and has really good customer service skills, the food was phenomenal, the ice cream was brilliant and just an all round gem of a dessert place

Came here to kill some time before our concert. Quiet for early Friday evening. Ordered a mango, strawberry and coconut sundae to share and omg it was so yummy!! The mango sorbet had a hint of salt in it to make it even more delicious! Definitely returning.

Amazing service and great quality food provided by well mannered staff. Waffle was extremely tasty along with a variety of different desserts available for anyone with a sweet tooth!!

Fine enough but needs an injection of atmosphere in the venue. Menu needs to display pictures of the whole menu rather than selective dishes or cornets. Visit an ice cream parlour in Germany or Austria and you'll see what's possible in relatively small venues. No real enticement on the shop front to get customers in and the staff look bored.

Staff was amazing. The cakes are very good the only reason why I’m giving it a 4/5 stars rating is because I’m yet to try all of the different flavours they have so far the ones I liked and tried more than once are in the pictures below. One though that’s good that I have tried yesterday was the red velvet one and it was quite nice I will probably go for that one.

Ok. You're getting mugged off on the 16oz milkshakes. The tango iceblast is 16oz.. there's a substantial difference and they cant get away with it by saying the milkshakes are pumped up to the top of domed lid because this wasnt the case. It was a tasty bubblegum milkshake.

The double chocolate cookie dough with soft vanilla cream is so nice from here. 10/10 dessert

I had visited the store with the intention to get a scoop of ice cream with a friend. I had tried a single sample of ice cream, and had heard one of the staff member go to the side and tell another staff member “don’t give those two any more samples” i’ve never heard any store say this near customers especially considering I had only had one sample. This experience made the rest of the trip uncomfortable, wouldn’t recommend coming here if you’re looking to try samples

This place it’s horrible, small place, feels like you are in a sauna, no enough light, and the service it’s really really bad. No proper communication and rude, not helpful at all. I ordered cookie dough and told him if it’s possible to change the sauce that are going to be on the top, he nod his head and proceeds to tap on the screen ask me which one I want, I go sit down and when he brings me the cookie dough it just that THE COOKIE DOUGH, no icre creem no cream no anything just cookie dough, I go back to ask him and he is like well you are creating your own so you have to pay for it separately!! Like what?? Why did you not tell me when I asked in thr beginning if it was possible just to switch sauce? How am I going to eat cookie dough without any cream or ice cream? Honestly the worst cream I have ever beeen and I love creams I go a lot. Also we asked them for a cup of water and he was like I don’t have cups for water you have to buy a bottle of water if u want to drink, so I told him if he kindly use the slushy cup and get me water as my kids are thirsty. He does do it at the end with a very bad attitude and not happy that he has to get me free water, but when he got me the water it had a lot of bubbles on it , that didn’t dissolve for a good 2/3 minutes. So I guess he contaminated the water somehow not sure if he put soap or spit in it but something wasn’t right with the cup of water obviously we didn’t drink it. BUT PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GO SOMEWHERE BETTER, I MEAN YOU ARE IN THE CENTRE, I AM SURE YU FIND BETTER PLACES WITH BETTER SERVICE AND BETTER WORKERS.

I was craving chocolate cake last night, my husband went to pick it up from these guys. I’ve had lotus milkshake from them before which was nice. This cake however was extremely bad. The chocolate covering was nice, but the cake itself was extremely dry and almost burnt tasting. Very disappointing. I’m not sure if these cakes are outsourced or not. But if so, should probably change supplier if this wasn’t just a bad batch.

We ordered ferrero rocher waffles, flat white and oreo milkshake. Everything was a 10/10 for me. I especially like the orea milkshake it had the perfect amount of sweetness and creaminess! I will definitely be coming back again! The bonus point is that there are plenty of seating.

Heavenly Desserts is an absolute treasure trove of delectable treats. I'm genuinely surprised it's not already a 5/5 star establishment on Google because the desserts here are nothing short of divine. Each treat, from the milk chocolate cookie dough to the San Sebastian cheesecake, the brownie explosion, mango gelato, chocolate and pistachio shot white chocolate croffle, ferrero rocher cookie dough, “what’s fudge got to do with this” and the tantalizing "I'll have what she's having" waffles (waffles with strawberries, gelato and chocolate on top!), is a culinary masterpiece that leaves you craving more. The flavors are sublime, and just thinking about them makes my mouth water. It's safe to say that Heavenly Desserts has become my newest obsession. Moreover, the staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive, adding to the overall exceptional experience. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Heavenly Desserts to anyone in search of a sweet haven.

We chose the Interesting Eating Company having looked at the menu on the website. According to the online menu, the food options looked great and we can confirm that the food was fantastic!

Unfortunately however, the online menu is out of date and the prices when we got there were considerably higher than what we were expecting. In addition, we missed the small print and there is also a 15% service charge added to tables of 5 or more. As a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) we were charged this. I understand that large groups are more work for serving staff but I'm not sure that you should apply this to family units and 15% is a lot! Although a refund of this service charge was offered we chose to take the hit as it was our fault for not reading the small print. Overall the experience has left a bitter taste despite the wonderfully sweet pancakes!

(In addition, my husband was also asked if he would like to leave a tip when he paid, after a 15% service charge had already been added. Hopefully that was an oversight on the servers part.)

Can I please suggest that you update the menu on your website, accessed via the 'Our Menu' button, and maybe reconsider the criteria for the 15% service or at least ensure that parties (including families) are aware before they order.

Lovely little place that serves amazing pancakes and milkshakes. Didn't get any pics of the food as we were so hungry. Bacon on toast was hot and really tasty. My partner had scrambled eggs on toast and our little boy had mini pancakes with Nutella. We also decided to get pancakes after seeing his! Really light and fluffy.
Staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended 😊

Lovely takeaway doughnuts. Vegetarian options for those who want those. Unique flavours. They are a bit on the pricey side especially if you want to buy a box.

Such an array of delicious food available. Cooked fresh & served hot. The staff are always welcoming & happy to help. There is a great selection of childrens books too. ❤️ 📚 Such a good idea to keep little members of the family busy whilst awaiting food.

Lovely waffle and icecream joint. As we came as a group, they were kind enough to reserve space for us in the upper section by combining tables. I haven't tried the icecream but the waffle was delecious.

I cannot recommend this place if you are looking for a fluffy and sweet donut 🍩.
As they are outside, you can find the dough very hard, especially if you pick them at the end of the day.
The choice is great, but they are overpriced (around 5£) and not as tasty as expected.
If you are looking for a kind of homemade brioche with original taste, that's your place.

We thought we would try here for breakfast last week and we were overall quite disappointed. The service is very slow, not one smile among staff serving & the food and drinks took ages. I definitely agree with other reviewers that there are better places to go along allerton road.

If you’re looking for some doughnuts right outside of the underground station then it’s the perfect place to eat a doughnut but u need to pay by card. But otherwise it’s a very good place

A great dessert stand with a huge variety of vegan donuts and other pastries that are all so tempting and great looking.
I took the cinnamon roll and it was extremely soft like it's been baked that instant and so very delicious.

I went into craves deserts on Sunday evening. They were very busy. I ordered strawberry deluxe waffle. My order came quickly according to the amount of customers there were. The waffle was amazingly tasty and fresh. Would highly recommend this place.

This stall is a hidden gem!!! i tried a lot of famous donut shops in USA like donut plant and dough but these donuts beats them for sure! such an amazing unique flavors. i wish i can go back to London just so i can eat more of them.

This place is absolutely phenomenal. The donuts here are incredibly fresh, delicious, and not overly sweet. The flavors are creative, well balanced and so unique!! I tried the blueberry chocolate with yuzu filling, the single origins coffee and chocolate and the lemon thyme. If I lived in London, I'd eat these every single day. The staff are incredibly friendly and handle the donuts with great care to hygiene too!!

Lovely clean place, great staff and a wonderful atmosphere. The food is cooked very well but the coffee was disappointing, more training for the barista is needed. I don't want to be unfair to the staff here but it is honestly an over priced café. The food tasted nice but the breakfast was just under £6 and that comes with only 1 slice of toast, no tomatoes, no mushrooms, no hash browns.
